2.Golden section, the optimization of environmental factors for human body
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2006;10(45):227-228
OBJECTIVE: Human body is closed in environmental physical factors.Using golden section, this study aims to find out the best condition of environmental physical factors acting on human body.METHODS: There are a lot of phenomena which have relation with golden section, for example, the environmental temperature, humidity, light frequency, sound intensity, atmospheric pressure, oxygen content, etc. Are in step with human sensation. RESULTS: ① Harmony between environmental temperature and human body: Room temperature was maintained at 22-24 ℃, which was the golden temperature of human body (37 ℃). At this time, human felt the most comfortable. ② Harmony between humidity and human body: When humidity ranged from 60% to 69% which contained the golden humidity of 61.8%, human did not feel both dryness and wetness. ③ Harmony between light frequency and human body: Visible light with the wave length of 5.3×10-5 cm exactly stood at the golden point and was located in the area between yellow and green, I.e. Kelly light. Eyes of human had various sensitivities to each part of visible light. The further the wave-length away from kelly light, the poorer the sensitivity was; therefore, photosensitivity of kelly light was the most obvious, and human felt comfortable at the same time. ④ Harmony between sound intensity and human body: Golden value from auditory threshold (0 dB) to pain threshold (120 dB) was 45.84 dB and 74.16 dB, respectively, which was located at normal area (40-60 dB),loudness area (60-80 dB) and region of musical sound. Musical sound had a great effect on cardiovascular system, digestive system, gland excretionand thinking activities. ⑤ Harmony between atmospheric pressure and human body: If oxygen content was near to golden value, human felt suitable;otherwise, human would have hypoxia, irritancy, nausea and emesis.CONCLUSION: The best condition of environmental physical factors is optional. If the indexes, such as environmental temperature, humidity, light frequency, sound intensity, atmospheric pressure and oxygen content, are near to golden value, they will be harmonious with human body.
3.Serum microRNA:a new class of biomarkers and targets of therapy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(1):46-49
MicroRNA (miRNA) are a class of small,non-coding,measuring 21-25 nucleotides in length RNA,which regulates protein levels post-transcriptionally through binding to 3'-untranslated region of target mRNA.miRNA involves in many physiological and pathological processes.Studies demonstrate that miRNA presents not only intracellular, but also in circulation and body fluids,e.g.urine,tear,ascetic fluid, and amniotic fluid, and these miRNA have become a novel biomarker and potential target of treatment, especially the serum miRNA.This review summarizes the recent advances of serum miRNA.
4.Infection schedule and pathogens characteristics after liver transplantation
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;18(10):736-739
With the development of immunosuppressant and surgical technique, both the survival rate of liver transplant patients and grafts improve significantly. Meanwhile, infection has become one of the most common complication and main reason of death. The knowledge of the characteristics of infection after liver transplantation is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment, which may decrease the mortality. As the clinical manifestation becomes atypical for the usage of immunosuppressant, it's reasonable to combine some specific biomarkers for early diagnosis.Pathogen varies according to the time post transplant, and it can be divided into three stages.Low immune status and the application of broad-spectrum antibiotic are the reason of opportunistic infection and super infection. Epidemiological survey found that new type of fungus and multi-drug resistance bacterium increase. It's important to pay attention to the management and standardized usage of antibiotic,as well as to establish relative guideline, which may decrease the drug resistance and improve outcome.
5.Thinking about the sustainable development of hospital construction in China
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(10):728-730
The paper analyses the present situation and comes to the conclusion that the total and scale of hospital is growing faster, construction investment is big, hospital comprehensive service increase apparently. But in fast development process, there exist some problems:Such as lack of planning guidance and foresight, building lack of high intelligence, conservation and environmental protection without strong consciousness, and investment in a single channel, etc. The author pointed out that the hospital building must correctly handle with problems including the reality and advanced, systematic and progressive, security and privacy, advanced and economic.etc.The author suggests that the hospital construction planning should be improved and perfect, fully embody the thoughts of human-oriented,pay more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection technology applications, improve hospital intelligence, and strengthen government support so as to make the hospital construction and development on a sustainable way.
6.Clinical study on the serum levels of sICAM-1, ET, MCP-1 and APN in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(5):662-664
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the serum levels of sICAM-1,ET,MCP-1 and APN in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 120 patients with ACI were selected and divided into different groups according to the size of infarction and clinical neurologic impairment degree score. The serum levels of sICAM-1,ET,MCP-1 and APN were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.A healthy control group which approximately matched the experimental group included 30 persons. Results The serum sICAM-1,ET and MCP-1 levels in the patients with ACI were significantly higher than those in the healthy groups (all P < 0.05).The serum levels of sICAM-1,ET and MCP-1 were increased steply with the volume of infarction and the clinical neurologic impairment degree score, the differences between the groups was significant (all P < 0.05).The serum APN levels. In the patients with ACI were significantly lower than that in the healthy groups (P < 0.05).The serum levels of APN were decreased steply with the volume of infarction and the clinical neurologic impairment degree score, the differences between the groups were significant (all P < 0.05).Conclusion The sICAM-1,ET,MCP-1 and APN may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ACI.The serum levels of sICAM-1,ET,MCP-1 and APN are closely correlated with the clinical neurologic impairment degree score and the volume of infarction, which may be of great value in predicting acute cerebral infarction and the severity of cerebral infarction.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;(9):5-7
Objective To discuss the correlation between tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α,osteopontin (OPN),interleukin (IL)-6 and psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Participants included 90 patients with psoriasis vulgaris, active period of 30 cases, stationary period of 30 cases, retrograde period of 30 cases. At the same time,30 healthy check-up health person were as controls.Early morning all observation objects were extracted fasting venous blood 5 ml,the serum levels of TNF-α,OPN and IL-6 were detected by enzyme-labeled immunoassay and compared. Results The serum levels of TNF-α,OPN and IL-6 in active period, stationary period and retrograde period patients [(28.3 ± 11.2) ng/L,(68.3 ±4.2) μg/L,(18.3 ±1.2) ng/L; (19.8 ± 10.5) ng/L,(52.8 ±3.5) μg/L,(12.8 ± 1.5) ng/L; (10.4 ± 11.6) ng/L,(46.4 ±3.6)μ g/L,(9.4 ± 1.6) ng/L] were obviously higher than those in controls [(6.6 ± 7.2) ng/L,(32.6 ± 3.2) μ g/L,(7.6 ± 1.2) ng/L] (P < 0.05),and these levels in active period patients were higher than those in stationary period and retrograde period patients (P < 0.05),and these levels in stationary period patients were higher than those in retrograde period patients (P < 0.05).Conclusions There is a close correlation between serum levels of TNF-α,OPN and IL-6 and the occurrence of psoriasis vulgaris. And along with the patients from active period, stationary period to retrograde period occurrence, the levels can change, but the specific mechanism is still unclear, which need further investigation.
8.Correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection in oral cavity and Helicobacter pylori infection in stomach in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(3):264-267
Helicobacter Pylori (Hp) is closely related to gastrointestinal diseases. Some scholars have proposed that Hp resides in the oral cavity and oral Hp is related to stomach Hp.The oral cavity has been implicated as a potential Hp reservoir and therefore may be involved in the reinfection or replapse of the stomach Hp after treatment of Hp infection.
9.Related risk factors of short-term prognosis in patients with viral encephalitis
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(13):30-32
Objective To investigate the risk factors of short-term prognosis in patients with viral encephalitis. Methods Clinical data of 124 patients with viral encephalitis were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the Glasgow outcome scale. Fourteen related risk factors were chosen and multifactor Logistic regression analysis was made. Results Univariate analysis showed, the duration of seizure, consciousness disorder, deficiency of cranial nerves, severe abnormal electroencephalogram and abnormal cranial MRI had significant correlation with short-term prognosis (P<0.05), but age, sex, behavior disorder, meningeal irritation sign, pressure of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), leukocyte number of CSF, protein level of CSF, peripheral white blood cell, and abnormal cranial CT had no correlation with short-term prognosis (P >0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the abnormal of cranial MRI and the duration of seizure were the independent risk factors of short-term prognosis. Conclusions The short-term prognosis of viral encephalitis relates with many factors. The abnormal cranial MRI and the duration of seizure are the important related risk factors.
