1.Vein Scanning Projection Instrument Based on Two-Dimensional Scanning Mirror.

With the development of science and technology, new medical equipments is toward the direction of intelligent and portable. In order to assist medical personnel to patients with blood, developing from previous devices, a new kind of vein locating projection instrument based on two-dimensional scanning mirror is put forward. It can scan and project vein image using a scanning mirror. The related algorithm is also be improved, make vein scan projection more practical. The system finally set up can perform well in vein scan projection.

2.Effect of platelet-rich plasma on human periodontal ligament fibroblasts' proliferation, migration and differentiation

Objective:To investigate the in vitro effects of platelet-rich plasma(PRP) on human periodontal ligament fibroblasts(PDLFs). Methods: Various concentrations of PRP (10, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 ml/L) were applied to primary cultures of human PDLFs. MTT assays were utilized to assess cell proliferation ability. Migration was determined by assessing the cell response to a concentration gradient with Transwell chamber. Differentiation was assessed using alkaline phosphatase (ALP) kit. Results: A beneficial effect on proliferation was observed, especially in response to 200 ml/L PRP.PRP had stimulatory effects on the migration of human PDLFs. PRP facilitated differentiation of PDLFs. Conclusion: PRP can exert a positive effect on human PDLFs,but this effect is concentration specific, while higher concentrations is not necessary to result in optimal outcomes.
3.The Determination of Pulmonary Artery Hypertension by Levels of Plasma Atrial Natriuretic Peptide and Pulmonary Perfusion Imaging

Objective:Our aim was to study the levels of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and pulmonary perfusion imaging in determining of pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH). Methods: We measured ANP levels by using radioimmunoassay after making various types of PAH in rabbits. Catheterization and pulmonary perfusion tomographic imaging were used in the control group. Results: When the pulmonary artery pressure increased slightly, the ANP levels were lower in PAH group than that of control group, but the difference was not significant (t=1, P>0.05). At the same time, pressure measured by catheterization did not change as the control group, but the ratio of back/abdomen radiopharmaceuticals distribution which was measured with pulmonary perfusion tomographic imaging was significantly higher in PAH group than that of the control (t=2.5, P<0.05). The difference between the ANP levels when the pulmonary artery pressure increased medially and seriously was significant (t=4.0 and 6.5, P<0.05). The other two methods got the same result (P<0.05). Results of three examining methods were positively related. Conclusion:The ANP levels can determine the degree of PAH, and it was simple. But it was not as sensitive as that of pulmonary perfusion tomographic imaging.
4.Research on Polyamidoamine Dendrimers Mediated Foreign Gene for Xenotransplantation Transfected Pig Sperm Cells

Objective:To investigate the effect of the new nanomaterials,polyamidoamine dendrimers PAMAM-D,mediated foreign gene human decay accelerating factor(hDAF) for xenotransplantation transfected pig sperm cells.Methods:PAMAM-D/hDAF cDNA compounds were made.The compounds were divided into 0.2 μg,0.4μg,0.6μg,0.8 μg and 1.0μg groups (each group adding corresponding dose of PAMAM-D in accordance with the N/P ratio 10:1,20:1,40:1),then were digested by restriction enzymes.The compounds were incubated with washed pig sperm cells.Then the transfection efficiency was detected by in situ hybridization in the different groups.Results:The PAMAM-D molecule can prevent electrophoretic migration of DNA in the compound.After digested the compounds by restriction enzymes,DNA can not be degraded.The transfection efficiency was different in different groups.Among the total,the efficiency was higher in both groups of 0.4 μg and 0.6μg than that of others.The top was the group of 0.4 μg linear plasmid plus PAMAM-D when the N/P ratio was 20:1(47.5%±O.2%,167% vs control group).Conclusion:PAMAM-D can improve the efficiency of exogenous gene transfeeted pig sperm cells,which can reinforce the stable binding of exogenous DNA to sperm cells.
5.The research of antitumor activities in vitro of DCs loading antigen prouced by radiofrequency ablation of tumor combined with CIK cells

Objective To study the in vitro anti-tumor activity of dendritic cells (DCs) loading with antigen produced by radiofrequency ablation of tumor lysate in situ combined with cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK).Methods CIK ceils derived from BALB/C mouse spleen and DCs derived from bone marrow were prepared,and experimental model of murine colon carcinoma were established for radiofrequency ablation.The supernatant of tumor tissue in situ lysis after repeated freezing and thawing were tested by lowry protein quantitative statutory,amounting to a final concentration of 5 μg/ml,then load to the first 5 days of culture DCs (Ag-DC),2 days later,co-cultured with CIK cells after the first seven days of culture 48 h (Ag-DC-CIK).Flow cytometry was used to analyze costimulatory molecules on the surface of the cells,and CCK-8 assay to detect in vitro cytotoxic activity.Results The DCs loading with antigen resulted in an increase in the proportion of CD86 + CD11 c +,MHC Ⅱ + CD11 c + and MHC Ⅱ + CD80 + cells.The main effector cells of CIK cells were CD3 + NK1.1 + cells.The percentage of CD3 + NK1.1 + cells was 1.45% on the first day of the culture ; while when they had been cultured for 7 days,the percentage CD3 + NK1.1 + significantly increased to 36.9%.The cytotoxicity of Ag-DC-CIK cells toward C26 cells was much more efficient than that of DC-CIK,CIK cells.The cytotoxic activity of the former was significantly lower than the latter and the same target ratio.When the ratios of effector cells to target cells were 5 ∶ 1,the cytotoxic activity of Ag-DC-CIK cells against C26 cells was (74.9 ± 3.5) %,; while the DC-CIK was (71.2 ± 2.1) % and the CIK cells was (68.7 ± 2.9) %.The difference was statistically significant(F =7.007,P =0.007).When the ratios of effector cells to target cells were 10 ∶ 1,the cytotoxic activity of Ag-DC-CIK cells against C26 cells was (82.3 ± 4.5) %,while the DC-CIK cells was (77.1 ± 5.1) %,and the CIK cells was (72.7 ± 2.8) %.The difference was statistically significant (F =7.727,P =0.005).When the ratios of effector cells to target cells were 20 ∶ 1,the cytotoxic activity of Ag-DC-CIK cells against C26 cells was (83.2 ± 1.9) %,while the DC-CIK cells was (77.2 ± 4.2) %,and the CIK cells was (73.0 ± 2.6) %.The difference was statistically significant (F =16.594,P =0.000).Conclusion DCs loading with antigen produced by radiofrequency ablation of tumor in situ pyrolysis products can improve in vitro cytotoxic activity combined with CIK cells,which can provide a new comprehensive cancer treatment strategy.
6.Influence of different surgical methods on platelet activation indicators and cerebral angiospasm status of patients with severe craniocerebral in-jury

Objective To observe the influences of standard large trauma craniotomy and small bone window cranioto-my on the platelet activation indicators and cerebral angiospasm status of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Eighty-nine patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from May 2012 to June 2013 were selected and divided into the small bone window craniotomy group(included 44 patients receiving small bone win-dow craniotomy)and the large trauma craniotomy group(included 45 patients receiving standard large trauma cranioto-my). The influences of different surgical methods on the platelet activation indicators and cerebral angiospasm status of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury were observed. Results The levels of postoperative platelet activation in-dicators of both groups increased to varying degrees (CD62p, CD63, GPIIb/Ⅲa, PAgT), but the postoperative platelet activation indicator level of the large trauma craniotomy group was significantly lower than that of the small bone window craniotomy group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of cerebral angiospasm of the large trauma cranioto-my group was 6.67% (3/45), which was significantly lower than the 22.73% (10/44) of the small bone window cran-iotomy group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of standard large trauma craniotomy in the patients with severe craniocerebral injury can effectively reduce the platelet activation indicators and improve the cerebral angiospasm,and have more ideal clinical effects than small bone window craniotomy, thereby worthy of further clinical exploration of surgical procedures and surgical effects.
7.Evaluation of peer support education mode for type 2 diabetes control in rural residents.

Objective: To evaluate the intervention effects of peer support education mode for type 2 diabetes control in rural residents. Methods: A random cluster sampling method has been used, including 300 rural residents aged above 18 years old from three villages (184 in control group, 116 in intervention group), in order to proceed the physical check-up and health education programs. Unchanged rate, transfer rate of patients, rate of impaired glucose tolerance, turn normal rate and other biochemical indicators of patients and people with impaired glucose tolerance from control group and intervention group were analyzed, to evaluate the intervention effects of peer support education mode. Results: The glycemic control rate of intervention group for patients and people with impaired glucose tolerance (72.2% and 71.4%) were higher than control group (43.6% and 26.7%), but the unchanged rate of intervention group (13.9% and 0.0%) were lower than control group (42.3% and 73.3%). Patients with diabetes or glucose intolerance in the education group improved significantly in waist-to-hip ratio, uric acid, total cholesterol and HDL-C. Glycemic hemoglobin level also improved significantly in diabetes patients of the education group. Conclusion: Peer support for education intervention seemed beneficial for diabetic control. The combination of education and effect evaluation was important in the evaluation of diabetes prevention and control. Peer support education also benefited the blood glucose control in general population.

8.Molecular mechanism of 101A>G and 845G>A mutations of RHD gene responsible for a weak RhD.

OBJECTIVETo explore the molecular basis for an individual with a rare weak D phenotype.
METHODSRegular serological assaying and indirect antiglobulin testing (IAT) were performed to characterize the RhD blood group. Mutations of the RHD gene were screened by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), reverse transcription PCR and DNA sequencing. Amplified cDNA product was TA cloned and subjected to haplotype analysis.
RESULTSThe RhD blood group of the proband was determined as weak D. The result of PCR amplification showed that all of the 10 exons of the RHD gene were present. Heterozygote status of 101A/G and 845A/G were determined by gDNA and cDNA sequencing. After TA cloning and haplotype sequencing, two alleles 101A>G mutation (weak D 101G ) and 845G>A mutation (weak D type 15) were revealed.
CONCLUSION101A>G and 845G>A mutations are responsible for the low expression of RhD antigen on the red blood cells of the proband, which has resulted in a weak D phenotype.

9.Clinical observation of brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with DP chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with DP chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods Totally 48 patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly by mechanical sampling method.Twenty-four cases in treatment group were treated by brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with DP chemotherapy, while 24 cases in control group were treated by DP chemotherapy only.The clinical effects were evaluated after treatment of two cycles.Results The short-term effective rate was 54.2% (13/24) in treatment group and 45.8% (11/24) in control group, and there was no significant difference between two groups ( χ2 = 0.333, P = 0.564).The rate of increased and stable life quality was 87.5%(21/24) in treatment group and 58.3%(14/24) in control group,and there was significant difference between two groups (χ2 = 5.169,P = 0.023).The rate of increased and stable weight was 79.2% (19/24) in treatment group and 45.8%( 11/24) in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (χ2 = 5.689,P = 0.017).The incidence of nausea or vomiting was 45.8% (11/24) in treatment group and 41.7%( 10/24 ) in control group, and there was no significant difference between two groups (χ2 = 0.085, P = 0.771 ).Compared with those in control group, patients in treatment group had less adverse effects in decreasing of peripheral blood leucocytes and showed better immune function.Conclusion Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with DP chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small-cell lung cancer has good clinical effect, especially enhances the quality of life, improves immune function and decreases the adverse effects of chemotherapy.
10.Research on Helicobacter pylori infection and risk factors in physical examination population in Luzhou

Objective To investigate the infection rate and risk factors of Helicobacter pylori in healthy people in Luzhou. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, the number of physical examinations for Helicobacter pylori infection was 18, 684 in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwestern Medical University of Ganzhou, the Affiliated Hospital of Southwestern Medical University and Cangzhou People 's Hospital and Jixian People's Hospital.C14, C13 breath test or Hp antibody positive could be considered as Helicobacter pylori infection. Eight hundred people were randomly selected to conduct a telephone survey. The survey content included general information, living habits, blood type and personal and family gastrointestinal related past medical history. Results The HP infection rate of the medical examination population in Cangzhou City was 31.6%, the male HP infection rate was32.4% (3788/11836) , the female HP infection rate was 30.4% (2086/6848) , and the male HP infection rate was higher than that of the female (P = 0.025). Univariate analysis showed that gender, BMI, drinking, drinking water, frequent eating, family members and the previous digestive tract diseases, and previous history of oral disease were risk factors for Helicobacter pylori infection. Results of multivariate logistic analysis showed Male, BMI, drinking, drinking water, eating out often, family members and the digestive tract disease, and a history of oral disease were risk factors for Helicobacter pylori infection. Conclusion BMI, drinking water, and eating out in the medical examination population of Quzhou City, family members, the digestive tract diseases and previous history of oral disease are risk factors for Helicobacter pylori infection.
