Chinese Hospital Management 2017;37(5):18-20
Evaluation of regional health service system can provide guidance for regional health planning, improve the ability of the national macro-control and supervision, and optimize the medical resource allocation.China has yet to establish a set of scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system.Through the introduction of the importance, influence factors and the current methods in evaluation of regional medical service system in US,suggestions are provided for establishing and improving China's evaluation system of regional health service.
3.Progress in Pharmacological Mechanism for the Role of Fatty Acid in Reversal of Myocardial Toxicity of Local Anesthetics
Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(7):731-733
At present, there is no specific antidote for local anesthetic toxicity, which seriously hindered therapeutic efficts of clinical treatment. It is increasingly urgent for finding find the effective antidote to local anesthetic. This article at-tempts to interpret the molecular pharmacological mechanism from fat pool, energy metabolism, NO, ion channel and solubili-zation for the role of fatty acids in reversal of myocardial toxicity of local anesthetics. And the different characteristics of the structure and function of nano liposome and fat emulsion were compared.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2015;(7):1167-1170
Objective To explore the imaging features and its correlation with pathological findings of giant cell tumor of the ten-don sheath (GCTTS).Methods The clinical data, radiographic images and pathological characteristics of sixteen cases of GCTTS confirmed by pathology were retrospectively reviewed.Plain CT,pre and post-contrast MR were performed in all patients.HE stai-ning was used to investigate the histological characteristics of GCTTS,and immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the ex-pression of CD68.Results There were nine cases of local type GCTTS and seven cases of diffuse type GCTTS in our present study. Nine cases were located in the knee joint, four cases in the foot, and three cases in the hand.Compared with normal skeletal muscle signals, lesions showed isointensity or low intensity on T1 WI and inhomogeneous low intensity on T2 WI.Three cases caused adja-cent bone destruction, one case lead to adjacent bone absorption, and no abnormality was found in other twelve cases.Six cases were injected Gd-DTPA for enhanced scan,in which four cases showed significantly heterogeneous enhancement, one case mild heteroge-neous enhancement, and one case no heterogeneous enhancement.Pathology examination results revealed that GCTTS parenchyma cells were mainly formed by histocyte-like monocytes, and scattered multinuclear giant cells.GCTTS mesenchyme was rich in gelat-inous fiber and hemosiderin pigmentation. Conclusion MR has a significant advantage in detecting specific hemosiderin pigmentation and determining lesions area of GCTTS.Combination of MR with pathology results may improve the diagnosis accuracy.

Corticotropin-releasing factor(CRF)is one neuroendocrine peptide which is closely related with the stress. It has been proved that any stress can lead to the person and animal's blood CRF level increasing, and high-level CRF urges the hypothalamic neuron calcium ion inflow.Newborn pediatricians pay more attention to whether blood CRF level can act as one director of assessing severity of newborn hypoxic-schemic brain damage. This article reviews the CRF and it's acceptors,CRF secretion,CRF physiological action and it's adjustment, and hypoxia-ischemia stress and CRF,in order to provide the theory basis for reviewing the severity of hypoxic-schemic brain damage in neonates.

Objective:To investigate the protection mechanism of rosavin in learning and memory ability in subacute aged rats in-duced by D-galactose. Methods:Totally 48 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, positive drug group, and rosavin group respectively at the dose of 6, 12 and 24 mg·g-1 . Except the normal group, the other rats were with neck subcuta-neous injection of D-galactose 120 mg · kg-1 · d-1 . After 4-week drug administration, the learning and memory ability of rats was studied using Morris water maze. PO2 , SaO2 , the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , catalase( CAT) and glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) and the content of O2 and malonaldehyde( MDA) of rats in vivo were determined at the end of the experiment. Results:The aged rats treated with rosavin(12 or 24 mg·kg-1·d-1) were with significant shortened latent period in Morris water maze(P<0. 01 or P<0. 05), and with reduced total swimming distance and error angle. Meanwhile, rosavin(6,12 or 24 mg·kg-1·d-1) could im-prove the concentration of O2 ,PO2 and SaO2 , the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in brain, while decrease the content of MDA with certain dose-effect relationship. Conclusion:Rosavin can inhibit D-galactose induced learning and memory decrease in rats, and the effect may be related with the increase of oxygen content, enzyme activity protection of SOD, CAT, MAO and GSH-Px and decrease of MDA generation.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(10):935-937
ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic efficacy ofacupoint thread embedding in treating hyperlipidemia, and to explore a treatment method with valid efficacy and few side effects.MethodSixty patients with hyperlipidemia were randomized into a thread embedding group and a medication group, 30 cases ineach group. The thread embedding group was intervened by thread embedding at Zhongwan (CV12), Tianshu (ST25), Fenglong (ST40), and Zusanli (ST36), once a week; the medication group was by taking Xue Zhi Kang capsules, two capsules each time, twice a day. The two groups both received treatment for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy, total cholesterol (Chol), and triglyceride levels were observed before and after treatment.ResultThe total effective rate was 86.7% in the thread embedding group versus 83.3% in the medication group, and the difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05). After 4-week treatment, the transaminase level increased in 3.3% of the patients in the medication group, while no one showed an increased transaminase level in the thread embedding group. After 8-week treatment, the observed indexes were increased in the medication group, while those in the thread embedding group were still stable.ConclusionAcupoint thread embedding is effective in treating hyperlipidemia, and the effect is durable with few side effects.
