Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Jian Shen Li Shui No. 1 for treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The patients enrolled were randomly devided into 3 groups. The group A were treated with Jian Shen Li Shui No. 1, the group B with Xing Nao Xiao Zhong Capsules and the group C with 20% mannitol. Symptoms and signs, changes of urine volume, quality of life, routine examination of blood, urine and feces, function of liver and kidney, electrocardiogram, blood lipid, sugar, electrolytes, reological changes were observed. Objective To investigate the clinical value of NT‐proBNP and cTnI detection in the diagnosis and treatment of con‐gestiveheartfailure.Methods 198patientswithcardiovascularwereastheresearchobjects,95caseswithHFwereasHFgroup, 103 caseswithout HF were as control group ,compared left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and serum NT‐proBNP ,cTnI levels of patients ,and compared LVEF ,serum NT‐proBNP ,cTnI levels of patients with different cardiac functions ,analysed the correla‐tion between serum NT‐proBNP ,cTnI levels and LVEF in patients with HF ,and analysed the diagnosic value of NT‐proBNP ,cTnI combined detection and single detection on HF .Results LVEF and serum NT‐proBNP ,cTnI levels of the HF group were higher than those of the control group(P<0 .05) ,LVEF of the HFgroup decreased significantly when cardiac function classification in‐creased ,serum NT‐proBNP ,cTnI levels increased significantly ,there were statistically significant differences in the indices between the three groups(P<0 .05) ,serum NT‐proBNP ,cTnI was inversely related to the level of LVEF (r= -0 .536 ,-0 .328 ,P<0 .05);proBNP ,the specificity ,positive predictive value and accuracy in the diagnosis of HF byproBNP 、cTnI combined detection improved obviously than the single detection ,compared with cTnI the specificity ,accuracy rate ,there was difference significant(χ2 =4 .595 , 21 .648 ,P=0 .032 ,0 .000) .Conclusion It has important clinical value Serum NT‐proBNP ,cTnI levels detection for the diagnosis and judgment of HF .

Objective We reported previously that single nucleotide polymorphisms SNP) + 11G ＞ A in intron 3 of the human urate transporter 1 (hURAT1) gene are associated with hyperuncaemia in Han Chinese.The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of the variants on hURAT1 function.Methods The wild-type,mutant-type hURAT1 and exon 5-null hURAT1 were constructed,and respectively microinjected into the zebrafish embryo yolks.The subcellular localization of different genotypes of hURAT1 was detected by confocal laser scanning microscope.Results Compared with wild type,the mutant recombinant plasmid transcribed two types of mRNA spliceosome,the wild type and the exon 5-null type.The hURAT1 wild type protein was prominent localized on cell membrane,while the mutant type and exon 5-null hURAT1 proteins were distributed uniform in the cytoplasm but not on the cell membrane.Conclusion The hURAT1 variant + 11 G ＞ A resulted in an alternative splicing of hURAT1 mRNA-exon 5-null type.Its protein product exhibited a different subcellular localization compared with that of wild type.

Objective To develop a new system of computer-aided design(CAD) for individual metacarpophalangeal joint prosthesis based on rapid prototyping technique. Methods A hand of cadaver was scanned with PLUS-4 spiral computed tomography (CT).Then the transaxial 2D image data of digitus metacarpophalangeal joint were reconstructed into 3D digitized contour data by 3DMSR that was designed by ourselves. Then,the intramedullary stem was designed in software of Surface 9.0. Results The 3D contour image of metacarpophalangeal joint presented was reconstructed by 3DMSR and edited by Surface 9.0 easily for CAD of individual metacarpophalangeal joint.The intramedullary cavity was like choanoid. The intramedullary stem longitude of articular head and fossa were 47.31 and 35.20 mm.The intramedullary stem fit cavity.The model fit anatomical shape. Conclusion The 3D contour image of metacarpophalangeal joint can be obtained by spiral CT scanning,and the digitized data can be applied directly to CAD of individual artificial joint and subsequently rapid prototyping fabricating.In addition,the reconstruction method is simple and can be applied widely to clinical implant fabricating practice of orthopaedics.

Objective To analyze the clinical features of rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD) in pa?tients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and investigate correlative factors of RBD. Methods Sixty-three consecutive PD pa?tients were included and classified into PD+RBD group (n=28) and PD-RBD group (n=35) according to REM Sleep Be?havior Disorder Questionnaire (RBDQ-HK). The degree of motor symptoms was compared using Unified Parkinson Dis?ease Rating Scale (UPDRS) and Hoehn&Yahr (H-Y) grade, the incidence of non motor symptoms was compared using non motor symptoms questionnaire (NMSquest), and the cognitive function, anxiety, depression, daytime sleep were com?pared using Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Epworth Sleep Scale (ESS) between the two groups. Results The incidence of RBD in PD patients was 44.4% (28/63). There were longer illness course ( χ2=12.733, P=0.002), older age (t=-2.292, P=0.025), and higher H-Y grades (χ2=7.014, P=0.008) in PD+RBD group, compared with those in PD-RBD group, but there were no significant differences in sex, onset age, onset form and levodapa dose equivalents (LDE) between the two groups. There were higher UPDRSⅡ,Ⅲ scores (t=-2.734, P=0.008; U=3.329, P=0.001) in PD+RBD group. Most of the non motor symptoms, including the gastrointestinal dysfunctions, psychiatric comorbidity and sleep disturbances were more frequent in PD+RBD group (P<0.05), and the incidence of anxiety and depression were higher (χ2=3.958, P=0.047; χ2=10.338, P=0.001), whereas there were no significant differences in cognitive function and daytime sleep between the two groups. In addition, constipation (OR=7.257), illness course (OR=5.389), UPDRS Ⅲ scores (OR=1.060) were correlative with RBD in PD patients. Con?clusion PD patients with longer illness course, older ages, and severe motor and non motor symptoms more likely suffer from RBD. Besides, constipation, long illness course and high UPDRSⅢscores may be risk factors of RBD.

?AIM: To discuss the application of anterior segment optic coherence tomography ( AS-OCT ) in the diagnosis of corneal ulcer.?METHODS: The cross linear scan was used in 88 patients ( 88 eyes ) with corneal lesion by AS-OCT to gather the image data, observe the pathological changed tissue by measuring all layers for patients with initial inspection, providing important visual images and data for treatments. All the patients were followed up for 2mo.?RESULTS:Clear images with structure of all layers were obtained. It can provide the intuitive image data and scan the same position and show the changes during the treatment.?CONCLUSION: AS-OCT can discover the important condition immediately. It also can monitor course of disease dynamically, provide the intuitive image data for clinical treatment.

In order to improve the management efficiency of standardized residency training for rehabilitation medicine and ensure the quality of training for trainees, we have conducted a precise management exploration of standardized residency training for rehabilitation medicine residents based on mobile phone platforms. An highly efficient and precise rehabilitation medicine residents training system has been constructed by applying some widely used APPs and network functions in China, such as WeChat, Sojump, Teachermate, Ding Talk, etc. With the mobile phone WeChat as the medium, the management framework of the residency training base has been built. The student information input, assessment, evaluation and feedback system have been completed through the questionnaire star as the medium. The Internet extension of teaching and training activities has been realized by the teachermate. Through the Ding Talk, the individualized precise graduation examination arrangements for the trainees have been achieved, and the customized skill training arrangements and records have also been achieved. Through the use of these modern teaching techniques and training methods, the precise and efficient management of the rehabilitation medicine standardized residency training has been basically realized.

Objective To construct the recombinant RIP3 over-expressed plasmids and transfect them in breast cancer MCF7 cells, and identify the expression and localization of fusion protein, as well as its effect on the death way of MCF7 cells. Methods The expression levels of RIP3 mRNA in four breast cancer cell lines and normal mammary epithelial cells were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The RIP 3 coding sequence was amplified by polymerase chain reaction and subcloned into mCherry vector to construct recombinant plasmids. The plasmids were transfected into MCF7 cells by lentivirus after DNA sequencing, then screened by basticidin (4 mg/L) for 1 week. The efficiencies of RIP3 expression were validated by Western blotting assay. The death way of mCherry-RIP3-MCF7 cells was observed under the treatment of TNF-αand Z-VAD-FMK. Results The lowest expression of RIP3 mRNA was found in MCF7 cells. The sequencing results validated the well recombinant plasmids. The expression of mCherry-RIP3 fusion pro-tein with a molecular weight of 85 ku was detected by Western blot assay. The mCherry-RIP3 expression enhanced the sensi-tivity of MCF7 cells to TNF-αand Z-VAD-FMK induced cell death. Conclusion The recombinant RIP3 over-expressed plasmids were successfully constructed, and the stable MCF7 cells with ectopic RIP3 transfection were obtained. The mCher-ry-RIP3 fusion protein was expressed in the cytoplasm and was conformed to mediate TNF-αinduced necroptosis.
