Case management is a flexible, systematic, holistic new care model which can integrate the episodic therapy of cancer patients. Case management applied the process of assess, plan, implementation, evaluation and feedback to the process of case management, conduct the path management from diagnosis to follow-up. This paper introduces the job descriptions and competence of case managers, the development of cancer case management domestic and overseas; so as to offer reference for the domestic implementation of cancer case management. Consequently realize the comprehensive rehabilitation of physical, psychological, social and spiritual function for cancer patients.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of lateral elbow approach combined with anterior median approach in the treatment of terrible triad of elbow. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 20 patients of terrible triad elbow who were admitted into our hospital from April 2012 to January 2015 and treated with lateral elbow approach combined with anterior median approach. The postoperative recovery of arthrosis, forearm rotation range, and range of motion were evaluated by Mayo score system. Results All patients wounds were with primary healing. There were 11 cases of excellent and 4 cases of good through Mayo score system, with the good rate of 75%.At the final follow-up,the range of motion was (122.06 ± 24.17) ° and the forearm rotation was (136.28 ± 8.9) °.Conclusion Lateral elbow approach combined with anterior median approach for the treatment of terrible triad of elbow has clear visual field, excellent surgical rate, without complications such as elbow instability and nerve damage.

AIM: To investigate the tumorigenicity of lung cancer by learning the accumulation of p53 and the exposure of cytokeratin 18 neo-epitope(CK-18neo) related to the clinicopathological parameters in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). METHODS: To detect the monoclonal antibodies of p53 and M30 CytoDEATH(specific antibody for CK-18neo) in 62 cases of NSCLC (included 29 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 33 cases of adenocarcinoma) and 10 cases of control group by adopting immunohistochemistry assay (LSAB). Moreover, the immunoreactivity of p53 was quantitatively evaluated with positive unit (PU). RESULTS: (1) p53 immunoreactivity was positive in 15 of 29 squamous cell carcinoma (51.72%), 15 of 33 adenocarcinoma (45.45%), 30 of 62 NSCLC (48.39%). In 10 control cases was negative. There were significant differences between these groups (P<0.01). (2)In 62 cases of NSCLC, AI% of M30 is 1.10%, and in 29 cases of squamous cell carcinoma is 0.95%, and in 33 cases of adenocarcinoma is 1.24%. In 10 control cases, the AI% is 1.06%. There is not significant difference among these groups . (3) According to the results of Pearson's correlation analysis, we found positive linear correlation between the immunoreactivity of p53(-/+), p53(5 degrees)and p53(PU)(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Our results suggested that the pathogenesis of NSCLC might be related to the mutation of gene p53 and cell excessive proliferation and insufficient apoptosis.

Objective To analyze data of fails among oncology inpatients from 2014 to 2015,and to explore the effects of the continuous quality improvement on management of falls among oncology inpatients. Methods According to data of falls among oncology inpatients in 2014,continuous quality improvement was carried out in prevention of falls, including health education, risk assessment process of falls and inter-department cooperation. Results One year after applying the continuous quality improvement for management of falls, the number and the rate of falls among oncology inpatients in the year of 2015 (Number=25,Rate=0.027‰) were significantly lower than those in 2014(Number=55,Rate=0.065‰,x2=15.195,P<0.001).Conclusion Improvement of management protocol for falls can effectively reduce the rate of falls among oncology inpatients and ensure patient safety.

Objective To explore the effects of combined infusion of Treg cells from recipient rats and imDCs from donor rats prolonging the survival time of rats undergoing allogeneic orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods One hundred cases of rat allogeneic orthotopic liver transplantation were performed by using modified two-cuff method: DA rats served as donors, and Lewis rats as recipients, which were divided into 5 groups: acute rejection group,mDC group,imDC group,Treg group,co-infusion group (imDC-Treg group).2 × 106 imDC,2 × 106 mDC and 1 × 107 Treg cells were respectively injected to Lewis rats in every group via caudal vein before transplantation.Four Lewis rats from each group were randomly sacrificed on the day 3,7 and 10 after transplantation.Liver function (ALT and TBIL) and changes of cytokines (IL-10,IL-2 and TGF-β) were evaluated in peripheral blood. The pathological changes of the liver graft were observed. The DNA fragmentation characteristics of apoptosis in the liver were detected by using TUNEL staining.Survival analysis was performed on remnant rats. Results The liver function in imDC-Treg group had reverted to normal faster than that in the control groups.ELISA revealed that at day 7,the serum levels of IL-10 and TGF-β were higher, and the serum levels of IL-2 were lower in imDC-Treg group.Liver pathology demonstrated that there was only a slight number of mononuclear cell infiltration in hepatic graft afterorthotopic liver transplantation in co-infusion group (imDC-Treg group),which belonged to a nonidentified or slight type of acute rejection, and the liver graft showed regeneration of hepatocytes along with a small number of neutrophile granulocyte infiltration at the day 10.TUNEL staining indicated that the number of apoptotic T cells was much less in control groups than in imDC-Treg groups. The survival time of recipients in Treg-imDC group was 37 days, significantly longer than in irnDC group (23 days) and Treg group (15 days). Conclusion Infusion of imDC from donor rats or Treg from recipient rats alone couldn't induce long-term allograft survival of recipients after allogeneic rat liver transplantation. The co-infusion of Treg and imDC significantly prolonged the survival time of rats subject to allogeneic liver transplantation.

Objective To explore the effects of the mindfulness mode intervention on the adverse reaction of the patients with breast cancer during the period of chemotherapy. Methods 75 patients with breast cancer during the period of chemotherapy were randomly assigned to the control group(38 cases) and the intervention group(37 cases). All patients received the routing nursing of chemotherapy. In addition the intervention group received the mindfulness intervention. The adverse reaction of chemotherapy questionnaire was used to investigate the level of their adverse reaction before the intervention and two months after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of the adverse reaction in the intervention group was (32.19± 7.70)points,less than that of the control group, which was (36.97±10.03)points.There was statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusions The mindfulness model intervention could reduce the adverse reaction of the patients with breast cancer.
