6.Study on some laboratory test indicators of hemostasis and blood coagulation in normal persons
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;445(3):20-23
120 normal subjects without bleeding history aged 20-77 were studied. Bleeding time 169 seconds, there is no significant statistic difference in genders and age groups. Plasma fibrinogen level was 2.56 g/l, no significant difference in 2 genders. In the under 45 years old group, fibrinogen level was lower than in above 45 yeas old group with statistical significant. No case of non-contracted blood clot occured, 2.5% of blood clot was contrated non completely, 97.5% completely. Alcohol test was negative in all cases. No case of fibrinolyse time < 90 minutes occured.

7.Coagulation changes in patients with moderate acute hepatitis.
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;430(9):14-17
A study on the coagulation changes in 31 patients with moderate acute hepatitis B in the Army Central hospital 108 and the Institute of Clinical Medicine and Tropical diseases has shown that activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) was prolonged, the prothrombin rate and the coagulant factors of II,VII and X were moderately reduced during stage of complete crisis and reversed during remission stage. The coagulant factor V was not be influenced. Number of thrombocyte and concentrations of compounds FDF, D-dimer from decomposition of fibrin/fibrinogen was normal.

8.Dyscoagulation on the patients with acute leukemia.
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):61-8
The study involved 60 patients with acute leukemia at B¹ch Mai Hospital between June and December 2000. Among these, there were 33 males and 27 females. Findings: 65% of patients have hemorrhage; 88.3% have reduction in platelet count. There was the correlation between reduction in platelet count and symptoms of hemorrhage, with the rate of hemorrhage was 84.6% when number of platelet reduced by less than 30G/l. 46% of patients have endogenous dyscoagulation and 23% have exogenous dyscoagulation. DIC was found in 28.3% of patients. Hemorrhage in acute leukemia also related to dyscoagulation.

9.Investigation of HIV transmission risk in the drug injected users at Viet Nam - China borderland.
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;430(9):47-49
The study involved 75 drug-injected users who were positive with HIV in L¹ng Sn Province. Most of drug injected users with HIV(+) are young, age from 19 - 29 years of old. 60% of participants are Kinh people, 73.6% are non-religious. 100% have low education level (under 12-class level) and 74.6% are unmarried. Drug injection is the main cause of HIV infection in these subjects. 100% have shared syringe and needle, in which 94.7% reported about needle sharing with HIV infected people. 68% reported about sex relationship. 82,3% have sex relationship with sex commercial workers. 62.7% have not used condom in sex intercourse. 100% tested for HIV and had HIV infection, but only 84% were reported about their status. 2.7% had came to the China for drug injection. 41.4% had shared needle with Chinese drug users. 64.6% had sex relationship with sex commercial workers in whore-house and 14.3% had sex relationship with sex commercial workers in hotels in the China

10.Some opinions of coagulation in artherosclerosis.
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2001;267(12):40-43
A hemotasis study of 93 cases of arteriosclerosis in Vietnames patients showed: -A hemorrhage tendency of extrinsic pathway abnormalities. -A thrombotic tendency by increasing fibrinogen, factor VII,factor VIII. The C reactive protein (CRP), specific for inflammatory process can be used for evaluation of physiopathology and plaque evolution.
