Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
Carrying out life education is an urgent need of the social environment changes in development but also the necessary physical and mental condition to promote college students’coordinated development. The strategy of college students life education include construction of general college life education courses, the development of life education course content, the exploration of diversification and the multi-channel life education teaching form.
3.The Analysis on the basic content and actual needs of life education in college students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Life education is the education based on perception and experience of life, the very nature of which is the cultivation of life awareness. It is the urgent requirement to carry out life education for university students, because it helps them to adjust to the developing and changing society and promotes their physical and psychological development coordinated. In order to strengthen college students' rational thinking on the value and significance of life, enhance their humanistic quality, life education should be incorporated into higher education system independently.
4.Strengthen the Training of Meical Students' Clinical Thinking Ability
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(09):-
Strengthening the capacity of medical students' clinical thinking is an important aspect of medical education, the writers believe that medical students' clinical thinking ability can be improved through three aspects which include basic teaching practice, thinking knowledge based learning and clinical teaching.

OBJECTIVE To prevent the nosocomial infection event in the clinical HIV laboratory. METHODS There were risk factors of hospital infection existing in clinical HIV laboratory. To improve the management, enhancing rules and regulations, and correspond controlling measures were necessary. RESULTS By the occurrence of hospital infection in the clinical HIV laboratory could effectively prevented. CONCLUSIONS The clinical HIV laboratory can effectively prevent the occurrence of laboratory hospital infection, through improving the management, enhancing the necessary rules and regulations, improving the organization and realizing the corresponding controlling measures.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the protective effects of Jiedu Huayu Decoction(JHD)on hepatic immune injury in mice induced by concanavalin A(Con A) and to explore its mechanism. Methods Sixty NIH mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal control group(group A),model group(group B),high-dose JHD group(group C),low-dose JHD group(group D) and bifendate group(group E).Except those in group A,mice in other groups were injected with Con A(at the dose of 20 mg/kg) via the tail vein at the first day of experiment.Group C and group D were orally administrated with JHD at the dose of 72.0 g/kg and 18.0 g/kg,respectively.Group E were orally administrated with bifendate at the dose of 150 mg/kg.All the drugs were given once daily for 5 consecutive days.Four hours after last medication, mice were injected with Con A once again at the same dose of 20 mg/kg.Serum aminotransferase(ALT) activity and interleukin-6(IL-6) concentration were detected at the 8th hour after Con A administration.Hepatic histopathological examination was performed, and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in hepatic tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results ALT activity and IL-6 content in group C and group D were obviously lowered, hepatic histopathological changes were alleviated, and the expression of ICAM-1 in liver tissue was attenuated compared with those in group B(P

Objective To study the influence of continous ven ovenuous hemofiltration on patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Methods 64 patients with MODS were divided into CVVH group(34) and IHD group(30)between 1999-12~2003-12.The serum BUN,Cr,iron, blood pressure,ar rhythmia were monitored during treatment and KT/V was also calculated after each therapy.APACHE-Ⅱ score was assessed before and after the treatment and the pr ognosis of each patient was recorded as well. Results CVVH group had more stable hemodynamics than IHD group; there was no significant difference in the removal of BUN and Cr in the two grou ps.The survival time of CVVH group was longer than IHD,and APACHE-Ⅱ score of C VVH group was lower than that in IHD group,17.23?6.86 verse 20.91?5.77 ( P

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(20):-
Objective To investigate the role of ERK1/2 signal pathway in the apoptosis of rat mesangial cells inhibited by TIMP-1.Methods The human TIMP-1 sense and antisense plasmid were transferred into rat mesangial cells through liposome, while mesangial cells transfected with pcDNA3 and non-transfected mesangial cells were used as control. After being stimulated with high glucose(HG 25mmol/L D-glucose)and PD98059(50 ?mol/L)for 24 hours, the apoptosis rate was measured by flow cytometry. The expression of ERK1mRNA was assayed by RT-PCR.The protein expression of p-ERK1/2 in the cell was analyed by ELISA.Results(1)The apoptosis rates of the non-transfected group, transfect pcDNA3 group, sense group and antisense group in the culture medium of high glucose withact PD98059,were(12.10?2.21)%,(11.90?3.34)%,(5.50?0.50)%and(20.70?3.41)%,respectively.The apoptosis rate of the sense group was significantly lower than that without transfection(P

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Compound codeine phosphate syrup with Ambroxol treatment in the stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 patients with stable COPD were divided into Compound codeine phosphate syrup with Ambroxolt treatment group (Group A) 50 cases and Compound codeine phosphate syrup treatment group( Group B) 50 cases, drug were given for 3 ~ 7d. The symptom score and efficacy of two groups before treatment and after treatment were compared. Results The symptom score of cough, sputum volume, sputum viscosity ,wheeze, sleep after treatment 8th day were improved significantly ( χ2 = 3. 891 ,χ2 =3. 992, χ2 = 4. 198, χ2 = 3.981, χ2 = 3. 879, allP < 0. 05; Total effective rate of cough, sputum volume, sputum viscosity, wheeze in group A(92. 0% ,94. 0% ,90. 0% ,90. 0% ) higher than that in group B(80.0% ,86.0% ,80. 0%,78.0% ) ( χ2 = 3.991, χ2 = 4. 012, χ2 = 3. 998, χ2 = 3.971, allP < 0. 05); The adverse reactions of A、 B group were 12.0% and 14.0%(χ2 =1.971,P>0.05). Conclusion Compound codeine phosphate syrup with Ambroxol is an effective and safe antitussive in the stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
