1.THE EFFECTS OF NEONATAL CAPSAICIN ON DORSAL ROOT AND CORD DORSUM POTENTIALS IN ADULT RATS
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(02):-
No significant difference in peak amplitude, duration, latency and wave integral between A-DRP and CDP-P_1 was electrophysiologically observed in control and capsaicin-treated adult rats which had been injected at birth with capsaicin(50mg/kg,s.c.), when the sural nerves were stimulated. However, the most of C-DRP and CDP-P_2 lack. These were consistent with the changs of peripheral action potentials. The above results suggest that PAD on myelinated primary afferent fibres produced by incoming volleys in the larger afferent is not affected by a lifelong loss of Group Ⅳ afferent, but the afferent responses of amall fibres disapear.
2.Designing a simulative model for the forecast and optimal placement of casualty evacuation assets based on the probabilistic location set covering problem
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Objective:To design a simulative model for the forecast and optimal placement of mass casualty evacuation assets. Methods: An operation research module named the location selection problem was introduced in this study. The probabilistic location set covering problem was chosen as the theoretical model for optimal placement of mass casualty evacuation assets.Several indeterminate factors were analyzed in details, including the availability;capacity and velocity and effective work time of evacuation assets. The ideal statistical distributions were determined by the characteristics of these variables. Results: According to the principle of Monte Carlo simulation and based on the probabilistic location set covering problem, random numbers fitting theoretical probabilistic distributions were generated to simulate those indeterminate factors, based on which a simulative model for optimal placement of casualty evacuation assets was designed. Conclusion: This simulative model may be used as a basis for further development of a computer-assisted program and as a reference for medical administration commanders at different levels.
3.Functional Analyses of Mammalian Reovirus Nonstructural Protein μNS
Virologica Sinica 2009;24(1):1-8
Genome replication of reovirus occurs in cytoplasmic inclusion bodies called viral factories or viroplasms. The viral nonstructural protein μNS, encoded by genome segment M3, is not a component of mature virions, but is expressed to high levels in infected cells and is concentrated in the infected cell factory matrix. Recent studies have demonstrated that μNS plays a central role in forming the matrix of these structures, as well as in recruiting other components to them for putative roles in genome replication and particle assembly.
4.Clinical applications of blood biomarkers in ischemic stroke
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;37(7):497-500
Early diagnosis and timely treatment are two critical factors in reducing the cerebral damage and improving prognosis for ischemic stroke patients. The only proved effective way is to intravenously administer recombinant tissue plasminogen activator for thrombolytic therapy. However, the narrow time window restricts its application. One rapid and effective blood test,or auxiliary examinations such as computer tomography which may aid early diagnosis of ischemic stroke would contribute to treatment and intervention promptly, then take a pivotal role for the disease prognosis.Herein, the reported proteins and RNA markers are summarized and analysed in clinical application of acute ischemic stroke likewise.
5.Clinical significance of paraneoplastic neurological antibodies detection
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;38(12):801-804
Paraneoplastic neurological syndromes (PNS) were defined as neurological syndromes associated with cancer. In many cases, autoantibodies against neural antigens expressed by the tumor (paraneoplastic neurological antibody or onconeural antibodies) were detected. The neuronal antibodies, which were associated with syndromes resulting from central nervous system neuronal dysfunction, were classified into two groups according to the location of the antigen:inside the neuron or in the cell membrane.Group Ⅰ antibodies targeted on intracellular antigens and were predominantly dependent on T-cell-mediated responses.Group Ⅱ antibodies recognized neuronal surface antigens and were predominantly dependent on B-cell-mediated responses.Onconeural antibodies were useful diagnostic markers of the brain disease, and in some cases, they might reveal an underlying malignancy. Moreover, the presence of antibodies against surface(group Ⅱ) antigens might predict a more favorable response to immunotherapy than that against intracellular (group Ⅰ) antigens.
6.Value of Xpert MTB/RIF test in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid in the discovery of sputum smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):302-304
Objective To compare the detection rate of Xpert MTB/RIF test and sputum smear and culture method, and to investigate the value of the detection of the smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 69 patients with tuberculosis diagnosed in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were examined by fiberoptic bronchoscopy ( and check of tubercle bacillus in sputum smear negative three times ) .With final diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients the number of statistical smear, culture method and Xpert MTB/RIF test their tuberculosis detection rate. Results A total of 69 patients with sputum smear negative patients with final diagnosis of 54 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, confirmed 54 cases of tubercle bacillus in sputum smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis patients, Xpert MTB/RIF test was positive in 33 cases accounted for 61.11%(33/54).Among the 35 cases, 17 patients with Xpert MTB/RIF positive, can improve the detection rate of bacterial negative tuberculosis 31.48%(17/54), 19 cases of patients with negative smear positive, 16 cases of Xpert MTB/RIF positive, and the culture method was 84.21%(16/19).BALFXpert MTB/RIF test of tuberculosis found in 61.11%(33/54), the culture method of tuberculosis found 35.19%(19/54).The report is more than 50%, also has reached to 80%, and the selection has a great relationship.Xpert method and culture method, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rate of Xpert test was positive in 2 cases of positive MTB/RIF in the patients with positive smear positive 100%.Conclusion It is a simple, rapid and accurate method to do Xpert MTB/RIF test for BALF, and it can improve the smear negative tuberculosis patients found rate of 48.75%.The positive rate of the sputum smear negative is 59.62%(14+17/35+17), which is better than that of sputum smear and culture.

10. Optimization of the prescription of Calcein-loaded novel temperature-sensitive liposomes
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(23):2022-2025
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the prescription of the novel temperature-sensitive liposomes(NTSL). METHODS: Calcein-loaded temperature-sensitive liposomes with different phospholipid composition (DPPC-MSPC-DSPE-PEG200=86:10:4 and N (20% HSPC + 80% DPPC) -MSPC-DSPE-PEG200=92:4:4) were prepared by the thin film -hydration method. Based on the fluorescence self-quenching off characteristics of calcein, the release behavior of the above liposomes was compared when exposed to 37°C (normal temperature) as well as their respective phase transition temperature (Tm). RESULTS: Compared with the traditional temperature-sensitive liposomes (TTSL), the NTSL showed more favorable temperature-sensitive release performance and more stable encapsulation ability to calcein, even with the amount of lysophospholipids was reduced by 60 percent. CONCLUSION: The application of NTSL helps to enhance the effect of temperature-sensitive release.
