Objective To discuss the clinical value of f iberoptic ductoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases. Methods A total of 3 000 patients with mastalgia, breast mass or ni pple discharge received examinations by fiberoptic ductoscopy. Cytological exami nations were carried out in part of the patients after ductoscopy. Resu lts Of the 3 000 cases, there were 608 cases of intraductal space-occup ying lesions, 1 709 cases of obstructive galactophoritis, 350 cases of galactost asia, 24 cases of acute galactophoritis, 282 cases of simple mammarv duct ectasi a, and 27 cases of normal mammary ducts. Of 1 167 patients with nipple discharge , intraductal space-occupying lesions were clarified by ductoscopy in 585 cases (50%). Surgery was performed in 643 cases while intraductal interventional thera py was adopted in 2 365 cases. Conclusions Fiberoptic ductosco py may be used for the diagnosis and treatment of various breast diseases, not c onfined to nipple discharge.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(29):4078-4079,4080
OBJECTIVE:To compare and analyze the ADR in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition)(ChPD)and non-phar-macopoeia quality standard drugs(NChPD)and its standard. METHODS:In respective study,ADR reports and drug utilization da-ta in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were collected and divided into ChPD group and NChPD group, the index differences were an-alyzed. RESULTS:The percentages of reported ADR to product regulation [(0.27 ± 0.10)%] and to drug use frequency [(0.15 ± 0.06)%] in ChPD group were significantly lower than NChPD group [(0.62 ± 0.08)%、(0.32 ± 0.07)%],with statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05). Compared with the percentage of general reported ADR to drug use frequency in NChPD group [(0.44 ± 0.12)%],there was no significant difference in ChPD group [(0.23±0.09)%](P>0.05);the percentage of new severe reported ADR to drug use frequency in ChPD group [(0.04 ± 0.01)%] was significantly lower than NChPD group [(0.27 ± 0.05)%],with statistical significance (P<0.05). And there were no significant differences in indexes in different years (P>0.05). CONCLU-SIONS:Drug quality standards should be payed more attention, from the perspective of which to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions. While the drugs introduced to hospital should be strictly controlled and timely adjust the drug structure;the pharma-copoeia standard drugs should be generalized among doctors to reduce ChPD drug reactions and ensure the drug safety.

Objective:To investigate the expression of aromatase of renal tissue in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)model mice.Methods:BALB/c mice were induced SLE with homologuous splenic cell activated with ConA after being ovariectomized, and in the same time administered different doses of benzestrofol.E2 in peripheral blood and renal tissue was detected by ELISA and the expression of mRNA of aromatase in renal tissue was detected by RT-PCR in the 4th,6th,8th and 10th weeks. Results:The level of E2 of peripheral blood and renal tissue of SLE model mice became higher as benzestrofol exogenously administered heightened.Compared with control mice, the level of E2 in SLE model mice increased, and the expression of mRNA of aromatase of renal tissue increased with E2 increment.Conclusion:E2 promotes development of SLE through regulating expression of aromatase mRNA.

Objective To explore the approaches to improve the detection of early gastric and precancerous lesions for basic level hospi-tals. Methods The 72 patients with abnormal gastric mucosa observed by gastroscope arranged with pathology after acetic acid-indigo car-mine dyeing were considered as the dyeing group, and 68 patients with abnormal gastric mucosa observed by gastroscope directly arranged with pathology were considered as the control group. The dyeing conditions of gastric mucosa were observed and compared to pathology detec-tion. The detection rate of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the two groups were compared. Results After acetic acid-indigo carmine dyeing, there were 16. 7% of demonstrated discoloration, 63. 9% of poor dyeing, and 14. 3% of even dyeing. The detection rate of early gastric cancer and high grade intraepithelial neoplasia in patients with mucosa discoloration (91. 7%) was obviously higher than that in patients with poor dyeing (8. 6%) or even dyeing (0. 0%). The detection rate of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia or intestinal metaplasia in patients with poor dyeing (82. 6%) was obviously higher than that in patients with mucosa discoloration (8. 3%) or even dyeing (14. 3%). The detection rate of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in dyeing group (13. 9%,63. 9%) was obviously higher than that in control group (2. 9%,29. 4%). Conclusion The acid-indigo carmine dyeing could increase the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in basic level hospital. It is adaptable to extend approach in basic level hospital for its low cost and simple operation.

STOMATOLOGY 2023;43(2):188-192
The first bite syndrome is a rare maxillofacial pain syndrome easily ignored by clinicians. The pain caused by it not only makes it difficult for patients to eat and delays surgical wound healing, but also rises fear and anxiety of patients while they eat, which would severely reduce their life quality. There are few case reports about the first bite syndrome in China, and clinicians know little about it. Therefore, the early diagnosis and treatment of such a disease are important. In this review, we thoroughly reviewed the etiology and classification, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, and current treatments of the first bite syndrome, aiming at providing some suggestions for clinicians.

Bioremediation is regarded as one of the most promising methods for the remediation of the soil and groundwater contaminated with organic compounds, mainly due to its cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness. Using VOSviewer and CiteSpace, we analyzed all publications in this area in core database of Web of Science from 1990 to 2020. The number of publications in this area showed an increasing trend worldwide. The country with the largest total number of publications was USA, followed by China and India. Since 2012, the number of annual publications of China exceeded USA and ranked the first. The top three journals which published papers in this area were Chemosphere, Environmental Science & Technology, and Science of the Total Environment. The Chinese Academy of Sciences published the largest number of papers among the research institutions globally, but the University of California in USA had the highest total citations and h-index. Bibliometric analysis indicated that it is important to develop biotechnologies of bioremediation coupled with chemical/physical remediation to overcome the challenge of low efficiency and long remediation duration associated with bioremediation. In addition, the bioremediation on the mixed contaminants, such as organic contaminants and heavy metals, or mixtures of different organic contaminants, is an important direction. Finally, the rapid development of microbiome technologies will further promote the exploration of mechanisms involved in bioremediation on the genetic and molecular level.
