Objective To carry out unified regulation to the purchase, using and administration of the surgery material, thus to improve the quality of medical work and the level of medical administration. Methods For the one-shot things, interlink administration was needed. For the precision instrument, we carried out the responsibility system within every specific section office, and the administration with pictures and codes. For the expensive instruments and equipments, we made registration and carry out personal responsibility system. We analyzed the existing problems and expected the computer network administration in the future. Results No surgery was affected because of the shortage of materials or the damage of the instruments or equipments. Conclusions With the efficient administration of the surgery material, we can improve the nursing quality in the operation room, avoid medical disputes, and make sure smooth operation, thus every patient can recover soon.

0.05).CONCLUSIONS The effects of the four sterilization methods are uniform.Plasma hydrogen peroxide is a highly effective, safe and with environmental protection method.Soak for 30 minutes with 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde is a supplementary method when using high pressure or ethylene oxide methods.

Objective To explore the effect of the self-designed cotton-padded covering for a modified lithotomy position on preventing complications in the lower limbs in patients undergoing gynecological laparscopic surgery. Methods A total of 320 patients undergoing radical hysterectomy or deep invasive endometriosis were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=160) and a control group(n=160).The patients in the control group were placed on the routine lithotomy position, the lower extremity and popliteal space protected with oasis outline cushion in the control group, while the patients in the observation group were placed on the same pads, the lower extremity and popliteal space protected with the self-designed cotton-padded coverings. Results The average temperature of the lower limbs of patients after operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).The incidences of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The self-designed cotton-padded covering for modified lithotomy position can effectively prevent the complications of the lower limbs and improve the comfort of patients.

Background::Keratinocytes play an important role in wound healing; however, less is known about skin keratinocytes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Therefore, this study aimed to search for the transcriptional characteristics of keratinocytes at the single-cell level from T2DM patients, and to provide experimental data for identifying the pathological mechanisms of keratinocytes under pathological conditions.Methods::We performed single-cell RNA sequencing on the skin tissue from two T2DM patients and one patient without diabetes-induced trauma using the BD Rhapsody TM Single-Cell Analysis System. With the help of bioinformatics R-based single-cell analysis software, we analyzed the results of single-cell sequencing to identify the single-cell subsets and transcriptional characteristics of keratinocytes at the single-cell level, including Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and Gene Ontology analyzes. Results::In this study, we found specific highly expressed signature keratinocyte-related genes. We analyzed the transcriptome of keratinocytes from experimental and control groups and screened a total of 356 differential genes, which were subject to bioinformatics analysis. Enriched pathways included oxidative phosphorylation, antigen processing and presentation, prion and Huntingtons’ diseases, bacterial invasion of epithelial cells, thermogenesis, vasopressin-regulated water reabsorption, and protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum.Conclusions::This study revealed the characteristics of keratinocytes at the single-cell level and screened a group of differentially expressed genes related to T2DM-associated keratinocytes, oxidative phosphorylation, cytokine receptor interactions, prion diseases, and other signaling pathways.
