Objective To establish a separation method of loganin and morroniside reference substance from Fructus Corni. Methods After extracted with hot water and precipitated with alcohol, the extract of Fructus Corni was isolated and purified by macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography, and preparative HPLC. Loganin and morroniside were identified by UV, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and MS. Results The contents of loganin and morroniside was higher than 98% by normalization method of HPLC. Conclusion The developed method is simple with lower cost, by which loganin and morroniside can be used as reference substances for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Chinese herbal medicine.

More than 20 protein bands with molecular weights of 19—175 KD in 18 strains of Ureaplosma urealyticum were detected by SDS-PAGE and thin layer scanning analysis. The molecular weights of major proteins were between 32 KD and 140 KD. Among them, the percentages of 67, 78 and 140 KD proteins were similar in all strains, but those of 32, 43 and 94 KD proteins were greatly different. Thus, Ureaplasma urealyticum can be divided into two groups: group A including serovars 2,5,7,9,10,11,12, and local isolates C,D, E, F; group B including serovars 1,3,6,13,14, and local isolates A, B. The serovars of Ureaplasma urealyticum could not be distinguished by using SDS-PAGE alone.

This paper introduced the present situation and the existing problems of palliative care and hospice care system in Russia.The coverage of palliative is narrow,regional development is not balanced,the medical professionals in palliative care is lack,the professional skills should be improved urgently,the training system of palliative care is not perfect and the quality of training is not high,the medical professionals have high work pressure,the brain drain is serious,the social cognition is not enough,the volunteer service system is underdeveloped,and the acquisition rate of mental and narcotic drugs is low.On the basis of the above,this paper introduced the development strategy of Russian palliative care,and discussed the enlightenment to our country.For example,government departments should attach importance to the introduction of legal norms of palliative care,perfect the service system of palliative care,establish the supporting facilities,reasonably plan palliative care system,implement the integration of service management and scientific research,and bring the guarantee palliative care fund into the national budget.

Objective: To explore the method of enhancing the ability to detect HCV infection and to provide the advice for practical work. Methods: A total of 487 samples from a village in Hebei Province were selected by cluster sampling. Serum samples were detected by anti-HCV and HCV-RNA assays. The results were compared between the two tests. The correlation of HCV-RNA quantification and its anti-HCV s/n value was analyzed. Results: The positive values of anti-HCV and HCV-RNA were 22.1% and 14.2%, respectively, which were lower than that of the parallel test (χ²=4.0000, P=0.0455, χ²=42.0000, P <0.0001). The HCV-RNA quantification of the samples was positively correlated with the anti-HCV s/n value, which means anti-HCV s/n value increased with HCV-RNA quantification. Conclusion The parallel test of anti-HCV and HCV-RNA can enhance the ability to detect HCV infection.
