1.Role of PET-CT in diagnosis of lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(02):-
Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies that are life-treatening to human beings. It ranks the first both in morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors.Early diagnosis, accurate staging, proper treatment and improvement of prognosis are the focuses of related studies in recent years.Imaging diagnosis is the main method for diagnosis of lung cancer. The development of imaging diagnosis and the application of advanced techniques such as CT scan,low-dose helical CT scan,MRI,PET and PET-CT ,play a great role in early diagnosis and staging of lung cancer.Recent researches have demonstrated that ET is one of the most efficient non-invasive methods for diagnosis of lung cancers. However,PET has limitation in precise location of the focus.PET-CT integrates the functions of CT and PET together, and is able to locate the focus precisely. This article mainly reviews the value of PET-CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer.

Clopidogrel combinated with aspirin can significantly improve the prognosis of cardiovascular disease in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI, but at the same time, which can increase the risk of cardiovascular hemorrhage. However, plus TCM can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, reduce symptoms of angina, reduce the adverse drug reaction to alleviate the suffering of the patients, in particular, which can reduce the dosage of medicine to improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the application time of using clopidogrel to reduce the financial burden of patients, then improve patient compliance. This review provided reference to combat PCI postoperative treatment using the combination of Chinese and western medicine methods.

Chinese Journal of Pancreatology 2008;8(4):240-242
Objective To investigate the relationship of pancreatic exocrine function with the pancreatic cancer staging and the size of tumor. Methods N-benzoyl-tryrosyl para-aminobenzoic acid (NBT- PABA) test was used to measure the pancreatic exocrine function of 39 pancreatic cancer patients, 46 chronic pancreatitis patients and 20 normal subjects. In pancreatic cancer group, the relationship of pancreatic exocrine function with the size of tumor (TS) and JPS classification (T factor) was analysed. Results The rate of NBT-PABA excretion in normal subjects, chronic pancreatitis patients were (78.9±15.9)%, (58.6± 19.3)%, respectively; in mild, moderate, severe chronic pancreatitis patients, the values of NBT-PABA were (75.5±23.6)%, (57.9±21.5)%, (45.5±16.7)% ; respectively. The rate of NBT-PABA excretion in pancreatic cancer patients was (47.6±18.3)%, and the rate of NBT-PABA excretion in patients with T3+T4 stage was (42.2±21.70%, and was obviously less than (64.8±11.2)% of T1+T2 stage (P<0.05). Tthe rate of NBT-PABA excretion in patients with TS3+TS4 was (34.8±17.2)%, and was significantly lower than (55.6±23.5)% of TS1+TS2(P<0.05). The rate of NBT-PABA excretion in patients with pancreatic head cancer was (42.5±16.4)%, which was significantly lower than (71.8±9.6)% of the pancreatic body and tail (P<0.05). In the 33 patients with pancreatic head cancer, the rate of NBT-PABA excretion in patients with main pancreatic duct stricture was (54.2±14.1) %, which was significantly higher than (37.6± 14.1)% of patients with main pancreatic duct interruption (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pancreatic exocrine function between pancreatic cancer and moderate or severe chronic pancreatitis. Conclusions The pancreatic exocrine function was related to the pancreatic cancer staging and the size of tumor to some degree, but it was affected by mass location, and it was also affected by degrees of the pancreatic duct obstruction. The pancreatic exocrine function can not be used to differentiate pancreatic cancer from moderate or severe chronic pancreatitis.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(5):396-399
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the effect of patient education on patients with allergic rhinitis (AR).
METHOD:
From January 2009 to December 2013, 100 cases of allergic rhinitis were treated. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group or control group by Stochastic tables law,50 patients in control group accepted only drug treatment, 50 patients in experimental group accepted both drug treatment and patient education. The difference in compliance with treatment, treatment effect, incidence of adverse drug reactions and complications, average costs and times of treatment between two groups were evaluated by the rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) score. The independent sample t-test and χ2 test were used for statistical analysis.
RESULT:
The patients of experimental group showed more positive attitude to treatment compared to the patients of control group (P < 0.01). The average scores of each classification and overall symptoms after treatment in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions (nose-bleed, dry nose, nasal mucosa ulcer)and complications in patients with AR (asthma, chronic cough, secretory otitis media) in experimental group was lower than that in control group, with statistically differences (P < 0.05). The average times of treatment and costs of diagnosis and treatment(calculation of budesonide nasal spray)in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.01). The total score for RQLQ and the scores of seven dimensions in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONS
Patient education can help the patients with AR to cooperate actively with treatment, to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and AR complications, and to save medical costs and improve the quality of life.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2017;40(3):285-288
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a subtype of inflammatory bowel disease. Its pathogenesis is not clear and the pathogenesis is complex. Moreover, it is recurrent and its healing is delayed. It is a kind of refractory disease. Its incidence and recurrence rate showed a trend of increasing year by year in our country at present. At the present stage, the main treatment focuses on glucocorticoids, aminosalicylic acid, immunosuppressor and biological agent. Although biological agent can greatly improve the efficacy, there are many problems in clinical treatment for a small amount of refractory patients. The comprehensive intervention combined with non-drug treatment should be performed, so as to achieve the curative effect. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) has attracted people′s attention in recent years. It displays a certain therapeutic effect on the treatment of UC in the active stage, especially refractory recurrent UC. Therefore, the domestic and overseas FMT treatment are summarized in the paper.
