International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(5):310-312
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bladder hydredistention and resiniferatoxin(RTX)on treating female interstitial cystitis(IC).Methods A total of 16 patients with IC were included. All patients received cystoscopie hydrodistention and RTX under anesthesia. The O'Leary-Sant Interstitial Cystitis Symptom Index(ICSI),Problem Index(ICPI),voiding frequency and the maximum bladder capacity were recorded before and after the therapy. Results All patients were followed up for 1 or 6 months.Fourteen of 16patients'symptoms were relieved,2 patients symptoms disappeared or significantly relieved. Conclusion Bladder hydrodistention and RTX effectively relieve symptoms and improve quality of life in patients with IC in the short term.

Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic ultrasonography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Laparoscopic ultrasonography system of Sharplan Company was used for the examination of the liver, gallbladder, bile duct and pancreas in 410 patients performed by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results The rates of biliary duct abnormality, preoperative diagnosis change, preoperative inexpectant disease finding, bile injury and residual stone were 3.5%, 4.4%, 2.4% and 0%, respectively. Conclusion During laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic ultrasonography is helpful for the improvement of correct diagnosis and the decrease of complications.

4.Conceptual consideration of cancer, challenges and opportunities for cancerbiotherapy
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1994;0(01):-
The outcome of current cancer therapy is far from satisfactory despite the considerable advancements have been achievedin life science and medicine. When looking for more potent drugs or technologies for cancer therapeutics,we shouht re-evaluate ourtraditional perception of caneer and have introspection whether we have some misunderstandings of cancer biology and the relationshipbetween cancer and host.In this commentary, the authors outlined their conceptual consideration of cancer, and proposed theirviewpoints about challenges and opportunities for cancer biotherapy.
5.Two methods for software auto update
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
This paper introduces such two methods for the software to detect and download its new version automatically as applying the mapped network drive in LAN and download through FTP in Internet. The implementation of auto running of the new version after update is also discussed.

Objective To understand the quality of malaria blood examinations in township?level hospitals,so as to provide the evidence for continuing the malaria blood examinations in the stage of post?malaria elimination. Methods A total of 64 township hospitals were investigated and 640 negative malaria blood slides were scored individually according to 10 indicators inMalaria Elimination Technical Schemein 2013 and 2014. The single and multiple indicators were calculated, and the work of blood examinations and situation of technicians were investigated. The data of malaria blood examinations and patient discovery in township hospitals of Nantong City were collected and analyzedduring the period of 2011-2014. Results Forthe single indi?cator,29.5%of the thick blood films did not reach the standard, and 35.8%of thin blood films did not reach the standard. For the multiple indicators, blood slides with more than 4 indicators below the standard(poor quality)accounted for 32.5%. From ma?laria blood examinations and malaria situation, the number of slides was 194 635 during the period of 2011-2014,and there were no local vivax malaria casesin 4consecutive years from 2011 to 2014,andlocal malaria has been effectively controlled in Nantong City. For health facilities where malaria patients initially presented, the township and village level accounted for 16.3%,and county and higher level accounted for 83.7%. Conclusions The quality of malaria blood examinations in township level hospitals of Nantong City is not high and the microscopic examination has a relatively low efficiency in the discovery of ma?laria cases. A new model for malaria blood examinations needs to be further explored.
7.Study of the values of renal function indicators in predicting chronic kidney disease
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(22):3034-3035
Objective To discuss the values of renal function indicators in predicting chronic kidney disease (CKD) .Methods According to eGFR ,212 cases of CKD patients were divided into three groups :group A (eGFR> 60 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m -2 ) , group B (eGFR 30-60 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m-2 ) ,and group C (eGFR<30 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m-2 ) .175 cases of patients with the risk of CKD and 60 cases of healthy people were selected at the same time and brought into high‐risk group and normal control group ,respectively .The ratios of microalbumin and creatinine in urine (UmAlb/Cr) ,and the serum levels of Urea ,creatinine(Cr) , uric acid(UA) ,cystatin C(CysC) ,β2‐microglobulin(BMG) and homocysteine(Hcy) in all the groups were detected .Results There were differences in the levels of CysC and BMG among the three groups of CKD patients(P<0 .05) ,as well as between high‐risk group and normal control group ,with significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion CysC and BMG can be used as effective indica‐tors of CKD prediction .

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;17(1):41-43
Objectives: To study the treatment outcome of mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC).Methods:128 cases of MEC with definite pathologic diagnosis treated in our hospital during the past 15 years were investigated. The relationship between the effects of the therapy and the prognosis was analysed.Result:Treatment with surgical operation only was used in 99 cases, radiotherapy after operation was applied in 26 cases and follow-up was carried out in 76 cases. 5-year survival rate was 90.7%.5 patients who died within 5 years after operation were all with the diagnosis of MEC in clinical stage Ⅳand poor differentiaton. Conclusion:The local extensive excision for the well differentiated MEC,the radiotherapy after operation for poorly differentiated or that of clinical stage Ⅳ,especially in maxilla, may increase 5-year survival rate.Since there were cases of recurrences of MEC 13 years after surgical treatment,long-term follow-up is necessary.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
This paper analyzes the reasons for quarantined patients' incomplete obedience to medical orders and comes up with relevant countermeasures as follows.1.External compulsory medical treatment should be combined with patients' internal self-consciousness.2.It is necessary to strengthen the mutual communication between doctors and quarantined patients, and observation for patients' condition.3.It is necessary to strengthen mental care and respect for patients' legal rights.4.A positive role should be taken in improving treating environment and give mental support from family members.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(10):-
Object To investigate the effect of puerarin (Pue) on renal protein kinase C (PKC) activity, kidney structure and function in diabetic rats. Methods STZ-induced diabetic rats were randomly divided into five groups: Diabetic rats model group (DM), Pue (500, 250, 125 mg/kg) treatment group, and VitE group, in addition, normal rats for control group. All rats were given by ig for 12 weeks. Kidney function and kidney index were determined; The PKC activity was measured by ELISA. The excretion of microalbuminuria (MAU) was measured by radio-immunoassay, and kidney tissue was observed by light-microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results The excretion of MAU, kidney index (kidney weight/body weight) and PKC activity in diabetic rats were significantly increased. The excretion of MAU, and PKC activity were markedly decreased in Pue treatment group, and kidney pathologic changes of diabetic rats in Pue treatment group were improved. Conclusion Pue can ameliorate early kidney hy-perdynamic abnormality in diabetic rats, possess protective effect on kidney of diabetic rats, whose mechanism may be associated partly with a down-regulation of PKC activity.
