According to the current problems in the management of teaching quality in colleges and universities and from the perspective of teaching total quality management,this paper discussed on the way to construct the diversified,whole and comprehensive teaching quality management system in which both on-campus and off-campus interest parties can participate in and its potential effect on the ba-sis of an empirical study.

Objective To observe the relationship between the intima media thickness(IMT) and the level of serum uric acid in elderly female patients with hypertension Methods Eighty elderly female patients with hypertension were measured for carotid artery average IMT and the level of serum uric acid They were divided into the normal group, intima thicking group ,the plaque shaping group and the vascular stenosis group. Objective To study the levels of IL 6 production in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in 25 patients with inactive and active (include mild、 moderate and severe) ulcerative colitis(UC) and age, sex matched 20 healthy subjects.Methods Peripheral blood monocytes (PBMC) were stimulated with PHA for 48 hours to induce IL 6 production. IL 6 content in the culture medium was assayed by using B9 cells. Results IL 6 production was significantly increased in PBMC from active UC. There was an increasing tendency with severity of disease. But no significant difference was found between the extent of the lesious. Conclusions The levels of IL 6 production in PBMC can be an indicator of the activity of UC.

[Objective] To probe into the psychological health status of middle-aged intellectuals and its influencing factors. [Methods]A cluster sampling of 1 474 middle-aged intellectuals was measured by the SCL-90 table and was analyzed by the Reliability Analysis, Principal Component Analysis and Analysis of Variance. [ Results ] The measurement table is highly reliable (Cronbach a = 0.949) and the Principle Component Analysis has main factors (A -1.97) and cumulative contribution rate is 80% . [Conclusion]Marital status, income and gender are the main influencing factors of psychological healthy status in middle-aged intellectuals.

Objective To investigate whether tumor necrosis factor (TNF)a, TNFb and TNFc microsatellite polymorphisms correlate with chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric adenocarcinoma in Chinese Han population. Methods TNFa, TNFb and TNFc microsatellite alleles in 164 healthy subjects, 53 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and 56 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma were typed using PCR technique combined with High Voltage denaturing PAGE and silver staining. At the same time, the PCR products were cloned and sequenced. Results The frequency of TNFa10 allele was significantly higher in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis than in healthy individuals ( 19.81% vs. 11.89% , P = 0.04 ). However it was not related to age, gender, degree of atrophy or intestinal metaplasia in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. The frequency of TNFa6b5c1 haplotype homozygote was significantly lower in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma than in healthy individuals ( 1.79% vs. 15.85% , P = 0.006 ). The sequence result revealed that the copy number of dinucleiotide repeating within the same TNFa allele was not consistent with that in the reports from Western countries. Conclusions It should be more accurate and clear to define TNFa alleles. TNFa10 allele is associated with the susceptibility to chronic atrophic gastritis. TNFa6b5c1 haplotype homozygote is negatively associated with gastric adenocarcinoma and thus may play a resistant role in the shifting process from chronic atrophic gastritis to gastric adenocarcinoma.

Objective To investigate morphologic characteristics of myocardial bridge(MBs)in optical coherence tomography(OCT)and to investigate the relationship between MBs and atherosclerosis in the proximal segments to MBs.Methods Twelve patients(age:58.07?12.08)with MBs were examined with OCT.The location and length of the most stenosis area of MBs were observed and compared between the CAG and OCT results.The intima thickness of the proximal 2 cm arterial segment of MBs was measured.Results All the 12 MBs were found in LAD.The length of the MBs measured in OCT and CAG respecgtively was 20.5?4.2 mm vs 15.6?3.5 mm(P
