We compared the results of heating the joint and of applying the Hot-spike and electric stimulus to the YUSEN and SANINKO points to disperse the fluid at the Knee.
The tests with the points resulted in little change in the fluid level at the Knee.
This time we measured the circumference of the Knee. A therapist established the standard measuring method, and tried to make the error decrease.
While they were observing the circumference of the Knee, they would not allow anyother medical treatments or any movement by the patient.

Recently, cosmetic acupuncture has converged on the acupuncture industry currently, cosmetic acupuncture is in strong demand in clinical scenes every day, and it is a part of classes at training institutions or universities of acupuncture.
Only ten years ago, it was taboo to use acupuncture cosmetically except for special occasions, and acupuncturists and moxa-cauterizers did not have much interest in it. However, against the background of its being required for the "beauty"field, it is seen off and for the wish for youth and beauty of us hoping for a higher quality of life. In June 2010, the 59th annual meeting of Japan Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion held the International Conference Centre in Osaka Nakanoshima. This acupuncture congress came up with a great topic, and the extension of practical skills for cosmetic acupuncture took place for the first time. We got a high response at the congress. The hall capacity was 350 people and was full. People were even standing in the back because there were no seats left. Therefore, we would like to request you, professors teaching people exhibiting some practical skills at the congress, to write about your thoughts for cosmetic acupuncture and the practice of it, which we hope will be future prospects for cosmetic acupuncture.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the effects of lead on the vitality, differentiation, special functional markers and morphological changes of the osteoblasts in newborn rats, which helps to clarify the toxicity mechanism of lead on the skeleton development in children. Methods The osteoblasts were isolated from the calvariae in newborn Wistar rats and cultured in DMEM medium. Lead acetate at different concentration (0, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 50, 100 ?mol/L) was added for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h. The vitality of the osteoblasts was measured by MTT methods; The activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) was measured by pNPP method. The protein content of the osteoblasts was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue method. The levels of osteocalcin in both secreted (in medium) and cellular of osteoblasts were determined by radiate immunochemistry methods. The optical structure was determined by LM. Results The vitality decreased significantly when the dose was at more than 50 ?mol/L, especially after 72 h. The activity of ALP decreased significantly when more than 0.5 ?mol/L, whereas the levels of secreted osteocalcin decreased significantly when at 0.1 ?mol/L. It appeared lead had some toxicity on the shape and number on the osteoblasts. Conclusion Lead acetate has adverse effect, at higher doses, on the vitality, protein content, ALP, osteocalcin and optical structure, maybe it is one of the mechanisms of lead influencing the development of the osteoblasts even the skeleton.

From September of 2006,Department of Pathophysiology opened laboratory to the undergraduates of 2004 grade.Stu- dents chose titles and designed experiments by themselves, and after expert teachers' assessment, they put them into practice. Functional Laboratory of the college is in charge of the oprtation and administration of it.Through this semester's practice and exploration,we got satisfactory effect and great welcome from students.

According to the TCM theory, human growth, development and aging are closely related to kidney function and the main cause of human senility is deficiency of “kidney essence”. Recent studies showed that the “kidney” in TOM include the regulatory function of the neuroendocrine and immune systems.
In this paper, the effect of Guzhen Recipe (_??__??__??_), an aging retarding prescription composed of kidney tonifying herbs such as Radix Polygoni Multiflori (_??__??_), Herba Cistanchis (_??__??_) Rubus Chiagii (_??__??__??_) etc. on the hippocampus and HPAT axis in senile rats were observed. The results showed : (1) With age the number of glucocorticoid receptors (GCR) in the hippocampus, the concentrations of NE, DA, 5-HT in the hypothalamus were markedly decreased, while the plasma corticosterone concentration in senile rats was obviously increased. (2) The thymocyte GCR nuclear transition rate was increased significantly ; (3) The contents of cytoplasmic protein, nuclear RNA and DNA, the thymus weight/body weight ratio, the serum thymic factors as well asthe rate of lymphocyte transformation, the activity of IL-2 and NK cells in senile rats were obviously decreased compared to those of young control rats. Guzhen recipe however, was capable of improving these changes in the neuroendocrine-thymic net work in senile rats to varying degrees, suggesting that the kidney with Chinese Medicine might retard the functional degeneration of thymic endocrine partly by improving the feedback regulation of the hippocampal GCR and increasing the concentrations of NE and 5-HT of hypothalamus, thus decreasing the plasma corticosterone ; Simultaneously weakening the nuclear transition rate of thymocyte GCR, which in turn improving the immune function of the senile animal.
We concluded that Guzhen Recipe may retard the functional degeneration of both the hypo-thalamuspituitary-gornadal-thymic and hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroidal-thymic axis. All the above results revealed that retarding the aging effect using TCM in volves multiple-leves, multiple-systems and links. Using holistic regulation, imbalance links in aging process are modulated and the equilibrium of Yin and Yang are maintained. This is an important characteristic of the TCM to retard aging.

Identifying the importance of improving pricing control in military hospitals based on a review of the status quo of such management. In addition to an analysis of difficulties in pricing control in these hospitals, proposing to build an efficient pricing control system with a better understanding of the significance of pricing control.Establishing rules and regulations on medical charges to regulate pricing;making use of computer networks in the management for medical charges transparency;enhancing charges securitization to rule out excessive charges;improving general competence of pricing workers to regulate pricing control,All these five measures will help enhance pricing control in military hospitals.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(21):5-7
Objective To study the hemostnsis effects of compression cords oppressing after femoral artery puncture and encheiresis. Methods Self-made compression cords were used to stop bleeding of femoral artery puncture sites in 2164 patients underwent 3046 cases of arteriopuncture encheiresis. The total eases were divided into group A (1482 eases) and group B (1564 cases) according to different treatment of oppression and breaking duration which were 8-10 hours for group A and 5-6 hours for group B, the hemostasis effects, discomfortableness and related complications within two groups were evaluated. Results The proportion of patients who got good hemostasis effects were 99.2% in group A, 99.0% in group B. There was no difference in hemostasis effects between two groups (P> 0.05). While the rate of discomfortableness in group A (63.8%) was higher than that in group B(42.9%) (P<0.05). The related serious complications were 2 patients in group A, but no occurred in group B. Conclusion Self-made compression cords op- pressing and 5-6 hours breaking time course can achieve both finer hemostasis effect and lower frequency of complications after femoral artery puncture and encheiresis.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(1):76-77
At present, the development of hospital in transition period the doctor-patient contradiction, mutu-al trust foundation weak such outstanding contradictions and problems, based on the analysis of facing the outpatient service charge first overall service consciousness; Contradiction link concentration; Hospital information system support does not reach the designated position; Charge personnel are not familiar with services such as business management status, on the basis of train first service consciousness concrete measures are put forward. Namely:strengthen the psychological counseling, advocate humanistic care;carry out training assessment, improve human-istic quality;strengthen the construction of standardization, the standard outpatient service charging process;develop information platform, optimize charging way;strengthen the department cooperation, build a system integration work.
