2.Effect of OT in resuming upper extremity function of the hemiplegia

Objective:To study the effect of occupational therapy(OT),for the improvement upper extremity function of the hemiplegia patient.Methods:67 hemiplegia patients have recevied OT,and assessed with Fugl-Meyer and ADL method.Results:After treatment,improvement for upper extremity and hand 78%,ADL ability 87%.Conclusion:Application OT for training the function of upper extremity and hand of hemiplegia,may recover the all kinds of delicate and coordinate action of hand and upper extremity and improve the quality of daily living.
3.Research progress of phage display vaccine

Bacteriophages are viruses that infect microorganisms such as bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes and spirochetes.Because of the inherent immunogenicity,genetic plasticity,stability,safety and many other advantages,it has unique potential in vaccine research and development. At present,there are countless researches using it to construct vaccine delivery platforms,mainly including three forms,phage display vaccine,phage DNA vaccine and hybrid phage DNA vaccine,of which the phage display vaccine is the most widely studied. Phage display technology is a novel vaccine preparation technology,which is a molecular biology technology using phage as carrier,integrating foreign polypeptide or protein genes into phage genes and displaying them on the surface of phage in the form of fusion protein. This review mainly elaborated the immunological basis of phage display vaccine,the display system and its application in disease prevention,so as to provide a reference for the development and application of phage display vaccine.
4.Observation on standing balance of the patients with cervical vertebra syedrome

73 patients with cervical vertebra syndrome have been examined by body balance function with Japanese centre of gravity vacillate instrument. In six basis indexes. 58 patients with two or more abnormal, (80%). 11 Patients, one abnormal, (15%) only 4 had normal indexes (5%), but the centre of gravity chart showed two of them at middle pattern, one at disperse,another at polycentric pattern. The rate of difference remarkble cheek was significant (p>2.58, P<0.01)The examination of body balance function and the index has quantitative analysis significance. It can be effective method for assistant diagnosis and healing effective observation on certebra syndrome
5.Development and verification of cation exchange high performance liquid chromatography for detection of charge variants of pembrolizumab

Objective To develop and verify a cation exchange high performance liquid chromatography(CEX-HPLC)method for the detection of charge variants of pembrolizumab.Methods Pembrolizumab was bound to the exchange column matrix by using MabPac SCX-10 column,and the variants with different charges were eluted by gradually increasing the salt concentration of the mobile phase.The specificity,precision,linear range,accuracy and durability of the method were verified,and the charge variants of three batches of pembrolizumab finished products were detected by using the developed method.Results The resolution of the last acidic isomer peak and the first basic isomer peak of pembrolizumab from the main peak were 1.28 and 1.42,respectively.The mobile phase A and preparation buffer had no obvious interference peaks at the peak of the sample;The RSD values of the precision verification were all less than 2.0%;The total peak area,main peak area,acidic isomer peak area and basic isomer peak area of the standard all exhibited good linear relationship with the theoretical dilution concentration with each R~2 of 1.00;The recovery rates of the total peak area and main peak area of the standard at three concentrations were between 96.81% and 106.07%;When pH value of the mobile phase was within the range of 6.30±0.10,the RSD values of the total peak area and main peak area percentage of the standard were1.5% and 1.9%,and when the column temperature was within the range of(35±4) ℃,the RSD values of the total peak area and main peak area percentage of the standard were 0.4% and 0.3%,respectively.The RSD value of the main peak retention time of the three batches of finished products was 0.Conclusion The developed CEX-HPLC method can effectively separate the acidic isomers,main peaks and basic isomers of pembrolizumab with good specificity,precision and accuracy,which can be used for the follow-up research and development of pembrolizumab,the process verification of expanding production and the stability research.
6.Golden section, the optimization of environmental factors for human body

OBJECTIVE: Human body is closed in environmental physical factors.Using golden section, this study aims to find out the best condition of environmental physical factors acting on human body.METHODS: There are a lot of phenomena which have relation with golden section, for example, the environmental temperature, humidity, light frequency, sound intensity, atmospheric pressure, oxygen content, etc. Are in step with human sensation. RESULTS: ① Harmony between environmental temperature and human body: Room temperature was maintained at 22-24 ℃, which was the golden temperature of human body (37 ℃). At this time, human felt the most comfortable. ② Harmony between humidity and human body: When humidity ranged from 60% to 69% which contained the golden humidity of 61.8%, human did not feel both dryness and wetness. ③ Harmony between light frequency and human body: Visible light with the wave length of 5.3×10-5 cm exactly stood at the golden point and was located in the area between yellow and green, I.e. Kelly light. Eyes of human had various sensitivities to each part of visible light. The further the wave-length away from kelly light, the poorer the sensitivity was; therefore, photosensitivity of kelly light was the most obvious, and human felt comfortable at the same time. ④ Harmony between sound intensity and human body: Golden value from auditory threshold (0 dB) to pain threshold (120 dB) was 45.84 dB and 74.16 dB, respectively, which was located at normal area (40-60 dB),loudness area (60-80 dB) and region of musical sound. Musical sound had a great effect on cardiovascular system, digestive system, gland excretionand thinking activities. ⑤ Harmony between atmospheric pressure and human body: If oxygen content was near to golden value, human felt suitable;otherwise, human would have hypoxia, irritancy, nausea and emesis.CONCLUSION: The best condition of environmental physical factors is optional. If the indexes, such as environmental temperature, humidity, light frequency, sound intensity, atmospheric pressure and oxygen content, are near to golden value, they will be harmonious with human body.
7.Clinical characteristics analysis of pleural effusion in 117 children

Objective To study the etiology and clinical features of pleural effusion in Children .Methods The clinical data of 117 cases who diagnosed with pleural effusion in children were analyzed retrospectively .Results In the study ,infectious pleural ef-fusion that were 97 cases(82 .9% ) ,in which 79 cases caused by suppuration(67 .5% ) ,9 cases caused by mycoplasma(7 .7% ) ,6 ca-ses caused by virus (5 .1% ) ,3 cases caused by tuberculous-empyema (2 .6% ) .Non-infection cause included 20 cases (17 .1% ) ,in which 6 cases of nephrotic syndrome ,4 cases of malignant tumor(1 case of lung cancer ,1 case of lymphoma ,1 case of leukemia ,1 case of nephroblastoma and lung metastasis) ,4 cases of Kawasaki disease ,2 cases of acute glomerulonephritis ,2 cases of industrial vinegar concentrate poisoning ,2 cases of hemolytic uremic syndrome ,1 case of hypereosinophilic syndrome .There were 83 cases cured in 117 cases of pleural effusion ,26 cases left hospital with getting better ,7 cases of no cure(4 cases of malignant tumor ,1 case of nephrotic syndrome ,2 cases left hospital automaticly )and 1 case of death .Conclusion Infection is the main cause of pleural effu-sion in children ,it should be pay attention to pleural effusion in children caused by various diseases in the process of clinical diagno-sis and treatment .
8.Determination of Gallic Acid in 18 Taste Myrobalan Diuretic Pill by HPLC

Objective To establish the method for determination of gallic acid in Shibawei Heziliniao Pill by HPLC. Methods ODS-2 HYPERSIL C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, with mobile phase of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution (7∶93). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 270 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Gallic acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.063-0.315 μg, Y=2902.1X-5.95, r=0.999 6. The average recovery was 98.56%, and RSD was 0.41% (n=5). Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of 18 Taste Myrobalan Diuretic Pill.
9.Practice and outcome of training models for chief doctors and nurses from primary hospitals in Henan province

To advance the medical service system and strengthen the medical staff construction at primary hospitals,our hospital pioneered the training class for doctors and nurses from primary hospitals in Henan province in 2011.We offered the training fee and set rewards for them.The training classes included pre-job training,demonstration lessons,lectures,simulation training,discussion of intractable cases and clinical instructor training.The systematic training based on Henan provincial conditions plays a radiation role of big public hospitals and helps implement the grading medical services.
10.Clinical study on the serum levels of sICAM-1, ET, MCP-1 and APN in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the serum levels of sICAM-1,ET,MCP-1 and APN in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 120 patients with ACI were selected and divided into different groups according to the size of infarction and clinical neurologic impairment degree score.The serum levels of sICAM-1,ET,MCP-1 and APN were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.A healthy control group which approximately matched the experimental group included 30 persons.Results The serum sICAM-1,ET and MCP-1 levels in the patients with ACI were significantly higher than those in the healthy groups (all P < 0.05).The serum levels of sICAM-1,ET and MCP-1 were increased steply with the volume of infarction and the clinical neurologic impairment degree score,the differences between the groups was significant (all P < 0.05).The serum APN levels.In the patients with ACI were significantly lower than that in the healthy groups (P < 0.05).The serum levels of APN were decreased steply with the volume of infarction and the clinical neurologic impairment degree score,the differences between the groups were significant (all P < 0.05).Conclusion The sICAM-1,ET,MCP-1 and APN may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ACI.The serum levels of sICAM-1,ET,MCP-1 and APN are closely correlated with the clinical neurologic impairment degree score and the volume of infarction,which may be of great value in predicting acute cerebral infarction and the severity of cerebral infarction.
