NFC is characterized by its short transfer distance, low energy consumption, multiple operation model, high safety, portability, good interconnection, and compatibility with RFID.It can thus be considered as the updated edition of RFID.The significance to innovate the service of library using combined NFC and RFID was therefore elaborated with some suggestions put forward for constructing the smart library.

The utilization of mobile library users in Shanxi Medical University and its First and Second Affiliated Hospitals was investigated. The needs of mobile library users and the factors influencing the utilization of mobile li-brary were analyzed with strategies proposed for perfecting the construction of mobile library.

The paper analyzes the effect ofInternet +on the purchase of periodical resources for libraries of medical colleges based on the discussion of the concept of Internet + ,points out the current situation and problems of purchase of periodicals for libraries of medical college,puts forward the periodical purchase modes and scheme proposals that conform to the current trend,and lays a foundation for the development of libraries of medical colleges.

Objective To select the aptamer to an extracellular soluble fragment of recombinant human TGF-? receptor Ⅱ (TGF-? RⅡ) in order to antagonize TGF-? effectively by using systematic evolution of ligants by exponential enrichment (SELEX). Methods Initial random RNA library was transcripted in vitro from ssDNA 5′-TAATACGACTCACTATAGGGAGGACGATGCGG-N60-CAGACGACTCCCCGA-3′; rhTGF-? RⅡ was used as target protein. Totally,selection of 8 times was carried out in SELEX experiment. Membrane binding assay was performed to detect the evolution of enriched RNA library; Electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) was done to determine the affinity between the selected nucleic acid sequence and TGF-? RⅡ. Results Evolution of the enriched RNA library along the increased affinity to TGF-? RⅡ was observed with the development of selection. Two types of dominant sequences were isolated and named as sequence A and sequence B. In membrane binding assay,both sequences A and B showed obvious affinity to TGF-? RⅡ. However,no retarded bands were seen in EMSA. Conclusion The affinity of sequences A and B to TGF-? RⅡ is beyond satisfaction. However,possible sequences with improved affinity to TGF-? RⅡ can be selected by post-SELEX on the basis of candidate sequences A and B.

Librarians play a key role in the library information ecosystem.Librarians and library users interact and influence each other in process and use of information.Tagging defined by network users is used in description of words and phrases in different information resources.When it is used in library, user-oriented service will become the target of information service, and the role of information service persons, information organization methods and information low efficiency will change.However, rational planning of ecosystem, rational control of tagging, and improvement of librarian information literacy can reduce the negative effect of tagging.

The target of offering medical literature novelty assessment course for medical postgraduates was analyzed with the problems in its teaching and the significance of its teaching reform pointed out.Its teaching contents, teaching methods, examination methods and its assessment system reform were described with suggestions proposed for its successful reform.

Described in this paper are the strategies for medical college and university libraries in MOOC environment on the basis of an investigation of the cognition, needs and obstructions in MOOC learning, and needs of service for MOOC in libraries, such as strengthening the popularization and resource development of MOOC, providing service of MOOC resources, carrying out innovative service for MOOC with medical information literacy construction as its starting point, reconstructing information commons in library, and opening up MOOC learning places.

Objective To study the effect of human G-coupled protein kinase 4(GRK4) A142V overexpression on angiotensin Ⅱ1 type(AT1 ) receptor and its-mediated proliferation of rat vascular smooth muscle cells .Methods We constructed a lentiviral vec-tor carrying human GRK4-EGFP gene and observed its expression in A10 cells .Expression of AT1 receptor were determined by im-munoblotting ,GRK4 activity were checked by spectrophotometry ;the linkage between GRK4 and AT1 receptor were determined by co-immunoprecipitation .[3 H] thymidine incorporation was used to detect changes of cell proliferation .Results As compared with the control cells ,A142V-transfected cells had higher GRK4 activity and higher AT1 receptor expression ;there was linkage between GRK4 and AT1 receptor ,the co-immunoprecipitation levels were lower in A142V cells .The basal levels of VSMC proliferation was higher in A142V cells ,Ang Ⅱ increased VSMC proliferation to a greater extent in A 142V cells .Conclusion GRK4 A142V ,via in-creasing GRK4 activity ,increases AT1 receptor expression and function in vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation .

Aim To investigate the protective effect and the underline mechanisms of total flavonoids from Sorbus Tianschanica L leaf (TFST) against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury.Methods The I/R injury model of rat isolated heart was prepared by improved Langendorff retrograde perfusion method.Following the treatment,the coronary blood flow levels (CF),left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP) and maximal rise/fall rate of left ventricular pressure (±dp/dt_(max)) were monitored as the myocardial function.The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in myocardial tissue were measured by the commercial kits. The in vitro anti-oxidative capacity of TFST was detected by the DPPH and lipid peroxidation reaction system.Results Compared with I/R injury group, pre-incubation with TFST (6.0 mg·L~(-1)) significantly improved the LVDP,±dp/dt_(max) and CF during reperfusion. TFST (6.0 mg·L~(-1)) treatment significantly increased the SOD activities and reduced the MDA levels in myocardium tissue.Moreover,TFST (from 6.25 to 100.0 mg·L~(-1)) scavenged the DPPH, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion free radicals, and inhibited the lipid peroxidation reaction in a concentration-dependent way.Conclusions All the results demonstrate that TFST possesses the cardioprotective effect on ischemia/reperfusion injury.This efficacy may be due to its antioxidative activity.
