Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(7):1076-1079
Objective To investigate the effect of pregabalin capsules in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke. Methods 90 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.Rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment were used in the control group, and on the basis of the control group, the observation group used pregabalin capsules treatment, initial dose 75mg/times,oral,2 times/d.After 2 weeks, the dose was changed to 150mg/times,oral,2 timnes/d.Maintenance therapy for 8 weeks. The overall efficacy and pain degree before and after treatment, upper limb function of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the FMA scores were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(t =17.353,15.777,12.001,10.432,all P < 0.05).And the improvement degrees of VAS score and FMA score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group [(18.3 ± 12.9) points vs.(29.8 ± 12.1) points,(53.1 ± 9.2) points vs.(42.3 ± 8.9) points],the differences were statistically significant(t =3.294,4.672,all P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 77.8% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.406,P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke, pregabalin capsules has good effect.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) in treatment of anorectal condyloma acuminatum. Methods 95 cases who suffered from male multiple condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups. There were 50 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group. There were no statistically significant between two groups in age, sex, course of disease, skin lesions, the size and the distribution. The treatment group was treated by photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b Gel while the control group was treated only by photodynamic therapy. The treatment time lasted 7-10 days later if the Lesion was not completely removed.Totally,1-4 treatment sessions were given. Then the rate of recovery and recurernce of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate in treatment group was 94.0% (47/50) and 88.9% (40/45) were found in control group. There were no significant difference in the two groups (x2 =0.290,P > 0.05) ;The recurernce rate of the treatment group was 2.0% (1/50) and the control group was 13.3% (6/45),the two groups had significant differences (x2 =4.457,P =0.035).Conclusion ALA-PDT combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b Gel in the topical treatment of anorectal condyloma acuminatum is safe and effective, whcih may serve a therapeutic option for anorectal condyloma acuminatum.

Objective To detect food-specific IgE and IgG in patients with psoriasis. Methods Serum samples were collected from 102 patients with psoriasis,30 patients with chronic eczema,30 patients with chronic urticaria, and 30 healthy check-up examinees.Food-specific IgE and IgG were detected by commercial kits in these samples. Results No significant difference was observed in the detection rate of food-specific IgE or IgG among patients with psoriasis, patients with chronic eczema and patients with chronic urticaria (both P > 0.05).Meanwhile,the detection rate of food-specific IgE and IgG in healthy examinees were statistically different from those in the three groups of patients (all P < 0.05).Conclusions Food allergens seem to be implicated in the development of psoriasis. Moreover, the sources and kinds of food allergens in patients with psoriasis differ from those in patients with chronic eczema and patients with chronic urticaria, which deserves further research.

Objective:To observe any differential clinical effect of supplementing ultrasound-guided injection of the subacromial bursa with extracorporeal shock wave stimulation in the treatment of non-calcific tendinitis of the supraspinatus tendon. Methods:Sixty individuals with non-calcific tendinitis of the supraspinatus tendon were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 30. Both groups received routine medication, health education and extracorporeal shock wave treatment, but the observation group additionally received ultrasound-guided injection of compound betamethasone injection plus 2% lidocaine intothe subacromial bursa. The treatment′s effect was evaluated using a visual analogue scale (VAS) and the UCLA shoulder rating scale (UCLA). Absorption of hydrops in the subacromial bursa was assessed using ultrasound imaging after 7 and 14 days of the treatment. Results:After 7 and after 14 days the average VAS scores had decreased significantly, while the average UCLA score had increased significantly. At both time points the observation group′s average results were significantly better than those of the control group. The total effective absorption rate of hydrops in the subacromial bursa in the observation group (80.0%) was significantly higher than in the control group after 14 days of treatment. Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave stimulation combined with injection of the subacromial bursa can effectively alleviate the pain of non-calcific tendinitis of the supraspinatus tendon, improve joint function, and promote the absorption of hydrops.

Objective To investigate the value of albumin-bilirubin (ALBI) grade in evaluating liver function changes and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients undergoing transarterial chemoembolization (TACE). Methods PubMed, the Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science, OVID, CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, and CBM databases were searched for studies on ALBI grade for evaluating liver function changes and prognosis of HCC patients undergoing TACE published up to December 2020. After quality assessment and data extraction, RevMan 5.3 was used to perform a meta-analysis of the studies included. The chi-square test was used to evaluate heterogeneity between studies; hazard ratio ( HR )/odds ratio ( OR ) and corresponding 95% confidence interval ( CI ) were used to evaluate outcome measures; funnel plots were used to assess publication bias. Results A total of 18 articles were included, with 9940 patients in total. The meta-analysis showed that the HCC patients with higher ALBI grades after TACE had a shorter overall survival time than those with lower ALBI grades (2 nd vs 1 st : HR =1.48, 95% CI : 1.39-1.57, P < 0.000 01; 3 rd vs 1 st : HR =2.45, 95% CI : 1.92-3.13, P < 0.000 01; 3 rd vs 2 nd : HR =1.91, 95% CI : 1.71-2.13, P < 0.000 01). The degree of deterioration of ALBI caused by 2 times of TACE was higher than that caused by 1 time of TACE ( OR =1.91, 95% CI : 1.27-2.88, P < 0.05); the degree of deterioration of ALBI caused by 3 times of TACE was higher than that caused by 1 time of TACE ( OR =3.21, 95% CI : 1.95-5.28, P < 0.05); the degree of deterioration of ALBI caused by 3 times of TACE was higher than that caused by 2 times of TACE ( OR =1.70, 95% CI : 1.07-2.70, P < 0.05). In addition, ALBI grade could predict the onset of acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) after TACE ( OR =4.57, 95% CI : 2.76-7.57, P < 0.000 01). Conclusion Repeated TACE treatment can cause continuous deterioration of liver function based on ALBI, and ALBI has an important clinical value in predicting prognosis and the risk of ACLF after TACE.
