1.Application of cognitive theory of emotion in the study of tinnitus.

Tinnitus is a common clinical disorder, which may generate trom a lot of causes, including otological disease and other systemic diseases associated with tinnitus or some factors such as insomnia and emotional cognition. Some studies have found that mood is associated with the occurrence and development of tinnitus and that psychological factors play a role in the occurrence and development of tinnitus in the tinnitus patients with mood disorders. At the same time, the psychological distress and emotional problems caused by tinnitus have drawn more and more attention of clinicians. Based on this, the cognitive theory of emotion can be helpful for evaluating tinnitus, and patients with severe tinnitus can be relieved by biofeedback information in tinnitus management. This article will analyze literature in these disciplines.

2.Biological safety of Ni-Cr alloy fabricated by laser solid forming technology

Objective To evaluate the biological safety of a Ni-62.9Cr-23 alloy fabricated by laser solid forming technology.Methods According to the requirements of national standards GB/T16886-2003,YY/T0279-1995 and YY/T0244-1996,general cytotoxicity,acute systemic toxicity,hemolysis testing,oral mucous membrane irritation testing were used to evaluate the alloy.Results The alloy was indicated having no cytotoxicity and with a hemolytic rate of 0.385%.The oral mucous membrane irritation testing showed that the alloy had no mucous membrane irritation.The acute systemic toxicity test indicated that the alloy had no acute systemic toxicity.Conclusion The Ni-62.9Cr-23 alloy has good biological safety in a certain extent.
3.Advances of immunotherapy in lymphoma

Over the past years, the incidence of lymphoma has been increasing, which has become one of the most common cancers around the world.The survival of lymphoma patients has been significantly improved due to advances of therapeutic methods such as new chemotherapy regimens, monoclonal antibodies and small molecular targeted drugs.However, the number of patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma still account for a large proportion.It is of great significance to find new ways to treat these patients.Cellular immunotherapy could kill tumor cells by causing specific and effective antitumor immune response.Remarkable advances have been made in immunotherapy, such as adoptive immunotherapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors and immunomodulation therapy, for relapsed/refractory lymphoma patients, which will gradually open a new era in the treatment of lymphoma.
4.Differentiation of neural stem cells induced by glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor

BACKGROUND:The use of neural stem cels provides a new approach for nervous system functional reconstruction and nerve regeneration. How to solve the induced differentiation of neural stem cels is stil a research hotspot.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the differentiation of rat neural stem cels into neurons and dopaminergic neurons under induction of glial cel-line derived neurotrophic factor gene.
METHODS:PcDNA3-GDNF-GFP plasmids were constructed and transferredvia lipidosome into rat embryonic neural stem cels. Differentiation of neural stem cels after transfection was identified under a fluorescence microscope. Immunofluorescent staining was used to detect expression of β-tubulin III and tyrosine hydroxylase.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At 3 days after transfection, green fluorescence was observed in the transfected cels that were globular. At 7 days after transfection, the proportion of neural stem cels differentiating into neurons and dopaminergic neurons were significantly increased. These results indicate that the glial cel-line derived neurotrophic factor gene can induce the differentiation of neural stem cels into neurons and dopaminergic neurons.
5.Investigation on the Status Quo and Cognition about the Cultural Construction of TCM in Chongqing

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for strengthening the cultural construction and promoting the cultural develop-ment of TCM in Chongqing. METHODS:Questionnaire was adopted to investigate the status quo and cognition of some citizens, staffs in medical and health institutions for the cultural construction of TCM in public TCM medical and health institutions above Grade Two in Chongqing,and the data was statistically analyzed. RESULTS:Totally 45 questionnaires were sent out for TCM med-ical and health institutions,45 were effectively received with effective recovery of 100%;3 500 were sent out for the citizens,2 250 were effectively received with effective recovery of 64.29%;1 100 were sent out for the staffs in TCM medical and health institu-tions,702 were effectively received with effective recovery of 63.82%. In terms of cultural construction in surveyed institutions,or-ganization,principles and unit markings carried out a relatively high proportion in the core cultural soft power construction,the de-velopment of behavioral norms system carried out a relatively low proportion;and the proportion was higher in the hardware envi-ronment construction. In terms of the cognition of surveyed citizens for the TCM culture,62.98% believed in TCM;the first rea-son for choosing TCM was its less side effects(24.76%);89.42% thought it was necessary to keep in good health. In terms of the cognition of surveyed staffs for the cultural construction of TCM,81.91%thought the TCM culture was taken seriously in their hos-pital;60.54% showed great satisfaction with the cultural construction of TCM;only 23.08% was very familiar with the concept of TCM core values;the surveyed staff thought the main problems in the cultural construction of TCM were lack of facilities (69.09%)and talent personals(44.59%). CONCLUSIONS:The organization,principles,unit markings and facilities in Chongq-ing TCM medical and health institutions are taken seriously,while the behavioral norms system needs to be strengthened;the citi-zens’cognition for TCM culture should to be improved,as well as the staffs’TCM cultural awareness in TCM medical and health institutions.

10.ANALYSIS OF HEMATOPOIETIC CHIMERISM STATE AFTER ALLOGENEIC PERIPHERAL BLOOD STEM CELL TRANSPLANTATION

To evaluate engraftment state after allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (ALLO PBSCT), 30 patients who received ALLO PBSCT were studied using cytogenetic analysis and short tandem repeats polymerase chain reaction (STR PCR). Twenty one of the 23 patients who received sex mismatched donor marrows showed complete chimerism (CC), one showed mixed chimerism (MC), and one showed completely recipient karyotype. In the 7 patients of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) who received sex matched donor marrows, except 2 patients, the rest showed completely disappearance of Ph positive cells. The results from these two detection methods completely coincided mutually. STR PCR and cytogenetic analysis can be supplementary to each other and their results can be pooled together.
