Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of fractures caused by earthquake to elevate the quality of prevention and treatment and reduce the mortality and disability rate. Methods A retrospectire study was performed on the data of 1 262 patients with fractures caused by earthquake from May 12,2008 to Aug 31,2008.The following data was statistically analyzed:cause of injury, injured part, associated injuries and treatment.Resultsof the 1 262 cases,11 resulted in deaths;bruise and crush trauma was the major cause (93.98%)of casualties;fractures oflimbs were the main types(55.7%)of fracture;operation was the major treatment.Concluslon Correct treatment is important for fractures caused by earthquake to reduce mortality and disability rate.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
Serial sections of the tongues of rabbits, albino rats, pigs, dogs, frogs, toads andhuman beings have been made to study the motor nerve endings by the silver imprega-tion method of Cajal Faworsky. The end-plates of the muscle of their tongues has its own specific characteristic, thefunctional significance of these motor nerve endings of the muscle of tongues has beendiscussed. In our investigation we have found out three kinds of unusual motor nerve endings:(1) A single motor end plate, located at two adjacent muscle fibers, has a small branchwhich runs to another muscle. (2) An accessory ending, formed by different startingpoints of nerve fiber, has been found in dogs. (3) Triple motor inervation of individualmuscle fiber of the tongues is to be found in human beings.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Objective:Colorectal cancer is related to antioxidative ability and oxidative stress level. The aim of the study was to evaluate the oxidative stress in colorectal cancer patients and to investigate the relationship between oxidative stress and colorectal cancer. Methods:A total of 60 subjects(30 colorectal cancer patients,30 normal healthy controls) were examined in the study and estimated the protein oxidation,DNA damage, lipid peroxidation and antioxidants-vitamin C,vitamin E,glutathione(GSH) and antioxidative enzymes in serum, respectively. Results:Statistically significantly higher values of protein carbonyl and advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP) were observed in colorectal cancer patients(P

Objective To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Shengjiang Powder(SP)on acute lung injury. Methods Forty healthy SD male rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: normal group, model group, and SP group. After administration for 6 days, acute lung injury rat models were established by injecting lipopolysaccharide(LPS)into sublingual vein.Lung histological sections were prepared for the detection of NF-?B expression by immmunohistochemistry. The images of the lung histological sections were captured and the average gray values of nucleus of endothelial cells in lung micrangium were measured. Results Compared with the model group,SP could depress the expression of NF-?B in the nucleus of lung microvascular endothelial cells, and statistical difference existed between the two groups(P
5.Analysing ultrasonography imaging outcomes of intravenous leiomyomatosis
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(12):-
Objective To investigate ultrasonography imaging feature of intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL).Methods Analysing 34 cases of IVL retrospectively, which had been treated and diagnosed in the hospital from Jan,1998 to Dec,2003.Results Among 34 cases,2 cases were diagnosed as IVL,20 cases were diagnosed as uterine leiomyoma or uterine leiomyoma with degeneration and 12 cases as uterine leiomyoma with adenomyosis. Conclusions Knowledge shortage on the clinical feature of IVL causes the low rate of accurate diagnosis of IVL by ultrasonography imaging.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the ratio of glycerol in Chloramphenicol and Ephedrine Nasal Drops included in China's Hospitals Agents Norms.METHODS:By formula optimization and observation on clinical trials, the ratio of glycerol in Chloramphenicol and Ephedrine Nasal Drops was reduced from 300mL to 50mL.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The Chloramphenicol and Ephedrine Nose Drops prepared in an optimized ratio of glycerol is of much less irritability, good transparency, good compliance in patients, more reliable efficacy, thus deserving to be popularized.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(9):882-886
Under the situation of national demand for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills, it is very important to develop a scientific and feasible education and training program to popularize CPR skills, and improve first-aid ability. This study illustrated the significance and feasibility of setting up car-diopulmonary resuscitation courses in colleges and universities. On this basis, specific suggestions and countermeasures were put forward to improve teaching organization and leadership, teaching material de-velopment, curriculum design, teaching faculty development, teacher training and laboratory construction. This study proposed to strengthen the legislation, and the implementation of first-aid qualification examina-tion in colleges and universities, making the students become the preferred educational group of CPR skills, which is of great significance to improve public popularity rate of CPR.
8.Study on Relationship between Life Style and Chronic Diseases
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(06):-
Objective To analyze the relationship between life style and chronic diseases.Method 2 886 people were selected randomly from three districts of Tianjin and surveyed with a questionnaire on their healthy condition and physical examination.2 622 people were taken a diet survey by 3-days foods intakes weighing and 24-hours diet recall, then the relative risk factors between life style and coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, overweight and obesity were analyzed.Result The standardized prevalence rates of coronary heart disease, cerebrevascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, overweight and obesity of residents were 9.24%,4.33%,6.74%,34.05%,and 42.62%,respectively.The more the intake of energy, the more the risk for people to suffer from overweight and obesity,OR value being 1.00-1.70.With intake of more than 20 g dietary fiber per day,the risk for suffering from overweight and obesity could be reduced,OR value being 0.68.Logistic analysis showed that heavy salty taste could increase the risk for suffering from hypertension by 42%.Watching TV more than 3 hours per day increased the risk for suffering from cerebrovascular disease and diabetes,OR value being 1.802 and 1.703 respectively.Sleep less than 7 hours per day was a dangerous factor for hypertension, coronary heart disease and cerebrovasular disease,OR value being 1.517, 1.833 and 2.041 respectively. Conclusion The life style such as dietary pattern, sedentary occupation and sleep hours have strong connection with chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes etc.Reasonable diet, suitable exercises, reducing sedentary position and increasing sleep hours will be good for health, and also for the prevention and control of chronic diseases.

30 ?g/min were found to have retinopathy, but those with slightly increased UAE (15-30 ?g/min) showed a lower incidence of retinopathy similar to that of non-albuminuric diabetics. It indicates that UAE with 30 ?g/min may signal an imperative stage in preventing micro-vascular complications in diabetes.
10.THE VALUE OF PYRIDOSTIGMINE IN EVALUATION OF GH RESERVE IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
In the present study, we observed the effects of cholinergic enhancement by pyridostigmine (PD), a cholinesterases inhibitor, on GH release in both normal (n = 13) and GH deficient children and adolescents (n = 8). Responses of GH to insulin hypoglycemia were also observed. In the normal subjects, PD-induced serum GH peak levels were significantly higher than that induced by insulin (P
