Objective To observe the effect of Antivirus Compound Capsule in protecting liver and reducing enzyme level in chronic type B hepatitis and acute hepatic injury caused by D-GlaN.Methods Mice model was established by intraperitoneal injecting of D-GlaN 800mg/Kg.The level of ALT and AST was obviously increased after 48hours.Pathological test proved to be acute liver cell damage.Clinically 117 cases of chronic hepatitis B was recruited into a control group(57 cases)and a treatment group(60 cases). The treatment group was treated with Antivims Compound Capsule and Silymarin tablet, and the control group was treated with Silymarin tablet.Besides, both groups were infused with diammonium Compound Capsule Can obviously reduce level of AST(P<0.001、<0.01、<0.01、<0.001);Three dosage levels of Antivirus Compound Capsule can obviously reduce the degree hepatic pathological changes caused by D-GlaN induced(P<0.01、<for the treatment group andtlle control group) between the two groups with P>0.02.while there was obvious difference of negative conversion rate of AST.[92.98%(53/57)and 78.9%(45/57)for the treaunent group and the consul group]between the two groups with P<0.01.Conclusion Antivirus Compound Capsule is effective in protecting liver and reducing enzyme level of patients with chronic hepatitis B and acute hepatic injury caused bv D-GlaN.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of 5 patients with importing yellow fever ,and to explore the preventive and control strategies of infection in hospital .Methods The epidemiological and clinical characteristics of 5 cases of importing yellow fever in Infectious Disease Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 18th to April 6th in 2016 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed .Results Five patients were all from Angola Luanda .One of them was vaccinated before going aboard ,and the others were vaccinated 1—10 days before disease onset in Angola .All of them were bitten by mosquitoes ,and their onset date ranged from March 11th to March 27th ,before returned to Fujian .The main clinical symptoms were fever ,chilly ,shivering ,fatigue ,arthrodynia ,headache ,and liver and kidney injury .At manifestations ,two patients had positive nuclear acid of yellow fever virus in serum samples and 3 patients were positive in urine samples .All of these patients were negative for dengue virus and Zika virus testing ,meanwhile no plasmodium was found in blood smears .All patients were cured and discharged . Conclusions There is risk of yellow fever transmission in Fujian Province . Prevention and control of the disease should be focus on improving the ability of finding and coping with the importing cases .Vaccination and hygiene knowledge propagation should be given for those who are going to epidemic country/area .Emergency monitoring and control of mosquitoes are necessary .

Ultrasound-based measurement of relative blood volume can be used to assess patient's dry weight during hemodialysis. The results of relative blood volume were calculated from the ultrasonic transmission time measurement in the arteriol pot, and the accuracy of transmission time measurement is directly related to the reliability of the results of relative blood volume. There are various factors which influence the travel time, this article analyzed patients themselves, measuring device and the external factors, and advised appropriate counter measures.

Objective To explore the application of failure mode and effect analysis in management of precision instrument in operating room of ophthalmology department. Methods We designed the handover process between operating room of ophthalmology department and supply room, the process of using precision instrument, the workflow of instrument management in nurses. And then,we assessed and analyzed the potential failure mode in the management of precision instrument with the method of failure mode and effect analysis.Besides, failure mode was also evaluated and improved. Results There were failure modes with high risk in the management of precision instrument including that the handover process between operating room of ophthalmology department and supply room was not precise enough (risk priority number,RPN=448);the staff of handover process was not fixed (RPN=360);there was no full-time cleaning staff in supply room (RPN=288);use registers in nurses and the check in precision instrument were all in a lack of standardization (RPN=210, 180) and so on. After adopting targeted corrective actions, the corresponding scores of RPN fell to 0,0,40,70, 90.Conclusions The application of failure mode and effect analysis in management of precision instrument in operating room of ophthalmology department has good effects with no related adverse event on precision instrument.
