China Medical Equipment 2015;(12):140-142,143
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in the knee anterior cruciate ligament tear. Methods: retrospective analysis for treatment of 40 patients with anterior cruciate ligament tear by observation group, by analyzing the clinical data and image, and selected the same period for treatment of 20 cases of patients with knee joint other lesions but ACL normal MRI data comparison by Control group, The form characteristics of ACL and abnormal signal strength, whether there is a line or an ACL tear with signs were analyzed. Results:The MRI diagnosis of ACL tear completely is higher for the sensitivity and specificity (87.5%, 90%; Diagnosis of ACL partial tear, and arthroscopy and surgery results in 8 cases, the rest 4 cases of complete tear, 4 cases of false negative; ACL tear with signs including abnormal curvature of bone contusion, photo, or meniscus has obvious lateral collateral ligament damage, tibia forward, etc. ACL tear group and normal group average photo Angle, PCLS L/H mean significant difference. Conclusion: through analysis of MRI diagnosis torn ACL completeness, has high accuracy, but the part in the ACL tear or chronic tear diagnosis, accurate rate is relatively low.
3.Effect of DNT cells on tumor cells
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(3):185-187
DNT cells(CD4-CD8-double-negative T cells)ale newly discovered immune cells, whose surface ex press neither CD4 nor CD8 molecules. In recent years, the prognosis and survival quality of tumour patient have been greatly improved through cell immunotherapy.Immunocyte can kill the tumour directly Or through immunoregu lation. The study of DNT cells(double-nnegative T cell)on cancer cells will be of vital significance.
4.Histopathologic features of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease
Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2010;27(12):617-620
Objective To retrospectively study histopathologic features of ulcerous colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD) by endoscopic biopsy. Methods Data of age, gender and intestinal involvement of 106 cases of CD and 180 cases of UC confirmed by pathology were reviewed. Mucosal architecture, chronic inflammation, acute inflammation and epithelial features were evaluated based on histopathological criteria. These features were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with CD cases, UC showed significantly higher percentage of architectural disorders ( P < 0. 05 ), lower percentage of discontinuous chronic inflammation ( P < 0. 05 ) and higher incidence of cryptitis, crypt abscesses and polymorph cells in lamina propria (P <0. 05 ), and higher rate of epithelium damage, flattened and less mucous cell as well. Granuloma, pseudo pylorus glands metaplasia and narrow ulcer only occurred in CD cases. Lesions of 90% (162/180) cases of UC were limited to colon, while those of 28% (30/106) of CD cases to ileocecum, and those of 56% (59/106) CD cases involved different parts of gastrointestinal tract. Conclusion Diagnosis of CD and UC needs comprehensive analysis. Diagnostic evidence for CD includes focal involvement of ileocecum, the multifocal involvement in gastrointestinal tract, granuloma, discontinuous inflammation, pyloric gland metaplasia, while that for UC includes mucosal damage limited to colon, continuous chronic inflammation, architectural disorders, or epithelial damage.
5. An animal model of open craniocerebral injury with seawater immersion
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2016;37(12):1538-1542
Objective To establish an animal model of open craniocerebral injury with seawater immersion and to study the characteristics of the injury. Methods A total of 100 healthy ma! SD rats were divided into 5 groups: control group, mild injury + seawater immersion group, moderate injury + seawater immersion group, severe injury + seawater immersion group and severe injury + normal saline immersion group. After SD rats had received a controlled cortical impact (CCI) injury, the injured brain tissue was soaked in seawater or normal saline to construct an animal model of open craniocerebral injury. We then observed the characteristics of the model, including the animal behavior, pathological changes, brain water content and the levll of blood brain barrier (BBB) opening. Results The animal model could well simulate the characteristics of the open craniocerebral injury with seawater immersion. With the increase of brain injury severity, the cerebral dysfunction, cerebral pathology, cerebral water content, and the damage of BBB became more serious. The pathological changes of brain tissue necrosis and bleeding in severe injury + seawater immersion group were more nota Me than those in the severe injury + normal saline immersion group. Compared with the severe injury + saline immersion group, the water content of brain tissue and the damage of BBB were significantly increased in the severe injury+ seawater immersion group after immersion for 24 h. Conclusion The rat model we established in this study can simulate the open craniocerebral injury with seawater immersion.

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2014;23(5):497-500
Objective:To explore the correlation among serum uric acid (UA) level and severity of coronary heart disease (CHD) ,adverse cardiovascular events .Methods :Clinical data of 403 patients undergoing coronary angiog-raphy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed .They were divided into CHD group [n=308 ,including 137 cases with stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 171 cases with acute coronary syndrome (ACS)] and normal control group (n=95 ,non-CHD patients) .UA level was compared among all groups and its correlation with CHD severity was fur-ther analyzed .According to UA level ,CHD patients were divided into low UA group (n=147) and high UA group (n=161) ,after 12-month follow-up ,incidence rate of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) uring follow-up was compared between two groups .Results:Serum UA level of ACS group was significantly higher than that of nor-mal control group [ (318.44 ± 69.07)μmol/L vs .(295.38 ± 80.08)μmol/L ,P=0.003];along with number of dis-eased coronary vessels increased and CHD severity aggravated (Gensini score rose ) ,serum UA level showed an in-creasing trend [single-branch (316.58 ± 95.27 ) μmol/L vs . double-branch (335.26 ± 43.26 ) μmol/L vs . multi-branch (346.53 ± 86.74) μmol/L ;low score group (312.42 ± 48.26) μmol/L vs .middle score group (346.58 ± 47.36)μmol/L vs .high score group (363.84 ± 54.68)μmol/L , P<0.05 or <0.01] .Pearson correlation analysis indicated that serum UA level was positively correlated with Gensini score (r=0.583 ,P<0.05);MACE incidence rate in high UA group was significantly higher than that of low UA group (58.38% vs .36.24% , P=0.012) .Con-clusion:Serum uric acid level is positively correlated with severity of coronary heart disease ,which may be an inde-pendent risk factor for coronary heart disease .
7.Research progress of the antidepressants targeting the glutamate receptors
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(9):1197-1200
Depression is a worldwide neuropsychiatric disorder. Currently most preclinical and clinical studies of depression focus on monoaminergic system. However, there is growing evidence which suggests that glutamatergic system plays a critical role in the pathophysiology of depression. This review focuses on the de-velopment of new antidepressants that target glutamatergic sys-tem, summarizes the current mechanisms of antidepressants, and also highlights new insights to the pathophysiology of depression.
