Objective To improve X-ray equipment for better medical treatment by digitally transform normal X-ray equipment.Methods Digital image workstation was equipped for digital photography so that ordinary X-ray equipment has the function of a digital X-ray equipment.Results The digital transformation enhance the clinical performance of X-ray equipment.Conclusion It has been proved that some ordinary X-ray equipment can be equipped with digital workstation.
2.System Improvement by Replacing Light-Conductor Camera with CCD Camera

Objective To improve the image intensifying X-TV system by replacing the light-conduct camera with CCD camera for future usage.Methods The low luminous and high sensitive CCD camera was used in the X-ray auto exposure dose control.Results Through the practical improvement,the CCD X-TV system met the clinical requirements.Conclusion It is an effective way to replace the old light-conduct camera with CCD camera,and it also helpful for the alternative solutions for X-TV.
3.The Effect and Significance of Intestinal Trefoil Factor IL-8 and MDA for Neonatal Rat Model for Hypoxia-induced Intestinal Injury

Objective To explore the effects of intestinal trefoil factor (ITF) on interleukin-8(IL-8) and malondiadehyde (MDA) of neonatalrats' intestinal tissue post necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC), to investigate whether ITF has some protective effects on NEC.. Methods Thirty-two neonatal tats of NEC model were devided into four groups, (1)NEC+FTF 0.5 mg, (2) NEC+ITF 0.2 mg, (3) NEC, and (4) all others. After NEC model of neonatal rats was established and the ITF was treated, all the neonatal rats were returned to their mothers. In the 4th day, all the subjects were put to death. Intestinal tissue located at the boundary of ileum and cecum was obtained to observe hostological changes. Other intestinal sissue was removed to homogenate. Than the homogenate was centrifuged, supernates were used to determine the content of IL-8 and MDA. Results Content of IL-8 was dramatically less in group A and B than group C, respectively (29.722?7.134)、(30.512? 8.230)、(39.379 5?4.420) [pg/(mg?pro)](P0.05). Content of MDA was dramatically less in group A and B than group C, respectively(2.267?0.267)、(2.154?0.301)、(3.378?0.835)[nmol/(mg?pro)](P
4.Effects of wedelolactone inhibiting expression of P-glycoprotein in K562/A02 cells

Objective To study the effects of wedelolactone on the expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and to explore the multi-drug resistance reversing mechanism of wedelolactone in K562/A02 cells in vitro.Methods The half maximal inhibitory concentration of ADM in K562/A02 was determined by MTT method.The protein expression level of P-gp was determined by Western blot after wedelolactone pretreatment.Results Wedelolactone remarkably enhanced chemo-sensitivity to ADM of K562/A02 cells.After 0.2, 2, 20 μmol/L different concentration of wedelolactone treatment in 24 h, the relative reversal efficiency of K562/A02 to ADM was 23.5%, 47.1% and 67.7%, respectively.according to the results of Western blot, wedelolactone was shown to efficiently inhibit the expression of P-gp (P<0.05).The relative efficiency of K562/A02 to ADM was 25.4%,46% and 55.6%, respectively.Conclusion Wedelolactone could modulate P-gp expression, and P-gp expression down regulation may be one of the MDR reversal mechanisms in K562/A02 cells by wedelolactone.
5.Effect of erianin on angiogenesis of glomerular endothelial cells in diabetic nephropathy model rats by regulating Slit2/Robo1 signaling pathway

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of erianin on the angiogenesis of glomerular endothelial cells in diabetic nephropathy(DN)rats and the role of slit homolog 2 protein(Slit2)/roundabout homolog 1(Robo1)consecutive signaling pathway.METHODS Rats were fed with high sugar and high fat feed for 8 weeks,before being intraperitoneally injected with streptozotocin solution(35 mg·kg-1)to prepare a DN rat model.DN rats were divided into the model group and model+erianin 10,20 and 40 mg·kg-1 groups,with 10 rats in each,while another 10 rats served as normal control group.The urine protein quantification kit was used to measure the 24 h urine protein level of rats in each group while the automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and serum creatinine(Scr)levels of rats in each group.PAS staining was applied to observe the pathological changes in the renal tissue of rats in each group.Immunofluorescence was used to detect the expressions of platelet endo-thelial cell adhesion molecule-31(CD31)and podocalyxin(PCX)in kidney tissue of rats in each group.Western blot was adopted to detect the expressions of Slit2 and Robo1 proteins in the renal tissues of rats in each group.RESULTS Compared with normal control group,the CD31 protein expressions,FPG,Scr,24 h urine protein levels,and renal tissue Slit2 and Robo1 protein expressions were significantly increased in the model group(P<0.05).Pathological and immunofluorescence results suggested that rats in the model group developed many neoplastic glomerular capillaries,glomerular hypertrophy,and dilated mesangial areas,with non-tubular CD31 staining lacking adjacent PCX staining,and partial staining of tubular areas of CD31 lacking adjacent PCX staining.Compared with the model group,the CD31 glomerular endothelial area,FPG,Scr,24 h urine protein levels,and protein expressions of Slit2 and Robo1 in renal tissues were significantly reduced in the model+erianin 10,20 and 40 mg·kg-1 groups(P<0.05).Pathological and immunofluorescence results showed new glomerular capillaries,glomerular hypertrophy and dilatation of the thylakoid area were attenuated in rats,and CD31 tubular region staining was essentially adjacent to the PCX foot cell region staining in the model+erianin 10,20 and 40 mg·kg-1 groups.CONCLUSION Erianin may inhibit angiogenesis in glomerular endothelial cells of DN model rats by inhibiting the Slit2/Robo1 signaling pathway.
6.Association of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein with the increments of BMI and WC in junior high school students

Objective:
To observe the short-term changes of Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist Circumference (WC) in junior high school students in Harbin, and to explore its association with the changes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the same period. Furthermore, to analyze the value of hs-CRP to predict the BMI and WC changes in children and adolescents.
Methods:
Convenient sampling method was used,and the students in grades 6 and 7 in junior high school in Harbin were selected by stratified clicstering. Physical examination and serum hs-CRP were performed for two consecutive years. According to the results of the two surveys, the subjects were divided into control group (normal → normal), case group (abnormal → abnormal), improved group (abnormal → normal) and progression group (normal → abnormal). The multinomial logistic regression was used to analyze the predictive value of hs-CRP changes for BMI and WC changes.
Results:
The rate of overweight and obesity among samples from junior high school was 30.6%. The increment of BMI in female was more obvious than that in male(U=17 358.0,P<0.05). Both increments in BMI and WC were positively correlated with increments in hs-CRP(P<0.05). The risk of occurrence of "BMI always abnormal" and "WC always abnormal" increased sequentially in hs-CRP "normal → abnormal", "abnormal → normal" and "abnormal → abnormal", were 3.45 times, 5.98 times and 38.84 times of "BMI is always normal", respectively; and were 3.45 times, 4.26 times and 28.50 times of "WC is always normal", respectively. The risk of "BMI improvement" was 7.70 times more than that of BMI "always normal" when hs-CRP "abnormal → normal".
Conclusion
The prevalence of overweight and obesity in junior high school students in Harbin is high. The BMI increases faster in female from junior high school. The trends of change of BMI and WC are consistent with the trend of change of hs-CRP. The “hs-CRP change” has a good predictive value for BMI and WC development.
7.Practice and exploration of improving the rational use of drugs in primary medical institutions by the general pharmacist system of the medical consortium

OBJECTIVE To explore and establis h a general pharmacist system suitable for China ’s national conditions ,and to improve the rational use of drugs in primary medical institutions . METHODS Under the leadership of Tianhe District Health Bureau of Guangzhou ,relying on the regional pharmaceutical specialty alliance ,general pharmacist system of medical consortium was established ,and the general pharmacist was responsible for the overall planning of pharmaceutical care in the medical consortium. The joint management office of pharmaceutical care was established ,and the training of the pharmacists in the medical consortium was organized. A regional audit center was established to realize the prescription review of 13 community health service centers in the medical consortium. “Internet plus ”home pharmaceutical care was carried out ,and science popularization education was provided for communities ,schools,enterprises and institutions. RESULTS After systematic training and assessment ,three pharmacist teams had been successfully established in the medical consortium to provide prescription review ,science popularization and education and family pharmacist services for community residents ;the regional audit center successfully intercepted 17.17% of unreasonable prescriptions ,reducing the amount of unreasonable drug use by a total of 6.56 million yuan. After the intervention of prescription review system ,the qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions in community health service centers was ≥95%,and the qualified rate increased by an average of 6%. The department of pharmaceutical science popularization and education held 35 science popularization and free clinic activities ,of which 71.20% of the residents believed that the activities had improved their understanding of drugs. In addition ,111 cases patients serviced by home pharmaceutical care were carried out successfully by pharmacist team ,and the patients ’acceptance of pharmacist intervention was 91.89% . CONCLUSIONS Under the new medical reform ,it is feasible to implement a regional general pharmacist system within the medical consortium , which improves the pharmaceutical administration and pharmaceuticalcare capabilities of m edical institutions in the medical consortium,as well as the level of rational drug use ,and reduces the me dical burden.
