1.The effects of recombinant human hepatocyte growth factor on proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To investigate the effects of hepatocyte growth factor on proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells, and to further study the angiogenesis of HGF.Methods:The cultured endothelial cells in vitro were isolated from human umbilical vein. The proliferation of HUVECs were measered by MTT and their migration were observed using reverse microscope,The changes of celluar ultrastructure were observed under electron microscope and flow cytometry was applied to observe the effects of rhHGF on cell cycle. Results:rhHGF could promote the proliferation and migration of HUVECs dose-dependently and time-dependently.There were obvious changes in celluar structure,rhHGF could increase mitochondrion, rough endoplasmic reticulum and euchromatin. Conclusion:rhHGF could promote the proliferation and migration of HUVECs significantly, which suggests that HGF might have the effect of angiogenesis.
2.Analysis of the Total Health Expenditure in China Based on the State Space Model
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(3):50-51
Objective: To predict the growth trend of total health expenditure in China based on the dynamic relationship between total health expenditure and economic growth. Methods: First, analyze the relationship between total health expenditure and economic growth from 1978 to 2011 with the state space model, evaluate the accuracy of the model and predict total health expenditure range from 2012 to 2016 with the status space mode. Results: Up to 2016, the total health expenditure would reach to 5.681 trillion yuan, and the ratio of the expenditure to gross domestic product(GDP) would increase to 5.692%. Conclusion: It is needed to balance the relationship between total health expenditure and economic growth.
3.Comparison the cardiorespiratory system effects of propofol-remifentanil and etomidate-remifentanil sedation in older patients undergoing painless gastroscopy
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(5):628-631
Objective To compare the cardiorespiratory system effects of propofol-remifentanil and etomidate-remifentanil sedation in older patients undergoing diagnostic gastroscopy. Methods 400 older patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in endoscopy center of our hospital were chosen and randomly received intravenous propofol-remifentanil or etomidate-remifentanil sedation and divided into propofol group (n=200)and etomidate group(n=200).The diagnosis, endoscopic insertion time, operation time, wake up time, hemodynamics, adverse reaction and satisfactory of patients in each group were observed. Results There were no difference between two groups in diagnosis(P>0.05);the onset time was earlier in the etomidate group (P<0.05).Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in propofol group were lower than etomidate group during and after operation(all P<0.05);the heart rate in propofol group were lower than etomidate group after operation(P<0.05);meanwhile,the SpO2 in propofol group were lower than etomidate group during operation(P<0.05).All adverse events in propofol group were higher than etomidate group (P<0.05).Incidences of hyoxemia and injection pain were higher in the propofol group (all P<0.05),while those of body quiver and myoclonus were higher in the etomidate group (all P<0.05).However,Satisfaction of physician and anesthetist in the propofol group were better the etomidate group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Etomidate-remifentanil administration for sedation undergoing painless gastroscopy resulted in more stable haemodynamic responses and less adverse events in older patients.Etomidate-remifentanil administration was worth to be popularized in older patients.
4.Estimation on the Relationship between Personal Health Expenditure and Economic Growth in China Based on the Logistic Smooth Transition Regression Model
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(4):13-14
Objective: To describe the non-linear relationship between out-of-pocket ( OOP ) payment and economic growth . Methods: Using logistic smooth transition regression model to analyze the impact of government health expenditure on the non-liner relationship between OOP payment and economic growth. Results:The impact of economic growth on OOP health expenditure is divided into 3 stages:from 1978 to 1996, the influence of economic growth on out-of-pocket payment approaches to highly-efficient mechanism operation;from 1997 to 2008 belongs to the transition period, it stays as low-efficient mechanism operation since 2009. Conclusion: To continue deepening the medical and health system reform and reduce the burden of personal health expenditure.
5.Research Advance of Relationship Between RET Proto-Oncogene and Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To review recent studies on the research advance of the relationship between RET proto-oncogene and differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods The literatures in recent years on the structure of RET gene and coding product, cell signal transduction, relationship between RET proto-oncogene and differentiated thyroid carcinoma were reviewed. Results RET gene encoding tyrosine kinase receptor, involving in cell signal transduction, rearrangement of RET gene was frequently seen in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Conclusion Rearrangement of RET gene was closely correlated with the occurrence and progress of differentiated thyroid carcinoma,RET gene may be considered as a new therapeutic target for differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
6.Appropriate selection of the managements based on the understanding of diabetic macular edema
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2012;30(2):97-100
Diabetic macular edema (DME) is one of causes leading to visual acuity loss in the diabetic population. In recent years, great progress has been achieved in the treatment for DME.While laser photocoagulation and pars plana vitrectomy remain the standard of care,a new wave of methods, including intravitreal corticosteroid and anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) medications,is emerging and shows the preliminary safety and efficacy profile for DME by a number of clinical trials. This article introduce the definition, classification, pathogenesis and the different treatment methods for DME,so to aid ophthalmologists in evaluating the most appropriate and up-todate management options in managing DME.Particular attention is paid to summarize recent peer-reviewed literatures of ranibizumab (Lucentis).

9.Clinical application of OCTA in diabetic retinopathy
International Eye Science 2017;17(8):1477-1480
Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a noninvasive angiography technique developed in recent years.Without using contrast medium, this technology can quickly and safely get retinal vascular images with relatively high-resolution.It has been widely used in the diagnosis and management of eye diseases, especially in the vascular diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy (DR),age-related macular degeneration (AMD),retinal central/branch venous obstruction (CRVO/BRVO),choroidal neovascularization(CNV),etc. This article reviews the clinical application of OCTA in diabetic retinopathy.
