Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture point massage combined with rehabil-itation exercise on rehabilitation nursing of patients with stroke.Methods 96 patients with stroke were selected as the observation subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture point massage combined with rehabilitation exercise. The control group adopted routine nursing intervention.FUGL -Meyer was used to evaluate the function of limb movement,and the quality of life of patients was evaluated by BI index,and the satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,FUGL -Meyer score,Barthel index score between the two groups had no statistically significant differences.After treatment,FUGL -Meyer score,Barthel Index scores in the observation group were (73.3 ±1 2.5)points,(79.2 ±1 3.5)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(45.9 ±9.8),(44.2 ±11 .6)](t =5.281 5.01 8,all P <0.05).The patients'satisfaction of nursing of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 72.92% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =4.782,P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture point massage combined with rehabilitation exercise for the rehabilitation of stroke patients has good effect,can improve the physical function of patients,improve the quality of life.

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a kind of chronic and non-specific inflammatory disease comprising Crohn’s disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC),the etiology has not yet been clarified. Endothelin-1(ET-1)is an active polypeptide composed of 21 amino acid residues,which can constrict blood vessels by activating voltage-dependent Ca2 + channels in vascular smooth muscle cells. Studies have shown that ET-1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of IBD. This article reviewed the progress in study on ET-1 in the pathogenesis of IBD.

Objective To investigate prognosis of endometriosis and to determined correlative factors of pelvic pain associated with endometriosis after conservative surgery.Methods The clinical data in patients with pelvic pain related to endometriosis and underwent surgery treatment from January 2000 to September 2009 in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital were collected and sorted,then the patients were followed up.The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 13.0 for windows.Results A total of 332 patients with endometriomas were underwent conservative surgery,281 (84.6％,281/332) cases of them relieved pelvic pain.The univariate analysis showed that the effects were signficantly with age,Douglas pouch reconstruction,postoperative medical therapy,presacral neurectomy (PSN) and combined adenomyosis (all P＜0.05).The multivariate analysis also showed that age(OR=0.946,P＜0.01),Douglas pouch reconstruction (OR=0.208,P＜0.01),postoperative medical therapy (OR=0.504,P＜0.01),PSN (OR=0.121,P＜0.05) and combined with adenomyosis (OR=2.528,P＜0.01) were also the correlative factors to prognosis.Conclusion The protective factors for prognosis of pelvic pain associated with endometriosis included age,Douglas pouch reconstruction,postoperative medical therapy and PSN,while the risk factor was combined with uterine adenomyosis.

BACKGROUND:With the rapid development of technology, most interbody fusion cages have been applied in clinic, but some are stil in experimental stage. Al fusion cages hold their own distinct characteristics as wel as advantages and shortcomings. OBJECTIVE:To clarify the development course of interbody fusion cages and analyze their types in detail, thereby paving ways for its improvement. METHODS:A computer-based search for literatures in CNKI and PubMed databases published from January 1989 to March 2016 was performed using the keywords of“interbody fusion cage, PEEK, TMC”in English and Chinese, respectively. A total of 106 articles were retrieved and 38 articles were in accordance with the inclusion criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Intervertebral fusion is a major method to treat spinal degenerative diseases. There are a variety of fusion cages in clinic, such as pyramesh, polyetheretherketone and absobable fusion cages. Implants used for fusion cages include autogenous, al ogenic and artificial bones as wel as bone morphogenetic protein. We introduce the development process of fusion cages in detail, emphasize the commonly used fusion cages and analyze its development in future. In the end, we give our opinions about the development of intervertebral fusion cages.

Objective To explore the possibility of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) bone cement as the carrier for lipophilic drugs through in vitro cytotoxicity study and molecular modeling with PMMA and 17-allylamino-17-demethoxy-geldanamycin (17-AAG) loaded PMMA bone cement.Methods The 17-AAG loaded bone cement was made by mixing method.In vitro antitumor activity with MTT assay for PMMA,17-AAG,the 24 h and 48 h released solution of 17-AAG loaded PMMA bone cement were evaluated.Through Material Studio 5.0,the interaction between 17-AAG and PMMA through the model of Amorphous Cell and energy optimization of Forcite was explored.Results The inhibition ratio of MMA for tumor cells is 9.21％±0.06％ with 50 μmol/L.The 24 h released solution of 17-AAG loaded PMMA bone cement (17-AAG∶ PMMA=1∶ 4 000) inhibits the tumor cells 66.15％±0.43％ which has a quick released influence on 17-AAG.The inhibition of 24 h released solution of 17-AAG-loaded PMMA bone cement (17-AAG∶PMMA=1 ∶ 1 000,1∶2 000) shows no significance compared with PMMA released solution (P＜0.05).The 48 h released solution of 17-AAG-PMMA (17-AAG∶ PMMA=1∶ 1 000,1∶2 000,1∶4 000) inhibits U26630.25％±4.47％,30.24％±3.42％,50.52％±5.20％,with a significant difference with PMMA.The molecular model showed that the interaction between 17-AAG and PMMA was van der Waalz bonds,which drove 17-AAG inside or on the surface of PMMA bone cement.Conclusion PMMA bone cement can be used as a carrier for lipophilic drugs.It has antitumor activity and influences the release of 17-AAG with different ratio,for example it has a sustained-released influence on 17-AAG in 17-AAG-PMMA (17-AAG∶PMMA=1 ∶ 1 000,1∶2 000).Molecular model implies that 17-AAG exists inside or on the surface the PMMA bone cement through van der Waalz bonds.

AIM:To investigate the effect of mesalazine treatment on regulation of Th1, Th17 and Treg cells in mice with dextran sulfate sodium ( DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis ( UC) .METHODS:The expression of IL-17, IFN-gam-ma and Foxp3 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells ( PBMC) and intestinal mucosa lamina propria mononuclear cells ( LPMC) of DSS-induced UC mice was detected by flow cytometry analysis.The effect of mesalazine treatment on regulaiton of Th1, Th17 and Treg cells in the mice with DSS-induced ulcerative colitis was examined.RESULTS:The expression of IL-17, IFN-γand Foxp3 on CD4 +T cells were significantly higher in the PBMC of DSS-induced mice than those in control group.CD4+IFN-γ+T cells and CD4 +Foxp3 +T cells were higher in LPMC than those in control group, except CD4+IL-17 +T cells.Moreover, the Th1, Th17 and Treg cells were higher in DSS group than those in control group in LPMC.How-ever, only Tregs was higher in PBMC.Pre-treatment with mesalazine significantly decreased the number of Th17, Th1 and Treg cells of UC model mice both in PBMC and LPMC.CONCLUSION: The Th1, Th17 and Tregs cells in DSS-induced mice were significantly higher than those in control mice, suggesting that CD4 +T cell subsets play an important role in the pathogenesis of UC.Mesalazine may play a role in the treatment of UC by regulating the Th1, Th17 and Tregs cells.

Objective To evaluate the effects of baijin capsule on behavioral changes and monoamine neurotransmitters concentration in chronic unpredictable mild stress ( CUMS ) depression rat model.Methods The depression rat model was induced by11-week chronic unpredictable mild stress combining with solitary.After the model were established, rats were given the decoction of baijin capsule ( 12.6 g/kg, 4.2 g/kg, 1.4 g/kg ) or fluoxetine hydrochloride (3.5 mg/kg) by intragastricfor 4 weeks.During the experiment period, sucrose consumption and open-field experiment were conducted to monitor the behavior of rats, such as sucrose consumption percentage, horizontal motion, and vertical motion.At the end of the experiment, the levels of the monoamine neurotransmitters in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus were analyzed by method of high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemistry.Results Compared with the normal group, the weight, horizontal displacement distance, vertical movement times, and sucrose consumption percentage of rats in model group decreased significantly after stimulated with CUMS and solitary for 7 weeks (P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with model group, consecutively administrated for 4 weeks, horizontal displacement distance, vertical movement times, and the percentage in sugar water consumption significantly increased with the treatment of baijin capsule (P<0.05, P<0.01).Meanwhile, the content of norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA), and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in the cortex were significantly increased in rats of the baijin capsule ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions The results indicated that baijin capsule improved the behavioral disturbances in depression rat model, which were related to enhancement of the concentration of monoamine neurotransmitters in the cortex.

Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a common abdominal acute inflammatory disorder.Clinical manifestations of AP vary from self-limiting local inflammation to multiple organ failure causing significant mortality.At present,AP treatment methods mainly include non-surgical treatment such as fluid resuscitation and somatostatin,and minimally invasive or open surgical debridement treatment.Either treatment programs,nutritional support treatment is an essential part of them.According to the pathophysiological characteristics of AP onset,many scholars have emphasized that strategic nutritional support therapy is the key to limiting local inflammation,preventing and controlling AP-related complications.This article will provide an overview of the latest advances in nutritional support treatment of AP,including enteral and parenteral nutrition strategies in clinical treatment,and nutritional supplements such as glutamine,omega-3 fatty acids,vitamins and probiotics.

To compare the concepts of pharmaceutical care and health management , analyze their internal connections both in present background and implementation process .Further development and practice of pharmaceutical care under the new health manage -ment model were discussed .
