1.Expression and clinical significance of LIVIN and PTEN in gastric cancer
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(4):19-21
Objective To study the expression of LIVIN and PTEN in human gastric cancer and evaluate their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of LIVIN and PTEN were detected by immunohistochemical method in the tissues of 65 primary gastric cancer and 15 normal gastric mucosae. Results The positive expression rate of LIVIN in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues [73.85%(48165) vs 26.67%(4/15)], and the positive expression rate of PTEN was obviously lower than that in normal tissues [30.77%(20/65) vs 66.67%(10/15)](P < 0.05). The positive expressions of LIVIN and PTEN were closely correlated with tumor depth of gastric cancer, histological differentiation grade, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. The expressions of LIVIN and PTEN had a significant positive correlation (r = -0.362,P =0.003). Conclusion LIVIN and PTEN may play important roles in carcinogenesis of gastric cancer, which may be considered as reliable markers in clinical diagnosis and the prognosis of gastric cancer.
2.Design of wireless portable helmet for telemedicine
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To develop a set of portable equipment for telemedicine audio and video acquision-wireless portable helmet terminal. Methods The telemedicine images were acquired rapidly in high precision by using micro-camera with automatic focus.Voice analog signals input from microphone were performed A/D conversion by using UDA1344 to form serial digital audio stream.Compressed by helmet master operating system in uCos multitask real-time operating system, the acquired audio and video data were connected with local network by short-distance wireless transmission and then with Internet. Results Wireless portable helmet for telemedicine had such functions as images acquisition, audio transmission, automatic focus, video tape and both-way interphone. The wireless connection with telemedicine server could transmit audio and video in long distance. Conclusion Wireless portable helmet for telemedicine can be applied in remote emergency care, operation and transmission, which will greatly promote the application of tele-medicine.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Objective To realize real-time data transmission of multiple remote terminals ECG monitoring. Methods Mutiple ECG collection terminals were used through a wireless local area network which was linked to servers in the data center though WCDMA.Results ECG data real-time acquisition and monitoring were realized in remote ECG real-time automatic diagnosis system based on network computer. Conclusion Acquisition and control of large amount of real-time data are realized.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):18-20]
4.Determination of Lansoprazole in Human Plasma by RP-HPLC with Solid Phase Extraction
China Pharmacy 2007;0(30):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish RP-HPLC combined with solid phase extraction method to determine the plasma concentration of lansoprazole.METHODS:The sample was extracted by solid phase extraction in darkness.RP-HPLC was applied using Venusil XBP-C18(200 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(32:68,pH value adjusted to 7.6 with 1% ammonia water) and flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm and column temperature was set at room temperature.RESULTS:The linear range of lansoprazole was 10~2 500 ng?mL-1(r=0.999 9) with mean recovery of 100.93%.The RSD of intra-day and inter-day were both less than 10%.CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive, convenient and rapid for the determination of lansoprazole concentration in plasma.
5.Factors influencing intracranial aneurysm recurrence after endovascular coil embolization
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;(4):316-320
Endovascular coil embolization has become an important way because of its advantages of less trauma and quick recovery.However,long-term follow-up studies have shown that the recurrence rate of aneurysm after coil embolization is much higher than that of the surgical clipping. It is mainly associteed with the factors such as incomplete packing coil compression and aneurysm regrowth. This article reviews the factors influencing intracranial aneurysm recurrence after endovascular coil embolization.
6.Application of Floating Duct in Dilation of Eustachian Tube
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(03):-
Stricture and insufficiency of eustachian tube in 43 cases were treated by floating duct for dilation of eustachian tube under fiber endoscopy. Clinical observation lasbed 2-10 months. 23 cases were significantly effective, 13 cases effective. No intraoperative complications.
7.Advance of Taiji Quan in Fall Prevention for Old People in Community (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(9):1072-1076
Fall has seriously impaired the quality of life of old people. The main risk factors for fall in the old people are concerned with balance dysfunction which is caused by ageing. Taiji Quan exercise can promote the lower limb muscle strength, proprioception, neuro-muscular reaction, gait and cognition of the old people, that plays a role in fall prevention.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2010;26(2):185-189
Objective:To observe the effect of dissection and reconstruction on palatal muscles morphology in cats. Methods: Nine cats were randomly divided into three groups according to the extension of muscle dissection: small area group(<1/3 group),medium area group(1/3-2/3 group)and large-scale area group(>2/3 group).Control group was the normal palatal muscle in any normal side of the palate.Palatal muscles of all experimental groups were dissected from the posterior border of the hard palate and were reconstructed later. The morphology features and ultrastructure of palatal muscles were observed respectively by HE staining and transmission electron microcopy 1-3 month after operation. Results: There were no obvious differences in morphologic features and ultrastructure of palatal muscles between experiment and normal control groups when the range of palatal muscle dissection was less than 2/3. At early stage (1 month) after operation in large-scale area group, the arrangement of muscles fiber were in structural disorder with inflammatory cell infiltration and muscle fibril formation. The Z line was not distinct, muscles fiber became narrow and myocomma arrangement was not fully dense under transmission electron microcopy. At later stage (2 or 3 month after operation) in large-scale area group, the arrangement of muscles fiber were comparatively regular, neonatal muscles fibers became gradually mature and the amount of inflammatory cell had obviously decreased. Ultrastructure study showed that myocomma arrangement was more orderliness, and Z line became more distinct. Conclusion: It suggests that the extensive dissection of palatal muscles carried no fibrosis, and injury musculature could be repaired and regenerated.
