It is a trend that innovate the traditional bilingual education model and select a new teaching model.Code-switching is a lingual phenomenon when a passages or articles are expressed with two or more language. To guarantee effect of bilingual education and improve education quality, penetration bilingual education was applied during microbiology teaching.Professional English vocabulary, words, passages or articles were introduced to students timely and by measure by the way of language code-switching.The results showed that bilingual teaching mode with language code-switching inspire study emotion and self-confidence of English expression from students.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging 2013;(6):436-438,442
Purpose To analyze the differences of CT manifestations, and to explore the disparity of drainage volume in early drainage between Klebsiella pneumoniae induced liver abscess and non-Klebsiella pneumoniae induced liver abscess. Materials and Methods 337 cases of patients whose blood culture or drainage fluid culture results were positive were divided into Klebsiella pneumoniae group (219 cases) and non-Klebsiella pneumoniae group (118 cases). CT characteristics of the two groups were analyzed, including lesion distribution, quantity, structure, texture, abscess wall thickness, enhancement character around the lesion, whether or not concurrent with thrombophlebitis or migratory infection and so on. Early drainage volume in interventional puncture drainage was observed in both groups. Results Chest CT showed that solitary, multi-room, solid, thin-walled abscesses with concurrent thrombophlebitis, migratory infection and no enhancement around tend to occur in Klebsiella pneumoniae group (χ2=4.065, 3.834, 4.682, 5.689, 5.215, 8.362, 8.407, P<0.01). Early drainage volume of Klebsiella pneumoniae group was significantly lower than that of non-Klebsiella pneumoniae group (χ2=5.863, P<0.01). Conclusion CT manifestations of Klebsiella pneumoniae induced liver abscess are solitary, multi-room, solid, thin-walled abscesses without enhancement around them, thrombophlebitis and migratory infection are common seen and drainage volume is less in early stage after interventional operation.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To study CT findings of gastrointestinal lymphoma. Methods Conventional and enhanced CT data of 25 gastrointestinal lymphoma patients proved pathologically by gastroscope(8 cases),enteroscope(3),operation(5)and lymph node of neck puncture(9) were retrospectively analysed. Results All cases were secondary gastrointestinal lymphoma except one primary located in cardia.CT manifestations of gastric lymphoma included three kinds:(1)Widespread infiltration or multiple type (9 cases);(2)Limited type(3 cases);(3)polypus type(1 case):which had not been found by gastroscope. The CT value range of tumor was 20~42 HU with average of 31.3 HU.Most tumours showed homogeneous contrast enhancement.Enhanced value range of tumor was 15~33 HU with average of 23.5 HU.CT manifestations of intestinal lymphoma included:(1)Multiple nodus type(4 cases);(2)infiltration type(5 cases);(3)mesentery involved type(3 cases);(4)lump type(3 cases).Thickening mural were homogeneous except one showed low attenuation in the center of one extremely thickening wall. Conclusion Gastrointestinal lymphomas have slight to medium enhancement on comtrast-enhanced CT,while the medium enhancement is characteristic finding of this lesion.

Objective To explore the effect of robot-assisted gait training on the lower limb motor function and gait ability in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods From January, 2015 to October 2016, 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and experimental group (n=30). Both groups received conventional rehabilitation, while the experimental group was given robot-assisted gait training and the control group was given artificial assisted gait training, 30 minutes a day, five days a week for eight weeks. They were evaluated with Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Limb (FMA-LE), muscle strength of hip flexion (L-FORCE/HIP/Flex, FHF) and knee extension (L-FORCE/KNEE/Ext, FKE), Six Minutes Walking Distance and Ten Meters Walking Time before and after training. Results There was no significant difference in general data and all indexes between two groups before training (P>0.05). The scores of all the indexes improved in the experimental group after training (t>2.274, P<0.05), and all of them were better in the experimental group than in the control group (t>2.095, P<0.05), except FKE. Conclusion Robot-assisted gait training can effectively improve the lower limb motor function and gait ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.

BACKGROUND:Sufentanil exerts protective effects on tissues, but its roles in the repair of nervous system injury and the underlying mechanism are stil unknown.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the protective effect of sufentanil preconditioning in the repair of spinal cord injuries and the underlying mechanism.
METHODS:Mouse models of spinal cord injuries were prepared through clipping spinal cord fol owed by intraperitoneal injection of 3 and 6μg/kg sufentanil, respectively.
RESULTS AND CONCLUISON:(1) Western blotting, ELISA and TUNEL assays showed that 6μg/kg sufentanil significantly down-regulated the protein expression levels of TLR4, nuclear factor-κBp65, cleaved-caspase 3, tumor necrosis factor-αand interlenkin-1βin the spinal cord of mice (P<0.05);at the same time, the number of apoptotic neurons was significantly decreased (P<0.05). (2) Furthermore, high-dose sufentanil preconditioning significantly ameliorated the recovery of limb function at 14 days after injury (P<0.05). (3) These results administrate that the neuroprotection provided by 6μg/kg sufentanil preconditioning for spinal cord injuries in mice maybe related to the TLR4/nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway inactivation.
