construction of a comprehensive,multifunctional and theory supported operation system is the organization basis on which occupation burnout can be scientifically and effectively interfered.Interference to occupation burnout is divided into nine subsystems by "participation" dimension which consists of organization,family and individual,and by "functional" matrix dimension which consists of the first grade prevention(development interfere),the second grade prevention(symptom interfere) and the third grade prevention(burnout interfere).Among these subsystems there exist factors of different target,content,mode and method etc.Their operation and interrelation form a complete working system via which an organization interferes occupation burnout.Promote the hospital management more scientificly and hominizaiton's in human resource.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo of the pharmaceutical care of drug consultation calls so as to facilitate the development of pharmaceutical care and promote rational drug use.METHODS:All the recordings on the pharmaceutical consultation calls from Jan.2001 to Sep.2008 were collected to analyze the compositions of consultants,problems consulted and the categories of the drugs consulted,etc.RESULTS:75.6% of the consultants were hospital employees;41.7% of the problems consulted were related to drug interactions and dosage and administration,and 22.8% of the drugs consulted were antibiotics.CONCLUSION:The drug consultation call model is convenient and feasible,and is proved to be a realistic professional pharmaceutical care.

Objective:To determine over-limit status of sodium nitrite in cooked meat products in Hunan Province,and to provide scientific evidence for making health supervision.Methods:In accordance with the national standards for sampling and testing,data were analyzed by classical and spatial statistic methods.Results:The total over-limit rate of sodium nitrite was 5.5％ in 731 samples.The relative higher sodium nitrite over-limit rates were Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture and Zhangjiajie.October and February were the main months in nitrite over-limit.Five regions with over-limit of sodium nitrite in cooked meat products were detected in Hunan.Conclusion:With obvious space-time clustering,over-limit of sodium nitrite in cooked meat products is a common problem particularly in northwest Hunan and Zhuzhou City.Supervision in October should be further strengthened in above-mentioned areas to guarantee the consumers health.

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of viterxin in Stenoloma chusana( L. ) Citing. Methods:A Waters Symmetry C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column was used, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% glacial acetic acid solution (27∶73) at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was at 339nm, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:The linear relationship of viterxin was good within the range from 10. 03 to 90. 27μg·ml-1 . The average recovery was 100. 48%(RSD=0. 98%). Conclusion:The established method is accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility, which can be applied in the determination of viterxin of Stenoloma chusana( L. ) Citing.

Objective To investigate the effects of long-term replacement therapy of estrogen or compound estrogen on the deposition of beta-amyloid protein (A?) in ovariectomy (OVX) rat hippocampal formation. Methods Fifty seven-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control, SHAM, OVX, OVX plus 17beta-estradiol (OVX/ERT), and OVX plus compound nylestriol tablet (OVX/NL). The ovariectomy was performed in OVX, OVX/NL and OVX/ERT rats and drugs were administered orally in OVX/NL and OVX/ERT rats for 35 weeks after the ovariectomy. Then the rats in all groups were sacrificed. Immunohisto-chemistry of A?, cell counting and imaging system were used to determine the change of A? deposition levels in OVX rat hippocampal formation. Results The numbers and optical density of A?-positive neurons of all hippocampal subregions and dentate gyrus in OVX rats were markedly higher than those of normal control, SHAM,OVX/NL, and OVX/ERT rats( P

Objective To evaluate the preoperative liver function and prognosis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in patients with cirrhosis,using the Child-Turcotte-Pugh classification and the model for end-stage liver disease(MELD) score.Methods From January 2009 to June 2013,973 patients who were admitted to the Department of General Surgery of our hospital and the HuiZhou Municipal Central Hosptial were studied.Of the 373 patients with cirrhosis,38 patients were excluded because of Child C,MELD ＞ 30,or laparotomy.The remaining 335 patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups The Child grade and MELD score were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in intraoperative hemorrhage between the Child A group [(106 ± 11) ml] and the Child B group [(109 ± 11) ml] (P ＞ 0.05).The R ＜ 14 scores in the MELD group [(58 ± 15) ml] was significantly lower than that in the R≥ 14 group [(120 ± 28) ml] (P ＜ 0.01).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the Child group A (10 cases,12％) and the Child group B (17 cases,21％) (P ＞0.05).There was a significantly lower incidence in the R ＜ 14 scores in the MELD group (10 cases,12％) than the R ≥ 14 group (27 cases,33％) (P ＜ 0.05).There was also no significant difference in the hospital stay between the Child A group (9 ± 1) and the Child B group (10 ± 2)(P ＞0.05) ; the R ＜ 14 score of the MELD group (7 ± 1) was significantly less than that of the R≥ 14 group (11 ±2) (P ＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the cost of hospitalization between the Child A group (1.337 ± 0.063) and the Child B group (1.359 ± 0.089) (P ＞ 0.05) ; the R ＜ 14 group (MELD score 1.108 ± 0.123) was significantly less than that of the R ≥ 14 group (1.568-± 0.117)(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Compared with the Child-Turcotte-Pugh classification,the MELD score was more scientific,objective and accurate in judging the preoperative liver function.It helped to predict the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage and postoperative morbidity,reduced hospital stay and hospitalization expenses.Therefore,the MELD scoring system more objectively guided the treatment of patients with cholecystitis with cirrhosis.

Objective To analyze the application of recombinant gp125 proteins in serological diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods B cell epitopes of EBV gp125 protein were forecasted by internet server and the peptides were synthesized and coated to microplate for the detection of EBV-IgA antibody in NPC patients and healthy donors by ELISA. Results Six peptides were synthesized, wherein two showed low specificity and others displayed significantly higher positive rate in the NPC group than in the healthy group (P <0.001). Conclusion The BALF4 gene peptides are successfully synthesized and epitopes with high specificity and strong immunogenicity are screened for the preparation of gp125 antigen with high specificity and sensitivity.

Objective To investigate the p53 gene mutations in Chinese patients with epithelial skin cancers. Methods Biopsies of 22 squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)and 18 basal cell carcinoma(BCC)were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE) and DNA sequencing for alterations in the exons 5～8 of p53 tumor suppressor gene. Results p53 gene mutations were found in 32.5%(13/40)of tumor tissues and 92.3%(12/13) of the mutations occurred at sun exposed areas. 36.4%(8/22)of SCC tissues and 27.8%(5/18) of BCC tissues presented p53 gene mutations. Of the 13 mutations within the exons examined, 76.9%(10/13) were missense mutations and 23.1%(3/13) were nonsense mutations. Twelve of the 13 mutations were of single nucleotide substitutions. Six of the 13 mutations involved dipyrimidine sites, where a C was replaced by a T or CC was replaced by TT(five C→T transitions and one CC→TT transition). Conclusion Ultraviolet(UV) radiation might be related to the pathogenesis of skin cancer. Mutations of p53 gene caused by solar UV might play a significant role in UV tumorigenesis, although other carcinogens might also be involved.

Objectives To investigate the role of laminin (LM) and fibronectin (FN) in the growth cycle of human hair follicles. Methods The expression of LM and FN was detected by streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) staining. Results In the anagen phase, LM was expressed in dermal papilla, basement membrane and outer root sheath; FN was expressed in dermal papilla, basement membrane and connective tissue sheath. In the catagen phase, LM showed a lower expression in the dermal papilla and a linear expression in the basement membrane; the expression of FN in the dermal papilla and basement membrane was less intense than that in anagen phase, but was still positive. In the telogen phase, LM was only expressed in the basement membrane while FN was negative. Conclusion The difference between LM and FN expression in hair growth cycle indicates that LM and FN may play important roles in the regulation of human hair follicle growth cycl.
