To adapt the modern management of hospital and office automation based on network and overcome the deficiency of the traditional equipment management,a hospital equipment management information system introducing the method of all flow management of equipment based on network was designed and developed.It comprises applying system of equipment management and network contest quoting of equipment based on structure of browser and server,and management of equipment property based on structure of client and server.It firstly realized the OA based on network and had a distinct effect during more than one year application.It also provided the client with a high-quality and satisfaction server of equipment management.It can improve the administration on applying and purchasing of equipment,and perfect the equipment property criterion management.

Based on Sun Yat-Sen University Cancer Hospital’s practice of applying big data for prevention of registration traffickers,the paper analyzes the behavioral characteristics of technology-based registration traffickers'malicious occupation from the aspects of abnormal registration,abnormal withdrawal,abnormal grab and abnormal user binding,makes the corresponding technical plans and countermeasures,so as to limit the malicious registration of registration traffickers using the reservation system and guarantee the medical resources can be distributed to patients fairly and impartially.

In order to achieve the real-time online disaster recovery objectives of the main data center and disaster recovery center,the paper takes Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-Sen University as an example to analyze the status of Hospital Information System (HIS),puts forward the construction of dual-active storage data center based on EMC VPLEX,introduces the disaster recovery schemes of the data center,conducts system test,and provides reference for information construction of the hospital.

The paper summarizes the significance of the construction of official websites of medical institutions,introduces the requirements of Guangdong Health and Family Planning Commission for the construction of official websites of medical institutions,and describes the construction thought,safety protection and deployment,website management,etc.of the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat -Sen University,in order to provide reference for website construction and management in the industry.

AIM: To investigate the effect of IL-1 gene polymorphism on the expression of IL-1? mRNA in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: The method of FQ-RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of IL-1? mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells separated from rheumatoid arthritis patients with different IL-1? genotype. RESULTS: The expression levels of IL-1? mRNA in 20 patients who carried IL-1? 2*2 genotype were higher than patients who carried no 2*2 genotype and normal subjects. Significant difference existed among three groups. CONCLUSION: IL-1? gene polymorphism influences the transcription of IL-1?. [
