1.The Changes of Intestinal Galanin in Rats with Acute Intestinal Radiation Sickness
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
changes of galanin in the small intestines of the rats which were inflicted with acute intestinal radiation sickness (AIRS) by exposing to 20 Gy gamma rays were studied with immunocytochemistry (ICC) , HE staining of tissue sections, and microspectrophotometer. It was found that the damage of intestinal mucosa was being intensified as AIRS progressed; there no marked change of GAL-LI neurons but the arrangement of GAL-LI fibers was disordered in the irradiated rats as compared with those of the control; the galanin content of the small intestines was significantly tower in the irradiated rats than in the control especially in the 48th and 72nd hour after irradiation (P
2.A STUDY ON THE DISTRIBUTION,ORIGIN AND PROPERTIES OF GALANIN IN SMALL INTESTINE OF RATS

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1989;0(S1):-
The characteristics of distribution, origin and properties of galanin (GAL) were investigated, by using immunocytochemistry (the whole mount stretched pr- eparations and cryostat sections), immunoelectronmicroscopy and microspectroph- ometer measuring techniques. The results showed that (1) All layers of small intestine were rich in GAL- immunoreactive(GAL-I) nerves with a high density in myenteric and submucosal plexuses. (2) A rather high density around the small blood vessels of the small intestine and intestinal crypts were observed. Some GAL-I neurons were seen in the myenteric and submucosal plexuses. Enteric GAL-I nerve fibers seemed to be endogenic and probably related to the regulation of motor function in the gastro- intestinal tract, since there was no obvious reducation of nerve fibers after sec- tion of mesenterium or injection of capsaicin. (3) The distribution and charac- teristics of GAL-I nerve fibers in small intestine indicated that the GAL-I ne- rves might be playing a regulational role in the motion, absorption, secretion and regional blood flow of the gastrointestinal tract.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To summarize successful experience in three of orthotopic homoplastic heart transplantation,to explore some problems for donor myocardial protection, the application of immunosuppressive drugs,anti-infection and prevent acute rejection. Methods From 2000.11.to 2001.3,we performed successful three cases orthotopic homoplastic heart transplantation;one case of hypertrophic myocardosis in terminal phase, one case of dilatanay myocardosis and one case of geneogenous tricuspic valve atresia.Postoperation, cyclosporin A,methylprednisolone, prednisolone and other immunosuppressive drugs have been used. Results Three patients have survived for three and six months with normal heart function and a good life quality. Conclusion Successful keys of heart transplantation are donor myocardial protection, technology of anastomosis and treatment of peroperation.

AIM: To investigate the influence of microwave-assisted extraction on flavone contents of Pollen Tyhae micropowder. METHODS: Ultraviolet spectrophotometer and HPLC were applied to analyze Pollen Tyhae micropowder, total flavon and isorhamnetin-3-O-neohespridoside were adopted as the marker, respectively. RESULTS: Appropriate conditions of microwave-assisted extraction included: extraction time of 8min, ethanol concentration of 70%, Solid/liquid ratio of 1∶18 (g?mL -1) and the power of microwave oven of 540w. CONCLUSION: Compared with normal reflux method, microwave-assisted extraction of Pollen Typhae micropowder is more useful and can improve the extraction rate the reduce the extracting time.

Objective To analyze prognostic factors in children with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods Retrospective analyze the relationship between many factors of the diagnosed children with AML and their 3-years event-free survival(EFS).Statistics was analyzed with ?2 test. Results The 3-years EFS was 47.5%.According to the analysis of statistics,EFS of some children groups had statistical differences with their controls (P

National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) is an important part of national system for innovation, which provides financial assistance mainly for the basic and applied researches of natural sciences, especially for the researchers who work in the learning institutions and the agencies of scientific research with advanced facilities. This paper summarized the applications and approved projects on traditional Chinese medicine in NFSC in 2005. We initially analyzed the growth, quality, characteristics, tendency and problems of these items.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2011;44(8):586-589
Objective To make a survey on common cosmetic allergens, and to provide epidemiological data and clinical evidence for cosmetic allergy. Methods Patch test was performed by using 49cosmetic allergens from a European cosmetic series and 5 Chinese standard screening allergens on 89patients with suspected cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis. Test results were determined according to the International Contact Dermatitis Research Group (ICDRG) recommendation. Results Of the 89 patients, 61(68.5%) showed positive reactions to one or more cosmetic allergens. The most common allergens were fragrances (33.7%), followed by preservatives (30.3%), para-phenylenediamine (25.8%) and amerchol L 101(10.1%). Conclusion Fragrances, preservatives, para-phenylenediamine and amerchol L 101 are dominant causative allergens in patients with cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis.

International Eye Science 2009;9(6):1016-1019
AIM: To determine multifocal visual evoked potential (mVEP) in the prediction of postoperative visual acuity in cataract. METHODS: We examined 30 normal eyes as control and 60 eyes of 52 cataract patients, senile cataract in 27 cases 30 eyes, cataract with glaucoma in 25 cases 30 eyes by mVEP examination. All patients underwent phacoemulsifi-cation (Phaco) and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. After surgery, best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was examined at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months respectively.RESULTS: The mean amplitude and latency in mVEP responses between normal control group were 183±11nV, 95±8ms, and in senile cataract group were 177±10nV, 96± 8ms respectively, there were no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The mean amplitude and latency of cataract with glaucoma 138±7nV, 99±6ms were significantly different comparing to both control and senile cataract group (P<0.05). After surgery, the am-plitude and latency were 276±11nV and 93±8ms respec-tively, which did not change significantly comparing to the normal eyes (P<0.05), their visual function got no obvious damage and visual recovery were better (BCVA≥0.8). While those with central amplitude 221±6nV and latency 105±7ms that were significantly deviated from control group (P<0.05), and their visual function were seriously damaged and visual recovery were much poorer (BCVA<0.3).CONCLUSION: mVEP waveform might enable us to evaluate objective visual function detection before cataract surgery. A subject with visual function damage, their mVEP responses to stimulation were severely changed when it compared to controls.

Objective To analyze the efficacy and debase the toxicity of radiotherapy combined with composite Kushen injection in treatment of esophageal carcinoma patients. Methods A total of 126 cases of esophageal cancer were treated by radiotherapy were analysed. All patients were treated with the continuative hyperfractionated radiotherapy. The total dose was 66 ~ 74 Gy/5 ~ 7 wk, 2.2 ~ 2.4 Gy/d of esophageal carcinoma patients. Two groups were given respectively delivered with the same radioactive dosages and methods. But the synthetic group was treated by radiotherapy with composite Kushen injection. composite Kushen injection was given at the dosage of 20 ml with 500 ml of saline infusion for 20 consecutive days. Results X-ray grades of esophageal cancer after radiotherapy. The grade I of X-ray manifestation after radiotherapy for patients in synthetic group was superior to that patient in the radiotherapy alone group. (60.4 % vs 41 %; ?2 =4.57, P
