Objective To compare the risk factor of chilldren with autism and ordinary children during perinatal period. Methods One hundred and fourty children with autism and 82 ordinary children were reviewed by self-written general circumstance questionnaire and risk factor questionnaire. Results Viral influenza during pregnancy (x2 =15.29) ,bom suffocate( x2 =6. 04) , premature delivery (x2 =6. 48) , dystocia (x2 =2. 83) and artificial feeding ( x2 = 6. 02 ) were risk factors for children autism (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Childeren autism is associated with risk factors in rinatal period. Early dectecion and early prevention and treatment may improve the outcome.

Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(8):878-879
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the anxiety condition and educational background of the autistic children's parents. Methods Questionnaires for the self-evaluation of anxiety were collected from the parents of 140 children with autism. Results The autistic children's mothers had significantly higher score of anxiety than the fathers (42. 73 ±8. 25) (t =6. 783,P <0. 05). The autistic boy's parents had significantly higher anxiety pressure than autistic girl's parents ( 51.38 ± 11.24 vs. 43.23 ± 6. 12) ( t = 4. 894,P <0. 05). The anxiety intensity of the autistic children's parents was negatively correlated with the parents'educational background ( F = 10. 788, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The autistic children' s parents had certain anxiety, which is correlated with the their educational background and genders of the autistic children. It is necessary to interfere the negative mood to facilitate the treatment of the autistic children.

Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significances of deleted in liver cancer-1 (DLC-1 ) and Rho associated coiledcoil forming protein kinase (ROCK )Ⅰ in non-small lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods The expressions of DLC-1 and ROCKⅠ in NSCLC and adjacent tissue of 48 patients with pathologically confirmed as NSCLC and undergone surgical resection were detected by immunohistochemis-try EnVision method. The correlations among DLC-1 protein,ROCKⅠ protein and the clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed. The prognostic value of DLC-1 in patients with NSCLC was studied. Results The expression of DLC-1 protein in NSCLC tissue was low or missing, and the positive rate was 33.3%(16/48),significantly lower than that in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma 70.8% (34/48),with statistical significance (χ2 =13.523,P<0.01).The positive expression rate of ROCKⅠprotein in NSCLC was 58.3%(28/48),higher than that of tissue adjacent to carcinoma 0(0/48),with statistical significance (χ2 =39.529, P<0.01).The expression of DLC-1 protein was correlated with tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage, rather than with sex, smoking history and organization type.Through the correlation analy-sis,the expression of ROCKⅠin DLC-1 positive group was 37.5%(6/16),and the expression rate of ROCKⅠ in DLC-1 negative group was 68.8%(22/32).There was negative correlation between DLC-1 and ROCKⅠin NSCLC tissues (r=-2.214,P=0.039).The 3 year survival rate in DLC-1 protein high expression group was obviously higher than that in low expression group, with statistical significance (P=0.043).Conclusion Low or missing expression of DLC-1 and high expression of ROCKⅠ protein may play an important role in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.Detecting the expression of DLC-1 and ROCKⅠprotein may be useful for evaluating the biological behavior and prognosis of NSCLC.

BACKGROUND:Autophagy has become a rapidly developing research hotspot in the biomedical fields. Many researchers are actively exploring the molecular regulatory mechanism of autophagy in a variety of diseases. However, the role of autophagy in hair growth is still unknown. OBJECTIVE:To review the current research progress and application value of autophagy in hair growth and regeneration,to understand the role of autophagy in hair growth,to explore the pathogenesis of autophagy in pathological hair loss, and to provide new ideas for the study of drugs for hair loss. METHODS:Using"hair follicle growth, hair growth, hair regeneration, autophagy associated proteins, autophagy activity, autophagy associated genes, autophagy"as Chinese search terms and"hair growth, hair follicle, hair regeneration, autophagy"as English search terms,PubMed and CNKI databases were searched. The research progress on autophagy, hair growth and the role of autophagy in hair growth in and outside China in recent years was reviewed and summarized.Articles incompatible with the subject content of the paper were excluded.Finally,78 articles were included for the result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)Autophagy is a normal metabolic process in eukaryotes with complex molecular mechanisms and functional properties, which is beneficial to cell survival and cell death.(2)Alopecia-related diseases are associated with changes in autophagy activity, which can regulate hair growth cycle.Knockout or overexpression of autophagy-related genes can change the state of hair growth.Multiple autophagy related signaling pathways have been found to be related to hair follicle growth.Activators or inhibitors of autophagy can be used to treat or prevent hair loss.

Objective:
To analyze the epidemiologic and clinical features of preschool children with brucellosis, and improve awareness of brucellosis and level of diagnosis.
Methods:
In-patients treated for brucellosis in preschool children from December 2016 to November 2018 in Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Bureau General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed for epidemiology, clinical feature, laboratory data, treatment and prognosis.
Results:
There were 29 males and 16 females among the 45 preschool children brucellosis cases, with an average age of (3.7 ± 1.6) years old, ranged from 6 months to 6 years old. The patients of > 3-6 years old of age had the highest incidence (64.44%, 29/45). The patients were mainly rural residents (97.78%, 44/45). The onset time was mainly from March to June of the year (46.67%, 21/45). Clinical symptoms were mostly fever and joint pain, which accounted for 97.78% (44/45) and 57.78% (26/45), respectively. And lymph node enlargement and hepatosplenomegaly were also commonly seen, which accounted for 42.22% (19/45) and 35.56% (16/45). After treatment, the test results of patients with alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were compared with those of before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant (
