1.Relationship between phlegm stasis type of clinical with blood hsCRP、DD、Fb、Lp(a) and severity of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore into the relationship among phlegm stasis type of clinical with plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, D-dimer, fibrinogen, lipoprotein(a) and severity of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods There were 82 patients with CHD and 15 subjects without CHD(Control), all cases were performed coronary arteriography (CAG). The blood hsCRP,DD,Fb,Lp(a) were examined before CAG. The incidence and severith of coronary atherosclerosis were evaluated by CAG and the Gensini's scores. The patients with CHD were classified into three group: the neither blood stasis nor phlegm type, the phlegm stasis type and the phlegm stagnation type. Results Comparing the patients with the control group, there was significant difference in the two items: hsCRP,DD positively correlated with each other.Conclusion The 4 items were effective index to the phlegm stasis type of clinical. The phlegm stasis pathogenesis ascertained by overall analysis of clinical evidences were positively correlated with the severith of coronary atherosclerosis and the number of coronary with atherosclerosis.

3.Exploration of the Micro-lecture Design of Pharmacology Based on the Sample of Positive Inotropic Effect and Mechanism of Cardiac Glycosides

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the application of micro-lecture in pharmacology teaching. METHODS:Based on a correct view of micro-lecture and the sample of positive inotropic effect and mechanism of cardiac glycosides,mi-cro-lecture design of pharmacology was explored from aspects of design objects,contents,technical support and application mode. RESULTS:As the main carrier of micro-lecture,video took the advantages of topic prominence,resource diversity,short and pithy and easy to use;the objects were five-year undergraduate medical students of the Jiangxi Univesity of Traditional Chinese Medicane;and the key and difficult points in pharmacology courses were selected for the complete teaching of these points in a short time as much as possible;record screen-based software model was conduced for video making and the course was uploaded to Kingsoft disk sharing. CONCLUSIONS:As a new teaching mode,course design is the basis and it is essential for the smooth de-velopment. A good micro-lecture design has positive improvement effect on improving the teaching efficacy of Pharmacolgy tradi-tional class.
4.Self-provided well water solubility of total solid rapid determination method of research

Objective To establish a method for determination of total soluble solids (TDS) in self-provided well water .Methods The conductivity meter which has a function of determination of total soluble solid ,and was used to directly determinate the total soluble solids in self-provided well water .Results Compared with national standard method ,the results have no significant differ-ence .The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0 .17% -0 .22% ,and the recovery rates of standard was 97 .5% -98 .6% .Conclu-sion The method is quick ,simple ,sensitive ,accurate and suitable for rapid determination of large quantities of waters .

6.Application of six sigma in processing of non-coated surgical instrument

Objective To apply six sigma management method to optimizing flow,enhancing treatment quality,prolonging service life and decreasing purchase cost of the non-coated surgical instrument.Methods The treatment flow of the noncoated surgical instrument was optimized through five steps of six sigma method including defining,measuring,analyzing,improving and controlling.The treatment results before and after flow optimization were compared,analyzed and evaluated.Results The rates for corrosion and rejection were both decreased significantly after flow optimization,while the quality was increased obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion Six sigma management method involved in the treatment of the non-coated surgical instrument saves purchase cost,enhances the efficiency of disinfection supply room and facilitates effective supervision and monitoring.
7.Clinical Observation ofTongYuanNeedling Method plus Letrozol and HCG for Refractory Sterility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofTong Yuan(short forTong Du Tiao Shen,Yin Qi Gui Yuan, referring to unblocking the Governor Vessel, regulating mind, and guiding qi back to the origin) needling method plus Letrozol and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in treating refractory sterility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Method Sixty clomiphene citrate-resistant PCOS-induced sterility patients were recruited and randomized into two groups. The treatment group was intervened byTong Yuanneedling plus Letrozol and HCG, while the control group was intervened only by Letrozol and HCG, both for 3 months. Prior to and after the treatment,the levels of estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and testosterone (T) were detected; the endometrium, ovulation and pregnancy rates were also observed.Result After 3 menstrual cycles, the level of FSH increasedsignificantly (P<0.05), LH decreased significantly (P<0.05), LH/FSH declined significantly (P<0.05), and the level of T also dropped significantly (P<0.05) in both treatment group and control group; the level of E2also dropped significantly after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the decrease in the treatment group was more significantly than that in the control group (P<0.05). The ovulation and pregnancy rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tong Yuanneedling plus Letrozol and HCG can significantly down-regulate the levels of LH, E2and T, up-regulate the level of FSH, effectively improve the internal reproductive environment of refractory PCOS patients, and enhance the ovulation and pregnancy rates.
8.Correlation between caspase regulatory gene expression and facial nerve injury in a facial nerve injury model

BACKGROUND:Caspase plays a crucial role in the cellapoptosis, but the influence of different facial nerve injury on caspase 1, caspase 8, cyto-c protein expression and their correlation stil remain unclear.
OBJECTIVE:To construct facial nerve crush or distal transection injury models, observe the morphological changes of facial motoneurons, investigate death gene caspase 3, caspase 8, cyto-c expression, and analyze their correlation.
METHODS:Facial nerve crush or distal transection injury model was established in the right facial nerve of rats, while the left facial nerve served as normal controls. We observed the morphology and the death of facial motoneurons with toluidine blue staining and transmission electron microscope. Expressions of caspase 3, caspase 8 and cyto-c proteins were studied by immunohistochemistry analysis fol owing facial nerve injury.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Both facial nerve distal transection and crush injury resulted in the death of facial motoneurons, and the death pattern was mainly apoptosis. Caspase 3, caspase 8 and cyto-c protein expressions were observed in the subnucleus of normal rat facial nucleus. cells of the distal transection group were stained more intensely than that of crush group. Expressions of these proteins began to increase at 3 days after the injuries. Caspase 3 and caspase 8 protein expression peaked at 14 days, whereas cyto-c protein expression peaked at 7 days after the injuries. Expressions of caspase 3, caspase 8 and cyto-c proteins were correlated with facial nerve injury type and injury time. Expressions of caspase 8 and cyto-c protein were correlated with expression of caspase 3 protein. The findings indicate that, caspase 8 and cyto-c contribute to activate caspase 3, and caspase cascade reaction plays an important role in the apoptosis of facial motoneurons.
9.Hepatocyte growth factor and epidermal growth factor induce mesenchymal stem cells isolated from patients with hepatocirrhosis into hepatocyte-like cells in vitro

Objective To explore the possibility of differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells isolated from patients with hepatocirrhosis into hepatocyte-like cells induced by EGF and HGF and to lay basis for transplanted autologous bone marrow MSCs in treatment of liver disease at terminal stage.Methods Bone marrow cells were obtained from volunteers with liver cirrhosis.MSCs were separated by density gradient centrifugation and were cultured through adhere culture.MSCs were cultured in DMEM medium with HGF,EGF,HGF+EGF or no growth factor.The phenotypes of MSCs were identified by flow cytometry,immunohistochemistry,and Albumin levels in culture supernatants were determined by ELISA.Results Growth and division of adherent cells obtained from the patients with hepatocirrhosis were good and the phenotypes of MSCs were CD29 positive and CD34 negative.The shape of MSCs changed from long fusiform to polygonal or round on 21th-28th days in grow factor induced groups.Immunocytochemical analysis for CK18 and AFP showed positive staining reaction for AFP on 7th day,for CK18 on 21st and 28th day in grow factor induced groups with MSCs-induced Alb production increasing in a time-dependent manner.No markers of hepatocyte linear cells were detected in no growth factor induction group.Conclusion Both HGF and EGF can induce mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate hepatocyte-like cells alone or coordinately.
