1.The analysis of pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance of different clinical samples
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(19):2640-2643
Objective To compare the distribution patterns and analyze the antimicrobial resistance of pathogens of different clinical samples .Methods All pathogens were isolated from clinical specimens(blood ,urine and wound) ,the distribution of patho-gens and drug resistance were monitored continuously from October 2012 to October 2013 in Daling hospital .Results 279 strains weredetectedfrombloodculture.Thedistributionincidenceof Escherichiacoli,Klebsiellapneumoniae,coagulasenegativeStaphy-lococci(CNS) ,Staphylococcus aureus ,Enterococcus f aecalis were 28 .67% ,12 .19% ,13 .62% ,9 .68% and 8 .60% respectively .574 strains were detected from urine culture .The distribution incidence of Escherichia coli ,Candida ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,K leb-siella pneumoniae ,Enterococcus f aecalis were 38 .68% ,18 .64% ,7 .84% ,7 .49% and 3 .66% respectively .292 strains were detected from wound secretion .The distribution incidence of Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli ,CNS ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,En-terococcus f aecalis were 17 .12% ,14 .38% ,10 .27% ,7 .53% ,5 .48% respectively .Conclusion Clinical using of antimicrobial agents should monitor drug resistance and consider various factors .
2.The cognitive-behavioral group therapy design on the college students of learing burnout
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Nowadays a large number of domestic researches have shown the degree of learning burnout, the causes, manifestations and the distribution, but there are only one or two cases focusing on empirical research of Group Counseling. In Eriksson's view, the university period is a critical stage to obtain a sense of intimacy and avoid isolation, and the group counseling have great significance in helping students improve the character and get a sense of intimacy. Therefore, based on the literature and interviews, the author use in this study the cognitive-behavioral group therapy to help the students form a new cognitive concepts, behavior and attitude, and improve their self-efficacy.
3.Perception Gap of Medical Personnel Service Quality by Servqual Method
Modern Hospital 2016;16(1):86-88,89
Objective To enhance the hospital′s competitiveness through evaluating hospital by its own staff. Methods The Servqual was used to investigate the hospital service quality. Results The hospital′s medical staff were good in personal appearance and professional knowledge. However, the hospital was week in equipment and fulfilling promises to patients. Conclusion The administrative should take corresponding measures to improve the quality of medical services for their existing management quality problems.
4.Advance of Research for Effects of Heat Wave on Health of Urban Residents and Warning
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(08):-
In recent years,high-temperature heat wave caused an increase in the number of deaths than other climate disasters, the study of the effects of heat waves on the health of urban residents health becomes a subject of concern.Sustained high-temperature heat waves will inevitably cause harm to human health,to understand the characteristics of heat waves is conducive to the prediction of high temperature heat waves and to the establishment of reasonable response measures. This paper mainly introduces the present status of heat wave occur, the impact of heat wave on human health, the influencing factors for excess mortality during heat waves as well as the research methods for heat wave which are commonly used to predict.
5.Chinical study on prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in climacteric women by sport therapy
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(5):46,49-
ObjectiveTo study the effect of prevention and treatment on osteoporosis in climacteric women by sport therapy. Methods 120 climacteric women were separated into rehabilitation group(n = 60)and control group(n = 60). Rehabilitation group accepted the oxygensport therapy, calcium, adjusted food. Control group was given calcium and adjusted food. The changs in densify of lumbar vertebradensify ofwere observed two yeats after treatment. ResultsDensify of lumbar vertebra in the rehabititation groupincreased( but there was no sta-tistical significance) and decreased remarkably in control group( P < 0. 05) . Densify of lumbar vertebra lumbar in rehabititation group in-creased than that of the control group( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Exercise therapy was effective in preventing and treating osteoporosis in cli-macteric worrn.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the correlations between plasma levels of interleukin(IL)-17,-10,-4 and interferon(IFN)-? and their clinical implications in children with asthma. Methods Twenty-two children with asthma and twenty healthy children were enrolled in the study.Blood samples from these patients were collected at acute and convalescent stages. The plasma levels of IL-17,-10,-4 and IFN-? were detected by ELISA method. Results The plasma level of IL-17 was significantly decreased in children with asthma at the acute and convalescent stage compared with healthy controls(P
