Objective To explore preventive effect of low-dose sufentanil combined with parecoxib sodium for hyperalgesia of remifentanil anesthesia after postoperative.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia was randomly divided into three groups that were given intraoperative remifentanil infusion.At the 30 minutes before surgery,group A were given intravenous sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg combined with 40 mg parecoxib sodium,group B were given intravenous sufentanil 0.2 μg/kg combined with 40 mg parecoxib sodium,and group C were given normal saline 5 ml.Postoperative recovery time,extubation time,postoperative 1,2,6,12,and 24 h visual analog scale (Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS) score,and after 24 h additional analgesia number of cases and the restless occurrence of three groups were compared.Results Awakening time and extubation time of group B was significantly longer than groups A and C [(10.9 ± 1.3) min vs (8.6 ± 0.6) min,(8.2 ± 0.7) min;(14.0 ± 2.1) min vs (10.7 ± 2.2) min,(10.8 ± 1.2) min,all P ＜ 0.01].Each point VAS scores of groups A and B were significantly lower than group C (P ＜0.01).After 24 h,the number of cases additional analgesic medication,and restlessness occurrence of group C were significantly more than the number of cases of groups A and B (P ＜ 0.01),the number of cases and the restless occurrence after 24 h additional analgesic drugs of group A were more than group B,but there was no significant difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Low dose sufentanil together with parecoxib sodium can inhibit after-remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia,and will not appear awakening time and extubation time delays and safe.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of flurbiprofen axetl injection on the treatment of postoperative pain in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy and on the platelet aggregation function.Methods From April 2013 to October 2015,100 laparoscopic appendectomy patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups,50 cases in each group.Observation group was injected flurbiprofen axetl injection 1 mg/kg,the control group was injected normal saline 5 ml.Analgesic effect,platelet aggregation function,and side effect were observed for two groups.Results Activities and resting visual analogue scale (VAS) score were significantly lower after flurbiprofen axetl injection in observation group (P ＜ 0.01),while activities and resting VAS score were not significantly decreased after normal saline used (P ＞ 0.05).Compared to those in control group,activities and resting VAS score at 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h,and 6 h after flurbiprofen axetl injection in observation group were significantly lower (P ＜0.01).Platelet aggregation level before and after medication in two groups were no significant change (P ＞ 0.05).Drug side effects in two groups were no difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Patients with laparoscopic appendectomy do well with flurbiprofen axetl injection,and no obvious side effects.It is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To investigate and analyze the reference ranges of the common parameters of venous blood cell analysis a ‐mong healthy adults in Kunshan City .Methods The analytical results of venous blood cells from 2 456 healthy adults were selected and the ten indicators of red blood cell ,hemoglobin ,mean corpuscular volume ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin ,hematocrit ,white blood cell ,lymphocytes percentage ,neatrophilic granulocyte percentage ,blood platelet were statistically analyzed by adopting the SPSS 19 .0 software .Results The commonly used 10 parameters of blood cells showed a skewed distribution ,the Mann‐Whitney U tests showed that the gender difference in 10 parameters was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ;the WBC count was slightly higher than that reported by other literature ,the other 9 parameters were close to those reported by the majority of related literature .Conclusion The commonly used parameters of blood cell analysis are influenced by the region , gender ,environment ,living condition and detection instrument ,and it is necessary to establish the reference ranges for each labora‐tory .

Objective To analyze the relationship and significance between plasma level of thyroid hormone and ovulation disorder of (polycystic ovary syndrome)PCOS.Methods Eighty-nine cases with PCOS were induced ovulation by CC+HCG.During menstrual cycle of induced ovulation,PCOS patients were divided into two groups according to Ovulation (No ovulation 40,ovulation 49).The level of thyroid hormone at different follicular development period and ovulatory time were detected.Result Levels of thyroid hormone at two groups were no difference at 5 mm,10 mm,15 mm size follicular phase(P＞0.05).But there was significant at follicular 20mm size(F inner groups=4.38,50.34,48.65;P＜0.05).The level of T3 an T4 at No ovulation group was lower than those in ovulation group(T3:(2.69±0.15) nmol/L vs.(1.97±0.17) nmol/L;T4:(124.38±0.29) nmol/L vs.(97.43±0.16) nmol/L).The level of TSH at No ovulation group was (3.43±0.10) mU/L,higher than that in ovulation group ((1.38 ± 0.18) mU/L;P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The level of thyroid hormone in patients of ovulation group is at a normal level when the follicle is mature,and the level of thyroid hormone can affect the normal ovulation of patients with PCOS.

Objective To investigate the levels of serum tHcy and Lp(a)and their association with insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes and CHD. Methods T2DM patients were divided into two groups with CHD and without CHD in addition to normal control.The fasting serum levels of tHcy,Lp(a),FPG and FIns were detected, ISI were calculated，and the correlations among them were analyzed. Results The serum levels of tHcy,Lp(a),FIns,FPG of T2DM plus CHD were significantly higher than those of T2DM without CHD and controls(P<0.01~0.05).ISI was significantly lower in T2DM cases with CHD than those of T2DM cases without CHD and controls(P<0.01). ISI was negatively correlated with tHcy and Lp(a)in T2DM plus CHD group(P<0.05)but not correlated with those in T2DM case without CHD group(P>0.05). Conclusions Detections of the serum levels of tHcy and Lp(a)of T2DM play significant roles in knowing patient condition,guiding clinical treatment and earlier preventing and treating vascular complication of diabetes.

Objective To establish a cell line and a convenient and well-duplicated minimal residual leukemia (MRL) model. Methods We chose the international standard domestic inbred DBA/2 mouse to inoculate the different numbers of L1210 leukemic cells to investigate the relationship between inoculating cell number and mouse survival time. On the third day after 1×106 leukemic cells per mouse were inoculated, different doses of CTX were used for the chemotherapy. Results The inoculating number of L1210 leukemic cells increased while the mouse survival time decreased;The survival time increased following the increase of the doses of the CTX;The survival time of the inoculated mouse treated with CTX at 125 mg/kg was equal to that of the mouse inoculated with 500 L1210 leukemic cells without treatment. Conclusion The observation results are that the dose of 125 mg/kg for creating the model of MRL mouse.

Objective To study the psychological intervention combined with hydrotalcite in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease clinical effect.Methods 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research object in this study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group was divided into two groups.The control group of hydrotalcite in treatment of chewing, oral.The patients in the experimental group received psychological intervention on the basis of hydrotalcite treatment, strengthen the communication with patients, patients understand the inner confusion, eliminate the patient anxiety and discomfort, improve the treatment compliance of patients.Comparative analysis of the experimental group and control group of patients with treatment effect.Results After treatment, 50 patients in the experimental group, the total effective number of cases of clinical symptoms was improved in all cases, the effective rate of treatment was 92%, and the number of effective cases of electronic gastroscope mucosal repair was 47 cases, the effective rate was.In the control group of 50 cases, the total effective number of cases of clinical symptoms was improved in 40 cases, the effective rate of treatment was 80%, and the number of effective cases of electronic gastroscope mucosal repair was 41 cases, the effective rate was about 82%.The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with hydrotalcite in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has good clinical effect, can improve the therapeutic effect in a certain extent, with further clinical promotion and application significance.
