1.Application of nursing intervention in the risk management of emergency department
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(33):56-57
Objective To observe the application effect of nursing intervention in the risk management of emergency department, and provide theoretical basis for subsequent work. Methods From January to December,2010,nursing intervention concepts were introduced to risk management in the emergency department and relevant work was carried out,1268 patients were admitted during this period.754 patients before nursing intervention from January to December,2009 were selected. The results were analyzed and compared before and after nursing intervention was implemented. Results The satisfaction degree after nursing intervention was 98.00%,significantly higher than 80.00% before the nursing intervention. The nursing error or fault was 1 case after nursing intervention, and was 10 cases before the nursing intervention. The annual theoretical examination score was (76.48 + 12.14) and (86.44 + 10.43) before and after nursing intervention, the difference was statistically significant.Condusions The application of nursing intervention in the risk management of the emergency department can improve patients' satisfaction degree, reduce the nursing error and negligence, improve the ability of nursing staff,so it has certain application value.

Objective:To explore the effect of Toll like receptor 4(TLR4) and interleukin 1 belta,6,10 and tumor necrosis ? on the etiopathogenesis in rat model with alcoholic liver disease(ALD).Methods:A rat model of ALD was induced by intragastric alcohol. At the end of 4,8,12 and 16 weeks, liver and serum samples were collected. The levels of interleukin 1 belta,6,10 and tumor necrosis ? in serum were examined.Hematoxylin-eosin,sudan Ⅳ and sirius red staining were performed to obeserve the hepatic pathology. The mRNA expression of TLR4 in liver tissues were examined by reverse transcription polymerase chain raction(RT-PCR) method. Results:With the progress of ALD,the levels of interleukin 1 belta,6 and tumor necrosis ? in serum and the mRNA expression of TLR4 in liver tissues increased significantly(P

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Objective To explore the effect of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2) in the pathogenesis of alcoholic liver disease(ALD).Methods A model of ALD was developed with Wistar rats by intragastric alcohol.Liver samples were collected by the end of 4th,8th,12th and 16th week respectively. The concentrations of triglyceride(TG),oxygen free radical(ORF),superoxide dismutase(SOD),anti-superoxide anion(ASOA),6-ketone-prostaglandin F1?(6-K-PGF1?),thromboxane B2(TXB2) and malondiadehyde(MDA) in the liver homogenate were measured by biochemistry chromatometry.Pathology of hepatic tissue was examined by hematoxylin eosin, sudan Ⅳ and sirius red staining. The protein and mRNA expression of COX-2 in liver tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method and reverse transcription-polymerase chain raction(RT-PCR) respectively. Results By the end of 4th,8th,12th and 16th week, the content of COX-2 mRNA in liver tissue of model rats were 1.29,1.70,1.92 and 3.38 times the same as normal rats(P

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of oligoclonal band (OB) detected by isoelectric focusing (IEF) with immunoblotting in inflammatory demyelinating diseases (IDD) in nervous system. Methods Serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) OB was detected by IEF with immunoblotting in 112 patients with IDD ( multiple sclerosis ( MS):n = 48;neuromyelitis optica ( NMO):n = 21:acute disseminated encephalomyelitis ( ADEM):n = 4;secondary IDD from systemic autoimmune diseases:n = 19;peripheral nervous system IDD:n =20) and 24 patients with non-inflammatory neurological disease (NIND).Results CSF-restricted OB was detected in 91.7% (44/48) of MS patients,23.8% (5/21) of NMO patients(x2nmO vs MS= 32.679),1/4 of ADEM patients (Fisher' s excact test),15.8% (3/19) of secondary IDD patients (x2secondary IDD vs MS = 37.425 ),0 of peripheral nervous system IDD patients (x2peripheral nervous system IDD vs MS =37.425) and 0 of NIND patients (x2NIND vs MS =37.425).MS patients had significantly higher percentage of patients with CSF-restricted OB ( all P <0.01),compared with NIND and other IDD patients. The sensitivity and specificity of OB detected by IEF with immunoblotting for MS were 91.7% and 89.8%,which were higher than that of OB detected by other methods.Identical serum and CSF OB ( mirror pattern ) was detected in 2 of 4 ADEM patients and 1 of 48 MS patients. Conclusion IEF with immunoblotting to detect OB is a reliable method of diagnosis for MS.
