Adenosquamous lung carcinoma(ASLC) was a rare pathologic type of the lung cancer. In order to improve the levels of the diagnosis and the treatment of ASLC,we analysed the clinical features of 71 cases of ASLC in our hospital from January 1993 to January 2000 retrospectively. The results showed that there was an evidence of young age in its occurrence. The majority of this type of cancer was located peripherally. It occurred most frequently in the posterior segments of the upper lobes and superior segments of the lower lobes. The biopsy obtained by surgery was the most reliable diagnostic way for the determination of pathologic type. The prognosis was poor. The five year survival rate after surgical operation was 12.2%. Early diagnosis may be made in routine general check up. An early diagnosis and surgical treatment could prolong surviving time of the patients.

OBJECTIVE To improve the knowledge of pulmonary aspergillosis. METHODS We analyzed the clinical features of 17 cases of pulmonary aspergillosis inpatients from May 1994 to Apr 2006 in our hospital retrospectively. RESULTS Sixteen cases were infected out of hospital,1 case was infected in hospital. The correct diagnostic rate of pulmonary aspergillosis was only 21.4% in the patients infected out of hospital,70.6% cases infected out of hospital were misdiagnosed to as tuberculosis or lung cancer. CONCLUSIONS The misdiagnosed reasons are that the some doctors are short of perceptual knowledge of aspergillosis and pulmonary aspergillosis confuses easily with TB and cancer and other underlying diseases.

Objective To analyze the distribution and evolution of the risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD) in middle-aging males, and provide the evidence for the prevention and treatment of male patients with CHD. Methods 1639 male people over 45 years old were enrolled in the study. They were divided into non- senile group (45-59 years old) and senile group (60-93 years old). The subjects over 60 years old were further divided into three groups:60-69 years old group, 70-79 years old group, 80-93 years old group. The interrelation between the risk factors of CHD and aging was analyzed. Results The prevalence rates of drinking, smoking, diastolic hypertension and low HDL-C in non-senile group were much higher than those in senile group (x2=28.80,18.35,15.72,17.84,P<0.01). In contrast, the prevalence rates of overweight, systolic hypertension, fasting hyperglycemia, postprandial hyperglycemia in senile group were significantly higher than those in non senile group. The prevalence rates of high triglyceride in non- senile group and senile group were 18.0% and 16.2% respectively(P>0.05). The prevalence rates of high cholesterol in non- senile group and senile group were 36.9% and 31.5% respectively(P>0.05). There was a significant decrease in the prevalence rates of overweight, postprandial hyperglycemia (P<0.05) and drinking, smoking, diastolic hypertension, high triglyeeride (P<0.01) in over 70-year+old males. And the prevalence rates of overweight, postprandial hyperglycemia, high triglyceride of over 80-year-old males were higher than those of over 70-year-old males (x2=10.05,4.16,5.97,P<0.01). However, the prevalence rates of systolic hypertension of over 80-year-old males were lower than those of over 70-year-old males (X2=21.25,P<0.01). There was no significant change in other risk factors of CHD at different ages of senile group. Conclusions For non-senile males, the important measures to treat the risk factors of CHD should include stopping smoking, restricting alcohol, eating low fat diet, changing bad life habits, controlling diastolic hypertension and modifying lipid. In contrast, for senile males, more attention should he paid to limiting total energy intake, increasing sports, losing weight, controlling systolic hypertension, hyperglycemia and modifying lipid.

Objective To explore the effect of regional synergistic treatment system on the treatment time and short-term prognosis of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of STEMI patients who admitted to emergency center of Suzhou Kowloon Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI) from January 2013 to January 2017 were conducted. All patients were divided into two groups, group A was the patients who underwent the PPCI before the establishment of the acute chest pain area co-treatment system (from January 2013 to December 2014), and group B was the patients who received the treatment after the establishment of the area co-treatment system (from January 2015 to January 2017). The length of time from onset of symptoms to the balloon dilatation (S2B), the length of time from the first medical contact to the balloon dilatation (FMC2B), the length of time from entering the gate of hospital to the balloon dilatation (D2B), and the incidence of 90-day end point events (including heart failure, all-cause death, and other related adverse events) were collected. The relations of the establishment of the acute chest pain area co-treatment system and the incidence of 90-day end point events were analyzed by multivariable Logistic regression analysis. Results Among the 221 enrolled patients with STEMI, 83 patients were in group A and 138 patients were in group B respectively. Compared with group A, S2B time [minutes: 180 (140, 210) vs. 201 (154, 225)], FMC2B time [minutes: 89 (78, 100) vs. 94 (83, 107)] and D2B time [minutes: 66 (62, 70) vs. 85 (72, 99)] were significantly shortened in group B (allP < 0.05), the incidence of 90-day end point events were significantly decreased (heart failure:20.3% vs. 32.5%, all-cause death: 1.4% vs. 7.2%, other related adverse events: 23.2% vs. 36.1%, allP < 0.05). It was shown by multivariable Logistic regression analysis that the establishment of the acute chest pain area co-treatment system could lower the incidence of 90-day end point events [heart failure: odds ratio (OR) = 1.904, 95% confidence interval (95%CI) = 0.968-1.004, P = 0.048; all-cause death:OR = 11.724, 95%CI = 0.955-1.048,P = 0.013; other related adverse events:OR = 1.925, 95%CI = 1.049-3.530,P = 0.034].Conclusion The construction of regional synergistic treatment system can shorten the emergency treatment time of STEMI patients and reduce the incidence of 90-day end point events including heart failure and death.

Objective:
To investigate the effect of Ginsenoside Rg1 (GsRg1) on proliferation , migration and osteogenic differentiation of human gingival fibroblasts (HGFs) and its molecular mechanism.
Methods:
Human gingival fibroblasts (HGFs) were isolated and cultured by tissue block method , and identified by morphology and immunofluorescence. The effect of six concentrations of GsRg1 (0 , 6. 25 , 12. 5 , 25 , 50 , 100 mg/L) on the proliferation of HGFs was detected by CCK⁃8 method. Transwell assay was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of GsRg1 on the migration ability of HGFs. Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) staining was used to detect osteogenic ability. Alizarin red staining was used to observe and quantify calcium nodules. The expression of COL⁃ Ⅰ , OCN and OPN osteogenic genes was detected by qRT⁃PCR. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of OCN ,OPN , COL⁃ Ⅰ and PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
Results:
Compared with the control group , the proliferation ability of HGFs was significantly improved at the concentrations of 12. 5 ,25 ,50 and 100 mg/L GsRg1 (P < 0. 05) , and the proliferation promotion effect of 100 mg/L GsRg1 was the strongest. There was no significant difference between the 6. 25 mg/L GsRg1 group and the control group. After GsRg1 treatment , the migration ability of HGFs was enhanced and showed concentration dependence. Compared with the control group , the activity of ALP in 100 mg/L GsRg1 group significantly increased (P < 0. 01) . Alizarin red staining showed a significant increase in the number of calcium nodules(P < 0. 01) . The mRNA and egg white expression levels of osteogenic genes OCN , OPN and COL⁃ Ⅰ increased (P < 0. 05 ) . The expression levels of p ⁃PI3K and p ⁃Akt were significantly up⁃regulated with time ( P <0. 05) ,while the expression levels of PI3K and AKT had no significant changes.
Conclusion
GsRg1 can promote the proliferation and migration of HGFs , and 100 mg/L GsRg1 can promote the osteogenic differentiation of HGFs ,which may be related to the activation of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
