Objective:To analyze the current status of medical students′ humanity education satisfaction rate and present situation of humanity quality and thus provide evidence to better practice of humanity education. Meth-ods:According to the random stratified cluster sampling method, the researchers selected 1146 medical students from Harbin Medical University and then investigated the objects′ humanity education satisfaction rate and general humanity situation. The data was analyzed using χ2 test in SPSS 17. 0. Results:①Satisfaction status of humanity education:the students′satisfaction to teachers′humanity quality, effect of course and library resources were low.② The present situation of humanity quality:80 . 2% of the medical students thought it was necessary to strengthen the medical students′humanity education;18. 1% of the medical students remembered the medical student oath, and there existed significant differences between different specialties;11 . 9% of the medical students could clear connotation of the humanistic concept, and there were significant differences between various grades;24. 4% and 14 . 5% of the medical students couldn′t clear the humanistic attribute of Marxist political theory course and moral course respectively; rural students′ humanity quality was statistically lower than the urban ones. Conclusion:Through optimizing the structure of humanity courses, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and attaching great importance of the library to humanity education effect, so as to improve medical students′ satisfaction of hu-manity education. The government should increase investment in rural education to narrow the gap of basic humani-ty quality education between urban and rural.

Objective To determine the effects of intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR) caused by malnutrition during pregnancy on the lung structure and expression of Clara cell protein (CCSP) and interferon (IFN)-γ in the fetal lungs,and to explore their relation ship with pulmonary disease.Methods Fetal rats from maternal protein-malnutrition dams were studied on day 20(term 21.5 day).The lung pathology was examined by means of Hematoxylin and eosin(HE) stain.Plasma was collected to determine the CCSP and IFN-γ concentration.Lungs were harvested to measure the expression of CCSP and IFN-γ mRNA by using fluorescent quantization reverse transcription (RT)-PCR and the levels of CCSP and IFN-γ protein were assessed by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Malnutrition fetus body weight significantly less compared to control group,so did the lung weight.However,lung weight,expressed as a percentage of body weight between the 2 groups was not different.The IUGR group had significantly decreased alveolar number manifested by lower radial alveolar count,and significantly increased mean linear intercept of alveoli.Both the CCSP mRNA expression and protein level in lung of IUGR rats were decreased compared with control rats (all P ＜ 0.05).A decline in plasma CCSP protein concentration was also noted compared with control group (P ＜0.05).Furthermore,IUGR group fetus showed lower IFN-γ levels both in circulation and in the lung tissue (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Intrauterine malnutrition significantly alters lung structure and cytokine IFN-γ level,and the latter may further inhibit the transcription of CCSP gene.These alterations may contribute to both early and late postnatal respiratory morbidity.

Objective To explore the effect of the clinical case oriented management model on nurses comprehensive ability, psychological and critical mind. Methods In 2014 on the implementation ofroutine clinical case management modelas the control group, collected 97 cases of clinical cases. In 2015 on the implementation ofthe clinical case oriented management modelas the observation group, collected 110 cases of clinical cases. Compared two methods of management to improve the nurse management theoretical knowledge, clinical practice ability and deal with the size of the case skills help. When/after clinical special case found the influence for nurses, including psychology, work in the nursing work will, enthusiasm, independent ability to deal with related cases and the nurse critical thinking ability, etc. Results The proportion of the nurses thought that it was helpful to improve the management of theoretical knowledge, clinical practice ability and deal with the size of the case skills and the case analysis of satisfaction were 98.79%(244/247), 99.19%(245/247), 98.79%(244/247), 99.60%(246/247) in the observation group, and 88.57%(217/245), 87.35%(214/245), 87.76%(215/245), 90.61%(222/245) in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (χ2=21.390-27.571, P < 0.01). The proportion of the nurse considered that special case on the psychological effects of nursing work, engaged in the willingness and enthusiasm were the main factor were 15.79%(39/247), 13.77%(34/247), 11.34%(28/247) in the observation group, and 31.84%(78/245), 31.02%(76/245), 30.61%(75/245) in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (χ2=17.475, 21.097, 27.611, P < 0.01). After special case, the percentage of nurses to independently handle the case, help others, loss rates were 97.57%(241/247), 2.02% (5/247), 0.40% (1/247) in the observation group, and 85.71% (210/245), 12.24% (30/245), 2.04% (5/245) in the control group. The proportion of nurses to independently handle the case in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the ratio of nurses to help others, loss rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (χ2=22.647, P<0.01).Critical thinking score, the observation group of nurses in the search for truth, open mind, analytical ability, system organization, judging thinking self-confidence, curiosity, cognitive maturity, such as total score were respectively (43.24±4.01), (43.03±4.12), (47.66±4.23), (44.21± 3.92), (44.00 ± 4.97), (52.13 ± 4.44), (48.23 ± 4.85), (319 ± 14.57) points. The control group nurses were respectively (39.00±3.56), (38.90±3.28), (43.65±2.47), (40.55±1.99), (39.00±3.40), (47.87±4.01), (41.89± 5.11), (292.23 ± 6.02) points. The differences were statistically significant(t =12.15-24.19, P < 0.01). Conclusions The clinical case oriented management model can improve nurses comprehensive ability, reduce the adverse impact of the special case for nurses, improve the clinical nurses' critical thinking ability, to ensure patient safety.

Objective To investigate the clinical values of sodium hyaluronate combined arthroscopic joint clean-up surgery for the patellofemoral arthritis knee pain patients.Methods From June 2012 to September 2015 in Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College,136 patellofemoral arthritis knee pain patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (68 cases) and control group (68 cases).All patients were given arthroscopic joint clean-up surgery,the control group were given the postoperative glucosamine sulfate capsules treatment,and the treatment group were given the postoperative intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate choose treatment,the treatment period was 5 weeks.Results Five weeks after treatment,the response rates in the treatment group and control group were 98.5％ (67/68) and 89.7％ (61/68),and the effect of the treatment group was better(x2 =4.202,P＜0.05).The pain scores in the treatment and control group were (1.34±0.45) points and (2.89±0.62) points,significandy lower than that of before operation ((7.30 ± 0.76) points and (7.31 ± 0.56) points;t =34.855,25.142;P ＜ 0.05).The Lysholm score in the treatment and control group were (88.87 ± 6.33) points and (76.13 ± 5.98) point,significantly higher than before operation ((44.23 ± 4.29) points and (44.67 ± 5.13) point;t =14.875,8.113;P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events during the treatment in the treatment group and the control group were 8.8％(6/68) and 13.2％(9/68) respectively,there was no significant differemce between the two groups (x2 =0.391,P＞0.05).All adverse reactions after symptomatic treatment were improved.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined arthroscopic joint clean-up surgery for the patellofemoral arthritis knee pain patients can effectively play the role of promoting the knee pain and function,and has good efficacy and safety,and is worth popularizing and applying.

Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament on the expression of serum osteopontin (OPN) and CD44.Methods Ninety-six cases patients with joint cross ligament injury who were teated in Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from February 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly equally divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups were adopted arthroscopic surgical treatment,and the control group were given the singletunnel reconstruction,the treatment group were given the double-tunnel reconstruction.Results The IKDC scores of 3 months after operation in the treatment group and control group were (92.44±5.13)points and (85.25±4.67) points,both significantly lower than before operation ((57.24 ± 4.19) points,(57.10 ± 4.87)points;P ＜ 0.05)),while there was statistically significant difference between groups (P ＜ 0.05).The total complication rate after 3 months operation in the treatment group was 6.3％,significantly less than that of the control group (35.4％;x2 =5.838,P＜0.05).The OPN expression levels of before and 3 months after operation in the treatment group were (31.98±4.21) μg/L,(7.13±2.89) μg/L,and CD44 were (419.45±20.45) μg/L,(167.24± 18.46) μg/L,the differences were significant (t =34.214,21.774;P＜ 0.05).The OPN expression levels of before and 3 months after operation in the control group were (32.09 ± 3.98) μg/L,(15.98 ± 3.67) μg/L,and CD44 were (421.87 ± 19.45) μg/L,(245.98 ± 20.56) μg/L,the differences were significant (t=21.833,14.099;P＜0.05).There were significant differences on OPN and CD44 of after operation between the two groups (t =12.847,7.498;P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compare to single-tunnel reconstruction,double-tunnel reconstruction for the anterior cruciate ligament endoscopic surgery can increase restore knee function and reduce postoperative complications,and its mechanism may effectively reduce the levels of OPN and CD44 expression.

Objective To evaluate the function of peripheral vessels, the change of ankle-brachial Index (ABI) and toe-brachial Index (TBI), and its related risk factors in elderly type 2 diabetic patients were observed. Methods Doppler frequency spectrum was used on lower limb of 128 type 2 diabetic patients and 103 non-diabetic people. ABI and TBI were calculated, other indexes including body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipopretein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), fasting blood glucose(FBG), postprandial blood glucose (PPBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlC) were measured. Results ABI and TBI were decreased in T2DM group as compared with control group (P<0.05), and hs-CRP was increased in T2DM group. With multiple stepwise regression, it showed that ABI and TBI was negatively related with age, SBP and T2DM duration, while ABI was positively correlated with HDL. In multiple logistic regression, cigarette, age, high blood pressure(HBP) and T2DM duration were independent risk factors with respective odds ratios of 1.94 (P<0.05), 2.12(P<0.01), 2.74(P<0.05) and 1.59(P<0.05), respectively. Conclusion Older age, T2DM duration, ciga-rette, hyperglycosema, HBP, low HDL and high bs-CRP play important roles in the occurrence and development of peripheral vascular dis-ease (PVD) in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. PVD of type 2 diabetic patients can be found earlier with Doppler diagnostic instrument.

BACKGROUND: Tooth intrusion easily leads to root resorption. Previous studies regarding orthodontic treatment-caused tooth root resorption or retrospective clinical studies based on X-ray films have great errors in outcome evaluation because of intrusion force which cannot be precisely controlled. OBJECTIVE: This study established dog models of mini-implant anchorage for incisor intrusion to observe the histological changes of tooth root and periodontal tissue and to evaluate the feasibility and safety of mini-implant anchorage for incisor intrusion. METHODS: Nine dogs were assigned to one control group (n = 1) and four experimental groups per time to sacrifice (1, 2, 4 and 12 weeks; n = 2 dogs for each experimental group). No force was added to the control group. In the experimental groups, mini-implant as an anchorage was placed in the buccal alveoli between maxillary second and third incisors on each side. A traction force of 100 g was imposed to each side to intrude the maxillary first and second incisors on each side. At 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks (traction force was imposed for 4 weeks and after withdrawal of extraction force, mini-implant was retained in place for 8 weeks), dogs were sacrificed. The first and second incisors together with gingival and alveolar bone were completely resected to prepare histological specimens. Following hematoxylin-eosin staining, histological changes of tooth root and periodontal tissue were observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the control group, in the 1-week group, histological changes were primarily at the root tip and alveolar ridge crest, alveolar bone and cementum were absorbed and peridental membrane presented glassy degeneration in local region; in the 2-week group, bone resorption degree and range were obviously enlarged, and bone resorption developed from root tip, root middle part to cervical part; in the 4-week group, bone resorption was still active and the glassy degeneration of peridental membrane disappeared; in the 12-week group, significant improvement in alveolar bone and cemental surface was observed, bone lacuna had deposition of newly formed bone, and peridental membrane was orderly arranged. These findings reveal that in the mini-implant anchorage for dog incisor intrusion, early histological changes primarily appear in the root tip and alveolar ridge crest, presenting as alveolar bone and cemental resorption and the glassy degeneration of the peridental membrane. Objective:To research the solubilization of sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin ( SEB-β-CD) on voriconazole and the sta-bility of voriconazole with different pH values. Methods:Phase-solubility diagram was applied to study the solubilization of SEB-β-CD on voriconazole. Meanwhile, the impurity of voriconazole was determined to study the stability. Results:SBE-β-CD could increase the solubility of voriconazole significantly and the apparent stability constant was similar within the pH range of 5. 0-8. 0. The stability of voriconazole was decreased with the increase of pH. Conclusion:SEB-β-CD is an ideal solubilizer for voriconazole, while the stability is influenced by pH.
