The treatment results of radiofrequency ablation (m) were analyzed in l5 patients with the complicated Supraventricular tachycardia(SVT). The causes of SVT were dual accessory pathway(AP) in 9 patients, single M with slow-fast atrioventricular junctional reentrant tachycardio (AVJRT) in 5 patients and single AP with slow fast/fast-slow AVJRT in l patient. Results: 24 APs and 6 slow pathways of atrioventricular node were abl a ted. All patients were successful. During the follow-up of 6~48 months, there were no recurrence in l5 patients, also there were no occurrence of atrioventricular block and other complications. Conclusion: Using the proper methods of m of the complicated SVT would have a h igher successful rate, a lower recurrent rate and lower complications.

Objective To evaluate the differential diagnosis value of shear wave elastography for Hashimoto's disease with benign or malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Fifty four patients of Hashimoto's disease confirmed by biopsy or pathology were enrolled.Based on benign or malignant of nodules, patients were divided into benign nodules group and malignant nodules group. And the benign group were divided into true nodules and sham nodules.Young's modulus values were measured and compared among different groups. The ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic efficency. Results There were tatol 162 nodules in 54 cases with Hashimoto's disease, including 131 of benign nodules (93 of true nodules,38 of sham nodules) and 31 of malignant nodules. The values of Young's modulus for benign, malignant, ture nodules and sham nodules were (33.04±10.95)kPa,(66.15±19.17)kPa,(35.95±9.74)kPa and (30.13±11.87)kPa.For mean values of Young's modulus, there was significantly statistical difference between benign and malignant nodules (t=12.91,P<0.01).There was significant statistical difference of the Young's modulus among sham nodule group, true nodule group and malignant nodule group (F 36.20,P<0.01).Compared with the other two groups, the value of Young's modulus in malignant nodules was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (both P<0.01).Taking 43.65 kPa as the diagnostic point, the sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, and negative likelihood ratio of Youngs modulus in diagnosis of benign and malignat nodules were 90.63%,81.25%,4.83,and 0.12.Conclusion Shear wave elastography technique can quantitative analysis the Hashimoto's disease and complicated nodules, which is helpful to determine the essence of the nodules.

Objective:To explore the correlation of psychological capital, role stress and readiness for interprofessional learning in clinical nurses. Methods:From January to February 2021, convenience sampling was used to select 524 clinical nurses from four hospitals in Henan Province as the research object. The investigation was carried out with the Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Role Stress Scale and the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale. AMOS 24.0 software was used for mediation effect analysis and structural equation modeling. A total of 524 questionnaires were distributed, and 523 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 99.8%.Results:Among 523 clinical nurses, the total scores of the Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Role Stress Scale and the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale were (89.11±14.18) , (36.15±10.30) and (74.61±8.24) , respectively. The psychological capital of clinical nurses was positively correlated with readiness for interprofessional learning ( r=0.53, P<0.001) , while role stress was negatively correlated with psychological capital and readiness for interprofessional learning ( r=-0.43, -0.13; P<0.001) . Role pressure could directly affect readiness for interprofessional learning. Psychological capital could directly affect readiness for interprofessional learning, and it could also indirectly affect clinical nurses' readiness for interprofessional learning through role stress, with a mediating effect of 81.67%. Conclusions:Nursing managers should continuously monitor the psychological capital of clinical nurses, and improve clinical nurses' readiness for interprofessional learning through effective management measures and positive psychological interventions, and promote multidisciplinary cross-cooperative learning.
