3.Golden section, the optimization of environmental factors for human body
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2006;10(45):227-228
OBJECTIVE: Human body is closed in environmental physical factors.Using golden section, this study aims to find out the best condition of environmental physical factors acting on human body.METHODS: There are a lot of phenomena which have relation with golden section, for example, the environmental temperature, humidity, light frequency, sound intensity, atmospheric pressure, oxygen content, etc. Are in step with human sensation. RESULTS: ① Harmony between environmental temperature and human body: Room temperature was maintained at 22-24 ℃, which was the golden temperature of human body (37 ℃). At this time, human felt the most comfortable. ② Harmony between humidity and human body: When humidity ranged from 60% to 69% which contained the golden humidity of 61.8%, human did not feel both dryness and wetness. ③ Harmony between light frequency and human body: Visible light with the wave length of 5.3×10-5 cm exactly stood at the golden point and was located in the area between yellow and green, I.e. Kelly light. Eyes of human had various sensitivities to each part of visible light. The further the wave-length away from kelly light, the poorer the sensitivity was; therefore, photosensitivity of kelly light was the most obvious, and human felt comfortable at the same time. ④ Harmony between sound intensity and human body: Golden value from auditory threshold (0 dB) to pain threshold (120 dB) was 45.84 dB and 74.16 dB, respectively, which was located at normal area (40-60 dB),loudness area (60-80 dB) and region of musical sound. Musical sound had a great effect on cardiovascular system, digestive system, gland excretionand thinking activities. ⑤ Harmony between atmospheric pressure and human body: If oxygen content was near to golden value, human felt suitable;otherwise, human would have hypoxia, irritancy, nausea and emesis.CONCLUSION: The best condition of environmental physical factors is optional. If the indexes, such as environmental temperature, humidity, light frequency, sound intensity, atmospheric pressure and oxygen content, are near to golden value, they will be harmonious with human body.

5.Determination of Gallic Acid in 18 Taste Myrobalan Diuretic Pill by HPLC
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(11):49-50
Objective To establish the method for determination of gallic acid in Shibawei Heziliniao Pill by HPLC. Methods ODS-2 HYPERSIL C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, with mobile phase of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution (7∶93). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 270 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Gallic acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.063-0.315 μg, Y=2902.1X-5.95, r=0.999 6. The average recovery was 98.56%, and RSD was 0.41% (n=5). Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of 18 Taste Myrobalan Diuretic Pill.
6.The progress on genes associated with early puberty
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(1):48-50
Puberty onset is triggered by re-emergence of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis (HPGA),which is characterized by the significantly increasing amplitude and frequency of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion in human being.A series of studies found that many genes control puberty onset, including KISS1 and GPR54 gene, estrogen receptor (ESR) gene, energy balance-related genes,LIN28B gene,MKRN3 gene and so on.Studies have been confirmed that the mutation and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of the genes above are associated with early puberty. In this paper, the relationship between genetic alterations of these genes and early puberty are summarized as follows.-
7.Serum microRNA:a new class of biomarkers and targets of therapy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(1):46-49
MicroRNA (miRNA) are a class of small,non-coding,measuring 21-25 nucleotides in length RNA,which regulates protein levels post-transcriptionally through binding to 3'-untranslated region of target mRNA.miRNA involves in many physiological and pathological processes.Studies demonstrate that miRNA presents not only intracellular, but also in circulation and body fluids,e.g.urine,tear,ascetic fluid, and amniotic fluid, and these miRNA have become a novel biomarker and potential target of treatment, especially the serum miRNA.This review summarizes the recent advances of serum miRNA.
8.Infection schedule and pathogens characteristics after liver transplantation
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;18(10):736-739
With the development of immunosuppressant and surgical technique, both the survival rate of liver transplant patients and grafts improve significantly. Meanwhile, infection has become one of the most common complication and main reason of death. The knowledge of the characteristics of infection after liver transplantation is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment, which may decrease the mortality. As the clinical manifestation becomes atypical for the usage of immunosuppressant, it's reasonable to combine some specific biomarkers for early diagnosis.Pathogen varies according to the time post transplant, and it can be divided into three stages.Low immune status and the application of broad-spectrum antibiotic are the reason of opportunistic infection and super infection. Epidemiological survey found that new type of fungus and multi-drug resistance bacterium increase. It's important to pay attention to the management and standardized usage of antibiotic,as well as to establish relative guideline, which may decrease the drug resistance and improve outcome.
9.Related risk factors of short-term prognosis in patients with viral encephalitis
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(13):30-32
Objective To investigate the risk factors of short-term prognosis in patients with viral encephalitis. Methods Clinical data of 124 patients with viral encephalitis were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the Glasgow outcome scale. Fourteen related risk factors were chosen and multifactor Logistic regression analysis was made. Results Univariate analysis showed, the duration of seizure, consciousness disorder, deficiency of cranial nerves, severe abnormal electroencephalogram and abnormal cranial MRI had significant correlation with short-term prognosis (P<0.05), but age, sex, behavior disorder, meningeal irritation sign, pressure of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), leukocyte number of CSF, protein level of CSF, peripheral white blood cell, and abnormal cranial CT had no correlation with short-term prognosis (P >0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the abnormal of cranial MRI and the duration of seizure were the independent risk factors of short-term prognosis. Conclusions The short-term prognosis of viral encephalitis relates with many factors. The abnormal cranial MRI and the duration of seizure are the important related risk factors.
