Objective To study the effects of treating limbs pain of patients with depression after cerebral apoplexy with self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula. Methods 80 patients with limbs pain after cerebral apoplexy in our hospital from May 2013 to November 2013 were recruited into a control group and a treatment group randomly,40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 30mg edamvone and 100ml 0.9% sodium chloride or 0.5% glucose injection,Ⅳ in 30min,and twice daily.Meanwhile, regular functional rehabilitation training was adopted for the patients. The treatment group was additional treated with self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula on the basis of the control group.VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM and therapeutic effects were evaluated in both groups after one month treatment. Results ① clinical therapeutic effects comparison:the total effective rate was 90% and 70% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, with statistical difference between the two groups (t=3.58,P< 0.01).② VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM comparison:VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM score was (2.28 ± 0.54)、(11.34 ± 3.02)、(13.49±4.27)、(44.76±20.71)in the treatment group respectively,and(2.90 ± 0.75) 、(14.24 ± 3.35)、(17.55 ±4.91) 、(34.56 ±15.56) in the control group respectively. Both groups showed obviously improvement than the before treatment, and the effects were better in the treatment group than the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula improve limbs pain in patients with cerebral apoplexy and relieve their depression.

Objective To investigate the Video?Electroencephalography(VEEG)characteristics and abnormal rate among healthy elderly. Meth?ods According to the age,120 healthy elders were divided into groups A,B,and C. Group A has 57 subjects, aged 60?69 years old;group B has 42 people, aged 70?79 years;group C has 21 individuals,aged≥80 years. Chi square and Rank sum test were used to calculate abnormal rate of VEEG. Additionally, characteristics of alpha、slow wave and Iconic sleep wave were analyzed. Result The total abnormal rate of VEEG was 42.5%, and it was particularly high(76.2%)among elderly over 80s. Frequency, amplitude, reactivity of Alpha wave and alpha index decreased as age in?creased. Theta slow wave increased as age increased, abnormal frontal area theta showed an increase among elderly over 80 s. Each sleep cycle iconic sleep wave was gradually decreased in the elderly. No statistical difference was found about sleep spindles and vertex sharp among different groups . Positive occipital sharp transients of sleep(POSTS)decreased as age increased. There was no POSTS among elderly over 80 s. Conclusion Our re?sults showed that abnormal rate is increased in the elderly, while reactivity variation, slow alpha frequency, alpha amplitude, alpha index are de?creased. In addition, the slow waves in frontal area is increased,. sleep cycles becomes less distinct, and the typical wave are decreased.

Objective:To explore the application effect of home care scheme based importance performance analysis (IPA) for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Using the purposive sampling method, a total of 128 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology in Taizhou Municipal Hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. A total of 64 patients who were admitted from October 2018 to March 2019 were set as the control group, and 64 patients who were admitted from April to September 2019 were set as the intervention group. The control group adopted routine nursing, while the intervention group implemented home nursing scheme based IPA for patients with coronary heart disease. The differences in knowledge of coronary heart disease, self-efficacy, compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the knowledge score of coronary heart disease of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the total score of self-efficacy and scores of all dimensions of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the compliance of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, scores of all dimensions of SF-36 Health Survey Scale in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:IPA based home care scheme for patients with coronary heart disease can improve the disease knowledge and self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease and improve compliance and quality of life.
