With the development of immunosuppressant and surgical technique,both the survival rate of liver transplant patients and grafts improve significantly. Meanwhile,infection has become one of the most common complication and main reason of death.The knowledge of the characteristics of infection after liver transplantation is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment,which may decrease the mortality.As the clinical manifestation becomes atypical for the usage of immunosuppressant, it's reasonable to combine some specific biomarkers for early diagnosis.Pathogen varies according to the time post transplant,and it can be divided into three stages.Low immune status and the application of broad-spectrum antibiotic are the reason of opportunistic infection and super infection. Epidemiological survey found that new type of fungus and multi-drug resistance bacterium increase.It's important to pay attention to the management and standardized usage of antibiotic,as well as to establish relative guideline,which may decrease the drug resistance and improve outcome.

Objective To discuss the high resolution CT (HRCT) characteristics of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (PLAM),and improve the diagnosis ability of the disease.Methods The pulmonary HRCT changes in 13 patients with pathology proved PLAM were retrospectively analyzed.Results The reported 13 cases of PLAM were all female,the average onset age was 40 (28-57) years old.HRCT showed bilateral,diffuse thin walled cysts throughout both lungs in 11 cases.The cystic air spaces ranged in diameter from a few millimeter to 2 cm,the thickness of the cyst walls was 1-2 mm,air bag cavity surrounded by normal lung tissue.Multiple well-defined cystic air spaces surrounded by uniformly thin wall in 2 cases,no normal lung tissue between the air cavity.One case had complications of left side pleural effusion and lymph nodes of multiple retroperitoneal.Conclusion The HRCT findings of PLAM has diagnostic performance,and it should be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of the disease.

Objective To explore the application effect of single port laparoscopic techniques in urology grassroots.Methods 60 patients with upper ureteral stones were randomly divided into observation group(using single port laparoscopic technique lithotripsy) and control group (30 cases with open surgery).The surgery time,blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative complications were compared between the two groups and the patients were followed up for three months,the clearance rate of stones and patients' satisfaction were observed.Results The operative time between the two groups had no significant difference(t=1.559,P>0.05).The blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group[(128.3±10.32)mL vs.(76.4±9.65)mL],the difference was statistically significant(t=20.003,P<0.01),and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group[(5.86±1.47)d vs.(7.95±1.53)d],the difference was statistically significant(t=5.395,P<0.01).The incidence rate of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(6.7% vs.30.0%),the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.454,P<0.05).Followed up for 3 months,the ESWL rate(73.3% vs.96.7%) and satisfaction rate (100.0% vs.80.0%) in the observation group and the control group had statistically significant differences (x2=4.705,4.629,all P<0.05).Conclusion The single port laparoscopic technique lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral stones has precise effect,less invasion,high ESWL rate,low complication rate and other advantages,and it is worthy of wide promotion.

Acute renal failure (ARF) is the common critical disease caused by various factors in neonates,its clinical manifestation is the sharp decline in renal function,in a short period of time,the serum creatinine is increased and urine volume decreases.However,recently,with the progress of blood purification technology,continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) has been used from ARF in elderly children to the newborn.In this paper,the risk factors of neonatal ARF,diagnostic criteria,the relevant questions of CRRT treatment were reviewed.

Chronic sinusitis is a disease of nasal sinus mucosal,with nasal obstruction,nasal secretions,chro-nic dull pain in the head and hyposmia,which is a common disease in the Department of ENT.The current conserva-tive treatment includes antibiotic therapy,antiallergic therapy,anti allergy treatment,improving function of mucociliary transport and Chinese medicine therapy.The surgical treatment includes nasal endoscopic surgery,endoscopic and Caldwell -Luc surgery.In this article,the current domestic and foreign treatment of chronic sinusitis were reviewed.

Objective:Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) has been widely used in hospital. Hospital medical equipment, information and monitoring equipment run mostly 24 hours without interrupt. To explore hospital monitoring and management of uninterruptible power supply (UPS), rescue patients well, protect all kinds of data and ensure the safety of the medical personnel and hospital property.Methods:This article mainly analyzed some problems including the definition, basic principle, classification, function, risks and management, in order to find out the solutions. Results: Through the analysis the problems, a set of feasible measures for the monitoring and management were made up to eliminate hidden danger in use and ensure medical security. Conclusion: UPS is sustainable and safe as a new power supply. Satisfactory monitoring and management can reduce failure rate, extend lifetime of the equipment and provide security for hospital economy and medical safety.
