1.MAL gene and cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(12):885-887
MAL gene expresses in the mediate and late stage of T-lymphocytes.Many studies have shown that the expression of MAL gene has down regulation or loss in many kinds of tumors including esophageal carcinoma, gastric cancer, colon cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and so on.MAL gene is related with the process of generation and development of the tumors. The application of MAL gene for clinical diagnosis, prognostic and instructing therapy needs further studies.
2.The efficacy of infrared irradiation combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of second degree burns
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2012;34(4):283-285
Objective To observe the efficacy of infrared irradiation combined with a topical solution of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) in dressing second degree burns. Methods A total of 100 second degree burn cases were divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table. The treatment group received infrared irradiation combined with rhEGF topical solution; the control group was given only dressings with pure rhEGF topical solution.Pain was assessed by using the visual analogue scale, the time for wound secretions to completely disappear and wound healing time were assessed in both groups.ResultsPain was less severe in the treatment group, secretions completely stoppedmore quickly and average wound healing time was significantly shortened. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant.ConclusionInfrared irradiation combined with rhEGF topical solution can have synergistic effects in shortening the duration of secretions and wound healing time and alleviating pain. The combination is worthy of clinical promotion.
3.Acupoint position and manipulation of needle knife treating shoulder bi syndrome.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(3):299-302
With Jianyu (LI 15), Jianliao (TE 14) and Jianzhen (SI 9) for instance, the three acupoints used to treat shoulder bi syndrome by needle knife, and through traceability and researching constant structure, the acupoint position, insertion trace, manipulation and clinical significance of needle knife medicine were discussed. Accurate position is one of the characteristics of acupoints selection of needle knife medicine. As for the acupoints selection method, the mean of body surface localization is always used. The phanerous or palpable bone processes, muscles and tendons are taken as positioning marks; pressing areas where appear sour, numb, or distensible and other sensations is considered as the principle of press positioning. So acupoints position method is the combination of observation and palpation. Different insertion methods can effectively relieve the accretive bursae synovialis, tendon, joint capsule and the compressed nerve, so that shoulder bi syndrome is relieved.

Objective To observe the effects of recombinant plasmid of rat's interstitial collagenase on experimental liver fibrosis. Methods We constructed the recombinant plasmid of rat's interstitial collagenase fused Flag peptide which can be expressed in eucaryotic cells. After bound to galactose terminal glyco poly L lysine(G PLL), we transferred the recombinant plasmid to the rat's fibrotic liver in vivo by intravenous injection, then observed the effects of the plasmid on the fibrotic liver by RT PCR, immunohistochemistry and the observation of pathology. Results The recombinant plasmid of interstitial collagenase could be expressed in rat liver, the expression of the plasmid could increase the degradation of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen in the rat's fibrotic liver compared with fibrotic modal group ( P 0.05). Conclusion The recombinant plasmid of interstitial collagenase have some effects on liver fibrosis, but this effects is limited.

Objective To investigate the mechanisms of Mal gene down regulated in human esophageal cancer. Methods We amplified the 5′regulatory region of Mal gene in normal placenta tissue and human esophageal cancer cell lines EC9706、EC8712、EC109 by optimization the PCR methods, cloned and sequenced the PCR products and compare the sequence. Results Human esophageal cancer cell lines EC9706、EC8712、EC109 all have the 654 th of 5′regulatory region of Mal gene T to C changes, corresponding codon changed from TCC to CCC, and the amino acid which it codes changed from serine to proline; EC9706 also has the 657 th of 5′regulatory region of Mal gene T to C changes, corresponding codon changed from TGC to CGC, the amino acid which it codes changed from cysteine to arginine; EC8712 has the 139 th of 5′regulatory region of Mal gene A to G changed, corresponding codon changed from GGA to GGG, the amino acid which it codes remains glycine. Conclusion Our results suggested there are may point mutation in 5′ region of Mal gene in human esophageal cancer.

Objective To study the status of cystatin B gene expression in human esophageal cancer. Methods Expression of cystatin B gene was detected by RT PCR in 41 pairs of human esophageal cancer tissues, matched adjacent normal mucosa, human esophageal cancer cell line EC9706 and human lung cancer cell line GLC82. Results cystatin B gene expression was down regulated in 82.9% (34/41) of human esophageal cancer tissues while expressed at high level in all matched adjacent normal esophageal mucosa, and was significantly corelated to lymph node metastasis ( P

Objective To estimate the application of the wheat esterase inhibition method for the determination of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in agricultural products. Methods The wheat esterase inhibition method was used for the determination of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in chive, the quality evaluation and principal component analysis were conducted.Organic phosphorus pesticide residues in five agricultural products were detected by this method, and compared with the confirmatory test with GC.Results The detection limit, standard deviation, relative standard deviation and average recovery of this method for various organic phosphorus pesticides were 0.05-0.52 mg/kg,0.26-3.09,2.9%-4.1% and 74.5%-92.1%,respectively.The inhibitory degree of pesticide and precision was the primary factor for influencing the result of quality evaluation. Conclusion The wheat esterase inhibition method is reasonable and is applicable for the semi-quantitative analysis of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in the agricultural products

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015;(6):459-463
Hemorrhagictransformation(HT)referstointracerebralhemorrhageoccurredwhenthe blood vessels restore blood flow after acute ischemic stroke. It is one of the common complications of ischemic stroke. HT may not have any clinical manifestations and can also be manifested as limb paralysis aggravation, decreased consciousness level, and other symptoms. The symptomatic HT may result in prolonged hospitalization, increased disability and fatality. Therefore, research on the mechanisms and risk factors for HT may be expected to provide the basis for clinical treatment, and thus improve the prognosis of patients. This article review s the formation mechanism of HT, risk factors, screening of high-risk patients, and prevention and treatment.
