Objective To investigate the leukocyte infiltration inside the hematoma and the correlation between this and the expression of platelet P-selectin (CD62p) and platelet thrombin-sensitive protein (TSP) of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods In 33 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery, the expressions of platelet CD62p and TSP were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) and leukocyte counts were measured in intracerebral hematoma fluid and venous blood. The correlation analysis was performed between the two variables. Results The expressions of platelet CD62p and TSP in hematoma fluid were higher in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (20.25?1.82, 37.04?3.63) than those in venous blood (7.72?2.19, 12.32?2.81)(all P

Objective To explore indexes supposed to be covered in nursing quality evaluation in Neurology Department in children′s hospital. Methods Through literature review and expert interviews, basic framework on the evaluation index system of nursing quality in neurology department was preliminarily established. Formal expert consultation questionnaire was formed by combining pre-investigation by self-designed questionnaire and expert opinion. With Delphi method, a two-round questionnaire survey was done to 21 experts for their opinion and argument on indexes of several levels, settings of entries, etc. of the preliminarily-constructed evaluation standard system. Basing on opinions of the experts, evaluation indexes of nursing quality were set up, with index weight determined by analytic hierarchy process. Results Evaluation indexes of nursing quality were set up after the two-round investigation. The index system had three levels, with three first class indexes, eleven second class indexes and forty-nine third class indexes. After the two-round consultation, cooperation index of the index system was 0.306 1. The authority coefficient of experts was 0.835 7. Return rates of the two-round consultation were 87. 50% and 100. 00%, with 72. 86% of the experts bringing up opinions. Index weight of various levels was determined by analytic hierarchy process, with Yaahp 0. 6. 0; CR value of index of various levels was all less than 0. 10. Conclusions A relatively reasonable evaluation index system of nursing quality has been preliminarily established.

Objective To know the demand situation of mentor training, appointment, quality evaluation, and incentive of clinical mentorship in the clinical nursing teaching mode of preceptorship, so as to provide references for the construction of preceptorship. Methods Convenience sampling method was employed to select 342 clinical tutors with more than five years′ teaching experience from Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from May to September 2016 as the research object. Tutors were investigated by self-designed questionnaire about needs for clinical tutor in the clinical nursing teaching mode of preceptorship. Results About 98. 9% of clinical tutors thought that it is necessary to accept the knowledge training of clinical mentorship, 55.3% of clinical tutors thought that the training time should within 3-7 days, 50. 8% of clinical tutors thought that the contents of the training of clinical mentorship is the method of evaluating the students, 79. 4% of clinical tutors believed that it is necessary to carry out propaganda for the implementation of clinical tutor, 67.8% of clinical tutors said that the hospital did not organize the publicity of the clinical mentorship, and they hoped to participate in such activities, 63.7% of clinical tutors believed that the appointment of mentorship is voluntary enrollment, 62. 5% of clinical tutors thought that the best quality evaluation method of clinical mentorship system was evaluation of clinical practice ability, 79.8% of nurses believed that the incentive of the clinical mentorship is priority for the promotion of professional title. Conclusions In the construction and implementation of clinical mentorship, we should pay more attention to the needs of clinical tutors, in order to give full play to the role of tutor, and improve the quality of clinical practice ability of nursing undergraduates.

Objective:To explore the application effect of adaptive training combined with micro-video education mode in children with congenital heart disease after hypothermic extracorporeal circulation. Methods:A total of 120 children with congenital heart disease aged 0-3 years who received hypothermic extracorporeal circulation in Zhengzhou Children's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as research objects by the convenient sampling method. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received a routine postoperative health education model, and the observation group received an adaptive training combined with micro-video education model. The postoperative recovery of infants and anxiety and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between two groups. Results:After intervention, the postoperative hospitalization time and oxygen inhalation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . SAS scores of families of children in both groups were lower than before intervention, and scores of families of children in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The adaptive training combined with the micro-video education mode is beneficial to promote the recovery of children with congenital heart disease after hypothermic extracorporeal circulation, relieve anxiety of family members of children and improve nursing satisfaction of family members of children.

Objective:To investigate the current situation of medication near-miss reporting barriers for pediatric nurses for pediatric nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:Using a multi-stage cluster sampling method, clinical pediatric nurses from 13 hospitals of Henan Province were selected as research objects from July to October 2020. General situation questionnaire, Hospital Safety Atmosphere Questionnaire, Medication Near-miss Reporting Barriers Scale, Multiple Leadership Style of Head Nurse Scale and Patient Safety Competency Nursing Staff Self-rating Scale were used for investigation, and related factors affecting medication near-miss reporting barriers for pediatric nurses were analyzed. A total of 1 104 questionnaires were distributed and 1 070 were effectively returned, with the effective recovery rate of 96.92%.Results:The reporting rate of 1 070 pediatric nurses who actively reported medication near-miss reporting barriers was 14.42%, and the score of Medication Near-miss Reporting Barriers Scale was (98.1±21.46) . The total scores of Hospital Safety Atmosphere Questionnaire was (77.36±12.97) , score of Multiple Leadership Style of Head Nurse Scale was (74.4±15.89) , and score of Patient Safety Competency Nursing Staff Self-rating Scale was (107.81±2.59) . The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background, entry length, job title, marital status, leadership style, patient safety competence, and hospital safety atmosphere were the main influencing factors of medication near-miss reporting barriers for pediatric nurses ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The medication near-miss reporting barriers for pediatric nurses are common, which are influenced by educational background, years of employment, leadership style, hospital safety atmosphere and other factors. Nursing managers should strengthen pediatric nurses' awareness of medication near-miss reporting, implement transformational leadership style and improve patient safety competence and hospital safety atmosphere, so as to promote drug use safety of children.
