3.Effects of Exercise Training on Cardiac Function and Automatic Nervous Activity in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease following PTCA or Intracoronary Stent Implantation
Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 1983;0(03):-
Objective The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of exercise training on cardiac function and automatic nervous activity in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) following PTCA or intracoronary stent implantation. Methods For this study, 37 CAD patients (28 men and 9 women; aged 56.23 ?11.16 years) participated in a supervised 8-week training program with 35 healthy controls(27 men and 8 women; aged 55.72 ?10.34 years). Cardiac function was assessed with indexes obtained during exercise testing using the standard Bruce protocol (submaximal gradural treadmill exercise) before and after 8 weeks training. Meanwhile, heart rate variability (HRV) was used to value the automatic nervous activity. Results After 8 weeks, the margin between maximal HR and resting HR (△HR=HR max-HR resting) was significantly broader (P
4.Application study of high sensitivity C-Reactive protein and interlukin-6 on diabetic
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Objective To discuss the clinical value of high-sensitivity C-Reactive protein ( hs-CRP) and Interlukin-6 (IL-6) on patients with diabetes mellitus and athero sclerosis. Methods Serum hs-CRP is measured through particle enhanced immuoturbidimetric method by using analysis instrument 7200 . LDL-C is examined by one-step method. IL-6 is measured by double antibody assay. Results (1) Diabetic with higer LDL-C: the density of serum hs-CRP is (6. 81 ?3. 32) mg/L. IL-6 is (17. 2 ?5. 6) mg/L . Both are remarkably positive related. related coefficient r = 0. 61 ;P 0. 05). Conclusion For diabetic serum IL-6 plays roles in inducing the synthetic of CRP when there is an acute liver and also plays roles in the pathologic process of diabetes athero sclerosis.
5.Classification of Nematode in Ruminant from Qinghai Province
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 2006;0(S1):-
To classify and identified the nematode parasized in ruminant in Qinghai province, the mature nematode specimen parasized in Tibetan sheep, goat, yak,ox and camel was collected and classified systematically,by adopting classfication systems of Yamaguti(1961).All those specimens belong to 24 genera of 15 families of 6 orders in nematade of Nemathelminthes Class,of which 85 kinds of nematodes were sorted out, among them 13 lung nematodes,71 digestine nematode and 1 muscle nematode were classified.
6.Reason and rapid rehabilitation of exercise injury in ankle joint
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(28):5567-5570
Ankle Joint is an important joint for human weight loading, and its stability plays a crucial role on the maintenance of loading and exercise function. Ankle injury is the most common kind of exercise induced injury, it takes the first place in the joint ligament injury, improper management of the injury may lead to some complications such as traumatic arthritis. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the mechanism underlying ankle joint injury during exercise from the view points of modem exercise medicine, and to give a detail description of the effective functional recovery following injury.
7.Quantitative Determination of Arteannuin in Liposomes and Dextrans by TLC-Scanning Method
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
TLC-scanning method for the quantitative determination of arteannuin in liposomes and dextrans was developed. The method is simple, accarate and sengitive. The recoveries were found to be 98.0% and 96.8%.
8.Effects of Acupuncture on Event Related Potential P_3 in Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1999;0(02):-
To observe the effects of acupuncture on event related potential P3(P3) in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), P3 in 40 ADHD children and 20 normal children was detected. It was founded that the occurrence rate of P3 in ADHD chilthen under the situations of active retention and passive attenhon was 68.9% and 46.6%,and 94.3% and 35.7% in normal children respefavely(P
9.Biocompatibility of coronary stent with host
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(17):-
Coronary stent implantation is an important approach for treating and improving coronary artery disease, myocardia ischemia, and coronary revascularization. However, the biocompatibility of stent with host affects the long-term efficacy. In this study, we reviewed the studies on the factors and mechanism of vascular endothelialization after stenting and the medicine prevention. Stenting may cause vessel wall lesions, vascular intima tearing, allowing activation of coagulation system and leading to thrombogenesis. Plenty of white blood cells aggregates in the lesion sites that triggers inflammatory reactions, and migration of smooth muscle cells results in proliferative response, leading to intima hyperplasia. Drug-eluting stenting can prevent and cure vascular restenosis post stenting, inhibit the proliferative response caused by migration of smooth muscle cells and stimulate intima expansion. Vascular endothelialization post-stenting and novel stent design are important for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
10.An argument about 'restraint subsequent to disorders caused by unrestrained excess'
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(01):-
The theory of 'restraint subsequent to disorders caused by unrestrained excess' is the essence of the doctrine on yunqi(five successive evolutive phases corresponding to five elements) as well as an important part of the theory of Chinese medicine. It reveals a phenomenon about growth, transformation and restriction that commonly exists in the natural world.Interpromotion and interrestraint of the five elements, opposition and mutual basement of Yinyang, system science, natural phenomena and cultural phenomena are all governed by this theory. This article approaches the theory of 'restraint subsequent to disorders caused by unrestrained excess' from the viewpoint of nature, physiology, pathogenesis, therapeutics and practice, pointing out its significance in the development and clinical modernization of Chinese medicine.
