1.EMLA-ALK fusion gene in non-small cell lung cancer

EML4-ALK fusion gene can improve the expression of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) protein and activate ALK inducing tumor cells proliferation and anti-apoptosis.EMLA-ALK fusion gene in nonsmall-cell lung cancer which has unique clinical and pathological features is more common in young femal,never smokers,and adenocarcinoma patients,At present,EML4-ALK fusion gene can be detected using RT-PCR,FISH and IHC.Crizotinib,an ALK inhibitor,can block the gene's signal pathway and restrain tumor's activity.
2.AFFERENT CONNECTIONS OF SUBSTANTIA NIGRA IN THE RAT

The substantia nigra(SN)has been considered to be related to motor function.The recent physiological study has shown that the SN is not only one of theelements of extrapyramidal system,but is also related to the sensory system and takepart in the modulation of pain.In order to provide morphological evidence for itsfunctional aspect,42 rats have been employed for study by retrograde transportmethod of horseradish peroxidase(HRP),using microinjective and microiontophoreticdelivery system through vertical and oblique approaches.The results showed that the main labeled nuclei and neuro-structures were thecaudoputamen nucleus,dorsal raphe nucleus,central amygdaloid nucleus,globuspallidus,cerebral cortex,median raphe nucleus,locus coeruleus,periaqueductal grayand parabrachium nuclei.Topographical organization of the projections from these labeled nuclei andneuro-structures to SN was studied in detail.Among the structures studied the labeled cells were found most numerous incaudoputamen nucleus(CP).The projection fibers start in a order from the antero-dorso-medial to postero-ventro-lateral part of CP and end in the medial to lateralof SN in succession.Topographical projection from dorsal raphe nucleus to SN was also found.Thedorsal raphe nucleus only project to the medial two-thirds of SN.The fibers from central amygdaloid nucleus and locus coeruleus terminate in thelateral two-thirds of SN.Only the medial one half of SN receives the projection fibers from globuspallidus.In cerebral cortex,the main regions where labeled cells could be seen wereinsula,frontal and parietal regions.The projection fibers coming from median raphe nucleus terminate to the medialone-third of SN.When HRP was injected into lateral or median one-third of SN,numerousand clear cut labeled cells can be seen in the ventro-lateral region of periaqueductalgray.The projection from parabrachium nuclei terminates to the lateral one half ofSN.

Deep post -anal space abscesses and horseshoe fistulas are one of the complicated anorectal dis-eases.Deep post -anal space is an important configuration in its suppurative process.The infection usually extends through the internal sphincter to deep post -anal space which is adjacent to the ischiorectal space.Its pathological characters promote surgical therapies.The modified Hanley procedure is the most commonly utilized technique with low recurrence rates and minimal anorectal dysfunction.
5.Value of serum CYFRA21-1 in the detection of curative effects on advanced NSCLC

Objective To investigate the siginicance of evaluation of chemotherapy the changes of serum concentration of CYFRA21-1 application in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) was used to analyze of 86 cases of advanced NSCLC in the serum of the patients after first-line chemotherapy(gemcitabine +cisplatin) difference between the changes of CYFRA21-1 con-centration in serum before and after chemotherapy ,and 42 cases of normal healthy control CYFRA 21-1 concentration in human serum were analyzed .Results Compared with healthy controls ,serum concentrations of CYFRA 21-1 in pa-tients with advanced NSCLC increased significantly [(1.98 ±1.17)μg/L vs (17.36 ±13.28)μg/L,t=12.56,P<0.05],and the concentration of CYFRA21-1 in serum of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in patients with lung adenocarcinoma [(25.47 ±15.31)μg/L vs (17.36 ±13.28)μg/L, t=5.84, P<0.05] .In addition to first-line chemotherapy in patients with NSCLC patients ,the serum concentration of CY-FRA21-1 significantly lower than before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy ,the first-line chemotherapy drug was invalid or CYFRA21-1 concentration in serum of patients with chemotherapy resistance in before and after the change is not obvious ,even there was a trend of rising .Conclusion Serum CYFRA21-1 can be used as the curative effect of chemotherapy in patients with advanced NSCLC effective evaluation index of early .
6.Construction strategy of human organ donation social mission system in China

BACKGROUND:By analyzing the current difficulties faced by human organ transplantation and social factors which lead to organ transplant donor shortage in China, people are found to be generaly lack of knowledge about organ transplant and donation process. OBJECTIVE: To make a tentative probe into the construction of organ donation social mission system on four aspects, namely the importance, ethical principles, current situation and countermeasures, and to provide scientific advice and information for organ donation publicity and education. METHODS: Articles about organ donation and organ transplantation were retrieved from CQVIP, CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, Medline System from January 2005 to November 2014 with the key words of “organ donation, organ transplantation, shortage of donor, body donation, education system” in both Chinese and English. After secondary manual retrieval of organ donation coordinator, literature were included if they involved organ donation coordinator and organ donation and transplantation related policies and regulations. This paper put forward countermeasures for the construction of human organ donation social mission system in China based on the literature induction. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:This paper describes the necessity of organ donation education system, systematicaly analyzes the existing problems for current organ donation education problems and ethical principles that should be folowed, and explore the construction strategy of human organ donation social mission system in China. The way to relieve tension of organ transplant donor and expand donor sources is to win broad support and understanding of citizens, which can ensure the sustainable development of organ donation work. So, it is very important to build the human organ donation social mission system.

8.Difficulties and disputes of laparoscopic spleen-preserving splenic hilar lymph node dissection for advanced upper gastric cancer

Splenic hilar lymph node must be dissected in D2 dissection for advanced upper gastric cancer.With the advances of surgical technology and updated treatment concept,spleen-preserving splenic hilar lymph node dissection has been widely accepted and gradually carried out by surgeons.However,laparoscopic spleen-preserving splenic hilar lymph node dissection has become a technical difficulty of laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer due to complex anatomy of splenic hilar vessels and exposed difficulty in splenic hilar region,especially in obese patients.Surgeons not only have skillful laparoscopic techniques but also know anatomic characteristics of splenic hilar vascular well,and reasonable surgical approach and programmed surgical procedures can guarantee successful laparoscopic spleen-preserving splenic hilar lymph node dissection.Meanwhile,with the development of laparoscopic spleen-preserving splenic hilar lymph node dissection,there is also some disputes about lymph node dissection.

10.The effects of supplemented with DHA on synaptic plasticity during development period in rats

Aim To discover the change of synaptic plasticity by supplementing DHA during development period in rats. Method We divided Wistar rats into two groups: fish oil group and control group. The fish oil rats were supplemented with fish oil(5?10~3 ml?g-1 body weight) by gavage daily. The control rat was supplemented with NS of the same dose. 90 days later, each rat was hippocampus of anaesthetized and LTP and LTD were recorded at hippocampus of the same rat. Result Compared to the control group, DHA group presented an obvious increase in PS LTP, while no changes were found in EPSP LTP. On the other hand,DHA group demonstrated an obvious canceling effect on both EPSP and PS LTD. Conclusion There exist effects on synaptic plasticity after supplement with DHA. It may be one of the factors that DHA improves learning and memory.
