Objective:To explore and construct the nursing quality standards of spine surgery, provide a scientific basis for improving the nursing quality of spine surgery. Methods:Taking the "structure-process-outcome" three-dimensional quality model as the theoretical framework, through evidenced-based literature search and semi-structured interview, the items pool was formed, and finally the nursing quality standards were determined by two rounds of Delphi method of expert inquiry from May to July 2023.Results:The positive coefficients of the two rounds of inquiries to experts were 0.90 and 1.00, respectively. The authority coefficients were 0.946 and 0.951, respectively. The Kendall coefficients of the first, second and third level standards in the first round were 0.161, 0.095 and 0.108, respectively, and the Kendall coefficients of the first, second and third level standards in the second round were 0.162, 0.088 and 0.100, respectively, the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The final nursing quality standards were finally constructed, including 3 first-level standards (structural quality, process quality and outcome quality), 20 second-level standards and 60 third-level standards. Conclusions:The nursing quality standards of spine surgery based on the three-dimensional quality model of "structure-process-outcome" have high reliability and science, which can provide target incentives for clinical nurses, provide a basis for the quality of specialized spine nursing, and promote the development of nursing specialization and the construction of nursing discipline.

Existing antidepressant treatments are generally suboptimal for patients with bipolar disorder(BD).Several studies have explored the efficacy of light therapy(LT)in patients with bipolar depression, along with investigating parameters, devices, and safety aspects of LT.This paper provides a review of these aspects.Numerous meta-analyses and randomized controlled trials have indicated that LT could significantly improve depressive symptoms in BD patients, with both low and high intensity white light having this effect, while the antidepressant effect of blue light remains unclear.LT takes effect rapidly, preferably in the morning, with each session lasting between 30 to 60 minutes, but there is no consensus on the most beneficial LT course for BD patients. The most commonly used device for LT is a lightbox. However further exploration is need regarding the safety of LT glasses. When LT devices that meet safety standards is selected, the overall safety of LT will be high and risk of manic or hypomanic switch will be low for BD patients. In conclusion,LT holds promise for patients with bipolar depression, and further research on LT for BD patients should be conducted to explore LT strategies and develop LT prescriptions.

Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends in the field of cancer treatment in the past decade. Methods The CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection databases were searched for Chinese and English articles related to cancer treatment published over the last 10 years. Bibliometric research methods were employed, including keyword cluster analysis of published literature. Results A total of 45 455 Chinese articles and 866 958 English articles were retrieved. Combining the visualization analysis results and the current research dilemma of tumor treatment revealed that the current research hotspots of tumor treatment domestically and internationally can primarily focus on four key areas. In the realm of targeted therapy, efforts are directed towards the discovery of new drug targets, overcoming resistance to targeted therapy, and the development of monoclonal antibodies and antibody–drug conjugates. In the field of immunotherapy, the emphasis lies in enhancing the response rate to immune checkpoint inhibitors, determining the mechanisms behind resistance to immunotherapy, and improving the safety of treatment. The research in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) covers evidence-based evaluation studies on TCM treatment, the identification of populations that can gain the most benefit from TCM, and strategies for improving the quality of life. In the area of novel drug development, cutting-edge technologies, such as organoid-based screening for anticancer drugs, synthetic biology, and artificial intelligence, are under investigation. Conclusion New targeted drugs, immune efficacy improvement, multidisciplinary integration, nano-delivery, and TCM innovation are the key research directions in the field of tumor therapy in the future.
