Objective To evaluate the effiacy and adverse reactions of domestic gemcitabine combined with lobaplatine in salvage treatment of taxanes-refractory advanced lung squamous canceroma.Methods 71 patients with squamous carcinoma of lung,all had been failer to combined chemotherapy with taxanes treatment before,received the treatment with domestic gemcitabine (1 000mg/m2,d1,8) combined with lobaplatine (30mg/m2,d2),21-28 days as a cycle,at least 2 cycles should been recieved.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles of chemotherapy,according to RECIST1.0 standard.Results All of 175 cycles had been observed.In terms of the treatment efficacy,68 patients could be evaluated objectively of 71 cases patients,partial response (PR) was 15 cases (22.0％),stable disease(SD) was 18 cases(26.4％),with an overall response rate(RR) was 22.0％ (15/68),disease control rate (DCR) was 48.5 ％ (33/68).The median time to progression (TTP) was 13.6 weeks.the median survival time (OS) was 7.9 months.One year survival rate was 42.6％ (29/68).On 71 cases for a total of 175 cycles of chemotherapy,the major toxic reaction was hematological toxicities,including myelosuppression about 38.3％ (67/175) for grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ.Conclusion The combination treatment of domestic gemcitabine plus lobaplatin is a feasible and active scheme in salvage treatment of taxanes-refractory advanced quamous carcinoma of lung.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effecand safety of ordinary intensity modulated and simplified intensi-ty modulated radiotherapy technique combined with transcathetearterial chemoembolization (TACE) fotreating primary hepaticancer(PHC) .MethodTotally 85 caseof Phwere randomly divided into the observation group (n=43) and the control group (n=42) .The observation group adopted the sequential therapy of TACE combined with the simplified intensity modulated radio-therapy(sIMRT) and the control group adopted the sequential therapy of TACE combined with the conventional intensity-modula-ted radiation therapy (cIMRT) .The shorterm curative effect,progresfree survival (PFS) ,overall survival (OS) ,and toxicity and adverse reactionwere observed in the two group.Result85 casewere followed up according to the requirement,2 casein the control group did noparticipated in the effecevaluation due to the unfinished radiotherapy projec.There were no statistically significandifferencebetween the two groupin the shorterm effect(55 .81% v.52 .50% ) ,PFS(25 .51 weekv.28 .06 weeks) and OS(78 .82 weekv.83 .22 weeks) (P＞0 .05) .The main toxicity and adverse reactionwere similain the two group,each i-tem had no statistical difference between the two group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion sIMRcan obtain the curative effecand progno-sisimilato cIMRwithouincreasing the toxicity and adverse reaction,and reducethe trend developing radioactive livedam-age ,which can be used athe routine replace mode of intensity modulated radiotherapy projecof PHC.

Objective To study the accuracy of preoperative planning and postoperative satisfaction of prosthesis posi?tion by applying the personal surgical cutting guide (PSCG) to total knee arthroscopy (TKA) based on 3D printing technique. Meth?ods In this randomized study, 20 patients were selected from August 2014 to October 2015, who were randomly divided into two groups. In PSCG group, 4 males and 6 females were enrolled, with a mean age of 70.9±6.69 (from 59 to 78) years. In con?ventional instrumentation group, 2 males and 8 females were enrolled, with a mean age of 69.9 ± 6.35 (from 58 to 77) years. The conventional instrumentation group was treated with conventional TKA, while the PSCG group was treated with personal surgical cutting guides. Then the knee valgus angle of patients, the angle between prosthesis components on the coronal and the sagittal plane of two groups were evaluated. Subsequently the correlation of the actual osteotomy amount, the valgus angle, caster angle, external rotation angle between intra? and preoperative planning were compared in the PSCG group. Results Compared with the ideal value of each angle, the mean deviation of the hip?knee?ankle angle 0.77°±0.51°, frontal femoral compo?nent angle 0.37° ± 0.53° and frontal tibial component angle 0.11° ± 0.24° showed statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The mean deviation of the lateral femoral component angle and the lateral tibial component angle (respectively 8.26°±0.85°, 0.71°±0.77°) were smaller than that of the conventional instrumentation group, while the differences all had no statis?tically significant difference (P>0.05). The actual osteotomy amount, the valgus angle, caster angle, external rotation angle corre?lated well between intra?and preoperative planning (t=-2.547, 3.864, 0.537,-0.040,-1.290, P>0.05). Conclusion TKA assist?ed by PSCG can make lower extremity alignment and accuracy of prosthesis implantation more accurate compared with convention?al TKA, especially in hip?knee?ankle angle, frontal femoral component angle and frontal tibial component angle.

Objective To detect serum brucellosis in high risk population,three methods were used and their advantages and disadvantages was compared.Methods In accordance with the surveillance standard for brucello-sis(GB 16885 -1997)and brucellosis diagnostic criteria(WS269 -2007)in the prescribed method,rose -bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT),standard -tube agglutination test (SAT)and enzyme linked immunoassay assay (ELISA)were used to detect brucellosis and analysis of its diagnostic significance in the high risk population of sheep farm of Guoyang county in Anhui province.Results The positive rates of RBPT,SAT and ELISA were 19.1%,12.1% and 16.3% in 257 blood samples,respectively.Compared to SAT,the sensitivity,specificity,accura-cy and the area under the ROC curve of RBPT were 88.5%,91.8%,91.4%,0.81,respectively,which of ELISA were 93.9%,95.1%,94.9%,0.88.Conclusion The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and the area under the ROC curve of ELISA were higher than those of other methods.Proper method,early surveillance and effective technology can help to control the occurrence and epidemic of brucellosis in the actual test work promotion.

BACKGROUND:With significantly individual differences in the anatomy of the knee joint, traditional total knee replacement is difficult to accurately predict the position of locating limb alignment, size of the prosthesis and osteotomy amount of patients during operation. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical effect of total knee replacement based on the assistance of medical image reconstruction, computer-aided design technology and 3D-printing personalized surgical navigation template. METHODS:Medical image data of patients were col ected using CT or magnetic resonance scanning equipment. The three-dimensional reconstruction of the bone was conducted by two-dimensional medical image processing technology. The navigation template was designed by computer-aided design technology. The personalized surgical navigation templates were produced by 3D printing technology, and the clinical total knee replacement was conducted. The postoperative results were evaluated using imageology. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Arigin 3D Pro (Arigin Medical Co., Ltd.) can accurately reconstruct a three-dimensional model of the lower limb bones. The three-dimensional design software Arigin Surgical Templating by their independent research and development can precisely pinpoint related lower limb axis, including limb alignment, rotation axis of the femur and osteotomy reference point. The personalized navigation template we researched and produced for knee surgery fitted tightly with femoral condyle and tibial plateau bone anatomy during operation, without significant movement. The deviation of patients’ limb alignment was less than 3° after total knee replacement.

OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of comprehensive psychotherapy on psychology of cancer patients received chemotherapy or radiotherapy. METHODS:77 cancer patients received chemotherapy or radiotherapy were divided into two groups. Both groups received routine chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Intervention group(n=40)were additionally given comprehensive psychotherapy,i.e. cognitive therapy,psychological persuasion and relaxation training. Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were applied to evaluate all patients one week before intervention and one month after comprehensive psychotherapy. RESULTS:SAS and SDS scores of intervention group were significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(P0.05). CONCLUSION:Comprehensive psychotherapy can improve the mental state of patients with can-cer.

Objective To establish a magnetic nanoparticles separation-based quantitative real-time PCR(RT-PCR)assay for fast and accurate detection of Plasmodium falciparum and providing a technical support for improving the control and preven-tion of imported malaria. Methods According to the conserved sequences of the P. falciparum genome 18SrRNA,the species-specific primers and probe were designed and synthetized. The RT-PCR was established by constructing the plasmid standard , fitting the standard curve and using magnetic nanoparticles separation. The sensitivity and specificity of the assay were evaluat-ed. Results The relationship between the threshold cycle(Ct)and logarithm of initial templates copies was linear over a range of 2.5×101 to 2.5×108 copies/μl(R2=0.999). Among 13 subjects of entry frontier,a P. falciparum carrier with low load was de-tected by using the assay and none was detected with the conventional examinations(microscopic examinations and rapid tests). Conclusion This assay shows a high sensitivity in detection of P. falciparum,with rapid and accurate characteristics,and is especially useful in diagnosis of P. falciparum infectors with low parasitaemia at entry-exit frontier ports.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of nickel sulfate on cell survival rate and apoptosis of normal human liver L02 cells. METHODS: i) L02 cells in logarithmic growth phase were divided into 9 groups, each with 6 wells. L02 cells in each group were treated with 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800 μmol/L nickel sulfate. The survival rate of L02 cells was determined by CCK-8 assay after cells were treated for 0, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours. The nickel sulfate exposure dose and exposure time for subsequent experiments were selected based on the results of CCK-8 assay. ii) L02 cells in logarithmic growth phase were divided into control group, 100 and 300 μmol/L dose groups, and were exposed to 0, 100 and 300 μmol/L nickel sulfate for 12 hours, respectively. Western blot was used to detect the relative protein expression of B cell lymphoma/leukemia 2(BCL-2), Bcl-2 related protein X(BAX), caspase-3, phosphorylated RNA-dependent protein kinase-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase(p-PERK), phosphorylated eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2α(p-eIF2α), CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein homologous protein(CHOP) and glucose regulatory protein 78(GRP78). RESULTS: i) After treatment with nickel sulfate, the survival rate of cells decreased with the increase of dose and the prolongation of exposure time(all P values were <0.01). According to the half inhibitory concentration of nickel sulfate on L02 cells, the nickel sulfate exposure time in subsequent experiments was selected as 12 hours, and the exposure concentration was 100 and 300 μmol/L. ii) Compared with the control group, the relative expression of BCL-2 protein in L02 cells in the 100 and 300 μmol/L dose groups decreased(all P values were <0.05), while the relative protein expression of BAX, caspase-3 protein and ratio BAX/BCL-2 increased(all P values were <0.05). Compared with 100 μmol/L dose group, the relative expression of BCL-2 protein in L02 cells of 300 μmol/L dose group decreased(P<0.05), while the relative expression of BAX and caspase-3 protein and the ratio of BAX/BCL-2 increased(all P values were <0.05). Compared with the control group, the relative expression levels of p-PERK, p-eIF2α, CHOP and GRP78 protein in L02 cells were increased in 100 and 300 μmol/L dose groups(all P values were P<0.05). Compared with 100 μmol/L dose group, the relative expression levels of p-eIF2α, CHOP and GRP78 protein in 300 μmol/L dose group were increased(all P values were<0.05).CONCLUSION: Nickel sulfate can regulate the expression of apoptosis related proteins and PERK signaling pathway related proteins in L02 cells, aggravate apoptosis of L02 cells and decrease the cell survival rate.
