Protective effects of chlorpromazine on ischemic heart and its mechanisms were investigated in rats with acute myocardial infarction (MI). 30 SD female rats were divided into three groups. the ischemia group, being subjected MI by coronary ligation, the MI+chlorpromazine group and the control. Objective:To investigate the influential factors of mental health in rural high-school students by structural equation modeling.Methods:447 rural high-school students were tested by Mental Health test,Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check list,Social Support Scale and Trait Coping Style questionnaire,then theoretical model were established and confirmed for the relationships of life events,social support,coping styles and mental health of rural high-school students.Results:The structural equation modeling fitted the data very well(?2/df=3.56,GFI=0.940,AGFI=0.902,NFI= 0.913,CFI=0.901,RMSEA=0.048),the theoretical model suppose was supported by the use of structural equation modeling.Conclusion:Social supports and coping styles have direct influence on mental health of rural high-school students.Life events have indirect influence on mental health through social supports and coping styles.

In 6 eyes with macular edema before surgery, the macular edema were aggravated in 3 eyes after surgery. The macular structural changes were not found in two control groups. Conclusion The thickness of retina is inreased after phacoemulsification in deabetics,and morbidity and its severity of postopevative macular edema are increased as well.

Objective To observe the changes of macula in patients with high myopia after phacoemulsification. Methods In 20 patients with high myopia with ocular axial length≥27 mm, optical coherence tomography (OCT) was performed on the operative and contralateral eyes 1 week before and after monocular phacoemulsification, respectively, and the OCT images of macula of the operative eyes were observed and compared. Results One week before and after phacoemulsification, the mean macular fovea thickness of the patients with high myopia was (131.6?16.37) ?m and (189.75?45.69) ?m, respectively, with a significant difference (t=2.805, P=0.01). Simultaneously, the mean macular fovea thickness of the contralateral eyes was (133.5?15.12) ?m and (133.5?14.63) ?m, respectively, with a non-significant difference (t=1.367, P=0.853). In 20 operative eyes 1 week after phacoemulsification, 3 had vitreous strand around the macula with retinal thickening, 1 had retinoschisis in macular area, and 2 had obvious retinal thickening with slight retinal edema. Conclusion Retinal thickening occurs in the patients with high myopia after phacoemulsification. Traction of retina by vitreous strand or subclinical retinoschisis may occur in some patients.

A summary was performed according to 7 aspects including version origin, emendation, arrangement and summary, theory discussion, clinical research, value evaluation, the rest questions, etc. It is believed that deep research work has been done on explanations, emendation and translation regarding A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. However, the exploration work on the theory and application is far from enough. Therefore, beginning from historical and cultural background, we should analyze the humanistic spirit of HUANG Fu-mi combined with A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion to perform a deep exploration, so we could have a thorough and comprehensive research on HUANG Fu-mi's academic thoughts.

The precise etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear. lt can be induced by infection, trauma, tumor or autoimmune response, of which autoimmune response is the most common. ln recent years, the cytokines in the process of inflammatory autoimmune diseases role has become one of research hot spots, its role in the pathogenesis and the relationship between the disease activity more and more attention. This article reviews the effects of interleukin, tumor necrosis factor, interferon and transforming growth factor-β in the pathogenesis of uveitis.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is the main reason of joint pain and dysfunction in the elderly in China, and its incidence is increasing year by year. In addition to the joint peripheral osteophyte formation and degeneration of articular cartilage, in?flammation, as one of the dominant pathological changes in OA, is causing more and more attention. Pro-inflammatory cyto?kines (PIC) are important mediators of inflammation. The increased level of PIC in OA can lead to systemic and local inflam?mation, results in further destruction of many kinds of tissues in joint (such as cartilage), and accelerates the development of OA. Besides, the severity of inflammation is closely related to the clinical symptoms of OA. Therefore, it is important to un?derstand the role of PIC in the pathogenesis of OA. From the perspective of the relationship between pro-inflammatory fac?tors and OA and the molecular mechanism, this article reviews the research progress in this field, which provides new con?cepts for diagnose and treatment of OA.

The adverse events of cupping therapy are commonly caused by improper manipulation of medical practitioners, ignoring contraindication and patient's constitution. Clinical practitioners should use cupping therapy cautiously, follow strictly the rules of standard manipulation and medical core system, pay attention to the contraindication and take strict precautions against the occurrence of adverse events.

The aim of this study was to propose an algorithm for three-dimensional projection onto convex sets (3D POCS) to achieve super resolution reconstruction of 3D lung computer tomography (CT) images, and to introduce multi-resolution mixed display mode to make 3D visualization of pulmonary nodules. Firstly, we built the low resolution 3D images which have spatial displacement in sub pixel level between each other and generate the reference image. Then, we mapped the low resolution images into the high resolution reference image using 3D motion estimation and revised the reference image based on the consistency constraint convex sets to reconstruct the 3D high resolution images iteratively. Finally, we displayed the different resolution images simultaneously. We then estimated the performance of provided method on 5 image sets and compared them with those of 3 interpolation reconstruction methods. The experiments showed that the performance of 3D POCS algorithm was better than that of 3 interpolation reconstruction methods in two aspects, i.e., subjective and objective aspects, and mixed display mode is suitable to the 3D visualization of high resolution of pulmonary nodules.
