Objective To study the relationship between endocervical mycoplasma infection and the spontaneous abortion due to the early embryonic death and the drug sensitivity to mycoplasma. Methods Endocervical swabs were taken from fifty normal pregnant women (normal group) and fifty-eight women with spontaneous abortion due to embryonic death. The swabs were used for ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and mycoplasma hominis (MH) Cultivation respectively. The isolation rates of the two groups were comparedf. Results (1)In the embryonic death group, the positive rates of UU, MH and UU mixed with MH were 74.1%(43/58) , 27.6% (16/58) and 20.7%(12/58)separately.In the normal female group, however, the positive rates correspondingly were the UU 48.0% (24/50), the MH 10.0% (5/50) and the UU mixed with MH 4.0% (2/50).There had significant differences of the positive rates between the two groups( P

Objective To analyze the CT and MRI appearances and to improve the knowledge of peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumors(pPNETs).Methods CT or MRI were performed in 19 patients of pPNETs,which were confirmed by pathology. Results All the tumors were with unclear margin.Three cases occurred in intracalvarium,7 in the extremities,2 in the chest,4 in the abdomen, and 3 inside the spine.CT appearance of the tumors arising from soft tissue showed large,ill-defined,non-calcified mass and heterogeneous appearance with hypodense cystic areas. The tumors demonstrated heterogeneous contrast enhancement. The pPNETs arising from bone demonstrated extensive lytic lesion with large soft tissue mass, one case with newly-born bone and demonstrated heterogeneous contrast enhancement. The tumors demonstrated homogeneous intensity as muscle on SE T1WI and heterogeneous hyperintense signal on T2WI.Immunohistochemically,tumor cells showed positive for CD99,Syn,GFAP and negative for LCA.Conclusion The pPNETs show no characteristic manifestations on CT and MRI.However,CT and MRI can show the intra-tumor structures and the extent of the tumor very well, which is helpful in differentiating diagnosis, predicting resectability, detecting distant metastases and evaluating the response to treatment.

Objective The stress reaction in double-balloon enteroscopy was investigated, the influencing factors and intervention countermeasures were studied. Methods Cardiovascular effects and physiological reactions of 60 double-balloon enteroscopy patients were surveyed. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the cardiovascular effects to underwent single factor analysis of related factors. Results The incidence of physiological reactions was 68.3%,the incidence of cardiovascular reactions was 56.7%.Evident difference existed in blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation rate before, during and after examination. The grouping analysis showed cardiovascular effects were influenced by many kinds of factors. Conclusions Different degrees of the stress reactions in double-balloon enteroscopy might appear. The influencing factors included the enteroscopy mode and time, gender, age, mood, and physician operation experience. The stress reactions might be reduced by taking the corresponding intervention measures according to the influencing factors.

Objective To investigate the effects of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI)with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients, and to evaluate the relationship between brain reorganization and motor recovery. Methods Nine AIS patients and 9 healthy volunteers were assessed by fMR1 during passive finger clenching at a pace of 1 Hz.The fMRI results were analyzed using SPM2 software.Lateral indices (LIs) and activated regions were calculated, and the relationship between LI and muscle strength was examined. Results In the control group, activation was observed in the contralateral sensorimotor cortex (SMC) and the bilateral supplementary area (SMA) during the passive movement. In the AIS group, similar results were recorded dur- ing unaffected hand movement, but the ipsilateral activation areas were greater than those on the eontralateral side during movement of the affected hand.LI results confirmed that movement of the affected hand mainly elici- ted activation in the ipsilateral hemisphere. Conclusion The different fMRI manifestations of patients and nor- mal subjects reflect brain compensation, and fMRI is valuable for studying the correlation between motor function and brain reorganization.

Objective:To explore the self-care experience of arteriovenous fistula in elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to provide reference for intervention and management. Methods:The descriptive phenomenological research method was used to select elderly patients as subjects who underwent hemodialysis and used arteriovenous fistula as vascular access in the blood purification center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from November 2022 to May 2023 through objective sampling, and semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted on them, and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results:Finally, 15 interviewees were included. There were 6 males and 9 females, aged (73.53±8.59) years old. A total of 4 themes and 12 sub-themes were summarized: multiple burdens (comorbidities management burden, psychological burden, financial burden), self-care dilemmas (affected by physical decline, inadequate self-coping, inadequate counseling channels), driven by social factors (motivated by social feedback, influenced by peer behavior, promoted by extended medical services) and understanding of life philosophy (actively coping with life changes, replanning life order, appreciating life value). Conclusions:Elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients have complicated burden experience, multi-dimensional problems and needs in the process of self-care for internal arteriovenous fistula, and self-care behavior is greatly affected by social factors. Future intervention should focus on strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration, providing professional and convenient continuous nursing services, improving social support paths and giving accurate psychological intervention, so as to reduce the burden of disease management of patients, meet their self-care needs, enhance the internal motivation of self-care behavior and improve self-care ability.

Objective To investigate aluminum content in commercially available flour products in Minhang District, Shanghai, and to assess the risk of dietary aluminum exposure among permanent residents in Minhang. Methods From 2018 to 2019, a total of 227 samples including fried flour products, steamed flour products, puffed products and baked flour products, were collected in Minhang District to detect the aluminum content. The food frequency table was used to investigate the consumption of flour foods by permanent residents in Minhang District and to assess population dietary aluminum exposure risk. Results The average content of aluminum in 227 kinds of flour products was 31.66 mg/kg, and the exceeding standard rate was 3.96%. The over-standard foods were all fried flour products, and the over-standard rate reached 10.47%. Moreover, the aluminum over standard rate of flour products produced by itinerant vendors and restaurants was significantly higher than that of flour products produced by supermarkets and manufacturers. The average dietary intake of aluminum in Minhang residents was 0.18 mg/kg per week, accounting for 9.03% of the provisional tolerable weekly intake (PTWI). The aluminum exposure of the population with high consumption of foods was 1.4 mg/kg per week, accounting for 69.90% of the PTWI. Among the four types of flour products, fried flour products had the highest contribution rate to aluminum exposure. The daily consumption of fried flour products in males was significantly higher than that in females (P<0.05), and the 18-34 age group was significantly higher than the 60 years old and above group (P<0.05). Conclusion The risk of the average dietary aluminum exposure of flour foods among Minhang residents is relatively low, but people with high consumption of foods would be confronted with increased health risks. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision on the use of aluminum-containing additives in itinerant vendors and restaurants, and actively advocate reducing the frequency and the consumption of fried flour products, thus reduce the exposure to the high risk of dietary aluminum in fried flour products
