Anterior mandibular fracture, which includes symphyseal and parasymphyseal mandibular fractures, is one of the most common types of fracture in clinical work, and is usually associated with condyle fracture. This type of fracture predisposes the patients to facial widening, malocclusion, and ankylosis when not properly and timely treated because of the influence of its anatomic structure. This article reviews the characteristics, complication, diagnosis, and therapy of this type of fracture.

Highlights of myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS)in the 18th congress of the European Hematology Association(EHA)were reviewed.Some new discoveries about the spectrum of gene mutations,prognosis and treatment of MDS patients were reported.

Based on the association rules,the relation between syndromes and immunofluorescence staining test results (renal pathological lest) were analyzed among 201 cases with IgA nephropathy to provide evidence for treatment and prognosis of this disease.

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating stomachache of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome with modified Buzhongyiqi decoction. Methods 29 stomachache patients of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with modified Buzhongyiqi decoction. The clinical effect was observed in both groups. Results The clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Condusion The treatment of stomachache patients with spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome with modified Buzhongyiqi decoction was more effective than western medicine.

Objective To explore the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, massage combined with microecological modulator therapy. Methods For 40 cases of irritable bowel syndrome patients using micro ecological regulator treatment, and classified as the control group, the other 40 patients used massage combined with microecological regulating agent treatment, and to the observation group, two groups of patients were in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017. Results No significant difference between the two groups of patients in the treatment of the bacteria, after the number of packet treatmentintestinal aureus two groups had no significant difference, other bacteria were the observation group of patients obviously improved, improved the difference was significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was 97.5%, only 75% of the control group, the observation group were significantly higher. Conclusion The clinical study of massage combined with microecological preparation in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, the treatment is simple compared to micro ecological regulator, has certain advantages, can improve clinical symptoms of patients. At the same time, improve the therapeutic effect, so it is worthy of clinical use of priority.

Fairness, which is of special importance to health economy policies, has the following three major implications: fairness of the state of health, fairness of the delivery of health services and fairness of health fundraising. Traditional methods for measuring fairness include those of range, Lorentz curve, Jeany coefficient, difference index, and, for measuring unfairness, those of slope index, relative index and comprehensive curve. Recently WHO put forward 3 new fairness indexes and measurement methods, viz. measuring the fairness of residents health via the distribution index of child survival rate and disability adjusted life expectancy; measuring the fairness of the delivery of health services via reactivity; and measuring the fairness of health fundraising via the fairness and reasonableness index for the contributions of funds.
