Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the long effect of pereutaneous coronary intervention(PCl)on heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD),and to evaluate the prognosis of patients with CAD receiving PCI.Methods:To choose 32 patients confirmed by coronary arteriography and suitable for PCl,and to choose 32 control patients with non-CAD confirmed by coronary arteriography,HRV indices were analyzed hefore PCI and Iweek,Imonth,3months,6months,lyear after PCI.Results:HRV indices were decreased in patients with CAD,HRV was lower in patients in lweek after PCI than that before PCI,HRV was gradually increased in lmonth and there was significantly improved in 6months after PCI,and nearly to the level of control group in one year. Conclusion:HRV is low in the patients with CAD,there is slightly decreased in the early stage of PCl,but the long effect of PCI on heart rate variability can be observed.

3.A study on the relationship among serum uric acid, serum C-reactive protein and the coronary lesions
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(09):-
Objective:We study on the relationship among the concentration of serum uric acid, the concentration of serum C-reactive protein and the severity of coronary lesions.Methods:176 patients were divided into two groups(groupⅠ:coronary artery lesions group and groupⅡ:non-coronary artery lesions group) by coronary angiography, the concentration of serum uric acid and serum C-reactive protein were measured in each patients.the relationship among the severity of coronary lesions and the concetration of serum uric acid, the concetration of serum C-reactive protein were analysed by liner-correlated analysis. Results:the concentration of serum uric acid and serum C-reactive protein were increased in the groupⅠ,the concetration of serum uric acid and serum C-reactive protein correlated with Gensini scores. Conclusion:The results suggest that the increased serum uric acid and C-reactive protein play important role in the formation and development of coronary artery disease.
4.A study on heart rate variability and its circadian rhythm of patients with isolated systolic hypertension
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate heart rate variability(HRV)and its circadian rhythm of patients with isolated systolic hypertension. Methods:HRV was evaluated by using 24-hour Holter monitoring in 92 isolated systolic hypertensive patients, and compared with age-matched normal controls.Furthermore,HRV and its circadian rhythm were evaluated in two subgroups with and without left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Results:All HRV time domain index were lower among patients than normal controls. As compared with the patients with and without LVH,rMSSD and pNN50 were significantly decreased in patients with LVH.The circadian rhythm was blunted in patients without LVH,but it was absent in patients with LVH.Conclusion:Our results suggest that HRV is decreased in isolated systolic hypertensive patients.Parasympathetic tone is lower in patients with LVH than those without LVH,and the sympathetic/parasympathetic tone is altered.
5.Protection of Sensitive Data in HIS by Using Oracle 10G R2
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Objective To backup data stored in Oracle database in No.1 Military Medical Project. Methods Oracle encryption features, such as encrypting table columns, encrypting Rman backupset, encrytpting datapump export data were utilized,to encrypt sensitive data stored in HIS of No.1 Military Medical Project. Results The encryption features effectively protected Oracle online data and backup data. Conclusion These methods are secure and feasible in practice.Optimum method can be selected to encrypt data in database according system security requirements.
6.A study on the characteristics of baPWV in patients with essential hypertension associated with coronary artery disease
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in patients with essential hypertension, and that in patients with essential hypertension associated with coronary artery disease. Methods:The baPWV of 28 patients with essential hypertension was measured, the baPWV of 26 patients with essential hypertension associated with coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary angiography was also measured, and the baPWV of 25 control group's patients was measured. Results:baPWV was significantly higher in patients with essential hypertension than that in contral group, and baPWV is much higher in patients with essential hypertension associated with coronary artery disease than that in patients with essential hypertension. Conclusions:The results suggest that vascular lesion is exsist in patients with essential hypertension, and the vascular stiffness in patients with essential htpertension associated with coronary artery disease is increased than that in patients with essential hypertension.
7.Observation on the effect of Alpha-Lipoic acid combined with Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(18):2747-2749
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of alpha-lipoic acid(ALA) combined with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside(GM1) in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods According to random number table,98 type 2 diabetic patients with DPN were divided into the control group and treatment group according to the principle of informed consent, each group 49 cases. The control group was treated with ALA 600mg/d by intravenous drip infusion once a day for 3 weeks. The treatment group was treated with ALA 600mg/d and GM1 60mg by intravenous drip infusion once a day for 3 weeks. The changes of nerve system symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment, measurement of nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and fasting blood glucose, examination of knee tendon and Achilles tendon reflex, blood and urine routine and hepatic and renal function. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.84%,which was higher than that of the control group (67.35 %) (χ2 =52.01,P < 0.05).After the treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) of the treatment group increased significantly higher than those of the control group(t =1.987,1.972,1.972,1.972,all P<0.05).Conclusion ALA combined with GM1 in the treatment of DPN is safe and effective.
