1.The effect of neiguan (PC6) electro acupuncture (EA) on some blood circulation parameters
Journal of Medical Research 2003;24(4):35-40
40 healthy male students aged 19-24 were selected randomly to study the influences of electric acupuncture in PC6 (Noi Quan point) on blood circular indicators 30 minutes before and after the puncture, and alone 1 8 day period of treatment (30minutes each day). 20 of these subjects were selected as control subject underwent an out of point acupuncture. Circular indicators include heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressures, ECG (time and altitude of P, QRS waves, T; time of PR, QT and TP intervals). Results showed that PC6 puncture reduced dramatically heart rate, systolic pressure 30 minutes after the procedure and after 8 day period of treatment. On ECG, the QT and TP time prolonged after this period. These changes of indicators were not detected on control group (without of point acupuncture).

3.Exploration of the effect and mechanism of activating blood circulation and stasis-removing therapy on tumor metastasis.
Chinese journal of integrative medicine 2009;15(5):395-400
Metastasis is one of the specificities of late stage tumor and also a lethal factor often encountered. The study of tumor metastasis has important meaning for prolonging patients' survival and elevating their quality of life, but no really ideal prevention and treatment method has been found so far. Recent researches showed that tumor metastasis is correlated with platelet aggregation and blood hyperviscosity manner. Therefore, the early application of surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biological therapies, in combination with Chinese medicine therapy for activating blood circulation and removing stasis (ABCRS) may be, after all, an effective approach. ABCRS therapy is an important therapy of Chinese medicine, which, composed of several methods like smoothening blood flow in vessels, promoting blood circulation and dispersing stagnant blood, could influence tumor metastasis to different extents, and could coordinate with some other Chinese medicine therapeutic methods like supplementing qi, promoting qi, clearing heat, removing toxic substances, warming meridian, dispelling wind, eliminating dampness, nourishing yin, dissolving sputum, relieving stagnancy, emptying viscerals, etc. The effect and acting mechanism of ABCRS on tumor metastasis is summarized in this paper and its bi-directional regulatory effects discussed as well.

4.Research on the clinical significance of theory of the ebb and flow of qi-blood in the twelve meridians.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2010;30(10):859-862
The sequence of the circulations of the twelve meridians does not follow on the permutation of the yin and yang meridians, whereas it is based on the law of qi-blood circulation. The relative strength of circulation between yin and yang, the ebb and flow of qi-blood goes around and around as cycles. Yin, yang and qi-blood gather in the meridians of the Taiyin and the Yangming, mutually converting in maximum, passing the meridians of the Shaoyin and the Taiyang, and then reaching the meridians of the Jueyin and the Shaoyang in minimum. It reflects not only the running course of the meridians, the sequential and reverse transmission, but also reflects the mutual supporting of yin-yang, and waxing and waning of yin-yang, the relative equilibrium of qi-blood, the transformation of excess and deficiency of disease. Therefore, the clear inspection of the law of qi-blood circulations of the twelve meridians, which is based on the therapy, is the precondition of the comprehensive significance of the sequence.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2010;30(8):643-646
The dynamic character of acupoint has been observed extensively, but it is rarely analyzed systematically. The aim of this paper is to analyze the essence of this unique dynamic character of acupoint based on old and modern research literatures. Modern studies are summarized on qi and blood changes on the same acupoint at different times, in different physiological and pathological conditions and different syndrome types. On the basis of the literatures, the scientific base of dynamic character of acupoint is explored preliminarily. The authors propose that the dynamic character of acupoint should be focus on the modern theory of acupuncture and clinical treatment and modern preventive medicine, and the authors also put forward ideas and prospect on the essence, basis and application direction of dynamic character of acupoint.

6.Evaluation of soft tissue change after segmental osteotomy in Korean.
Korean Journal of Orthodontics 1998;28(6):975-979
Our Goal of modified segmental osteotomy on maxilla accompanied by mandibular anterior subapical osteotomy was to get the best results from patients of bi-alveolar or bi-maxillary protrusion. In this study, cephalornetric and photo (en face, profile) analysis have been compared to define the soft tissue change after surgery. Lip protrusion was efficiently reduced and nasolabial angle was much obtused Although nose was a little widened, it was quite acceptable. Blood circulation on osteotomized segment was well maintained This relatively simple methods could be successfully applied to many patients.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2019;44(2):212-217
Traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is a kind of drug with cold or warm medicinal properties which is commonly used in clinical practice. It is an excellent carrier for studying the nature-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, this study will acquire the main active components and targets based on the drug-based research method. The Cytoscape 3. 5. 1 platform was used to construct the protein interaction network, and the Bin GO plug-in was used to perform functional annotation and statistical analysis on the identified functional modules. The results showed that the bitter-liver protein interaction network mainly participates in cell cycle process, lipid catabolic process, blood circulation to exert the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis; the cold protein interaction network mainly participates in vasoconstriction through targets such as EDNRA,regulates blood coagulation through targets such as PLAU,and thus exerts the effect of cooling blood and eliminating phlegm; warm protein interaction network mainly participates in the regulation of platelet activation through targets such as P2 RY12,thereby exerting the effect of promoting blood circulation, relieving pain and relieving pain. This study explains the common characteristics of the bitter-liver combination and the specific characteristics of cold or warm medicinal properties from the molecular network level, which provides a new idea for the intrinsic relationship between the medicinal properties and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.

8.Mechanism and medical model formation of meridians in circulating qi and blood.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2010;30(4):296-300
To investigate the mechanism of meridians in circulating qi and blood and its role in medical model of TCM. To clarify the cell model of meridian structure formation and the significance in both its mechanism of regulating qi and blood and TCM model formation, by using the result of modern life science researches. With its unique mechanism formation and through its organizational structure, the meridian structure manages to regulate the state of qi and blood circulation in the tissues and organs by affecting the bio-activity and the specific bio-active substance transmission of mast cells, which also plays an important role in the medical model formation of TCM.

9.Discussion on "removing stasis and regulating qi and blood" in the scraping therapy.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(4):428-430
Stasis is the critical causative factor and pathological production considered in clinic treatment. Promoting the circulation in blood vessel and removing stasis are equally important in treatment. Stasis is interactive with qi and blood. Removing stasis aims to regulating the circulation of qi and blood. Scraping therapy is one of the major approaches to stasis removal in TCM. In clinical practice, the stasis can be removed with scraping, bleeding and cupping, etc. Additionally, removing stasis with scraping should be combined with regulating qi and blood to enhance the therapeutic effect.
