1.Progression of brain tumor stem cell markers
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(12):899-901
Brain tumor stem cells (BTSCs) play a key role in tumorigenesis and tumor development. There are a group of special markers in the surface of brain tumor stem cells, which can sorts stem cells, precursor cells and cancer stem cells. In recent years, the studies of CD133,Nestin,high-mobility group A1,A2B5 have made some breakthroughs.
2.Design of current measuring unit in near-infrared noninvasive blood glucose detection system
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
The principle and structure of the near-IR laser spectrum noninvasive blood glucose detection system are introduced in the paper. To meet the detection demand of the little DC current signal in the system, the current measure methods are analyzed. The hardware and software structure are discussed in the end.
3.Complication of acute cerebral infarction and management
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(11):-
Complications that follow ischemic stroke are common, frequency ranging from 28% to 95%.It may either directly lead to death or prevent optimal recovery.54% of deaths after ischemic stroke are attributed to medical complications. Most complications occur during the first week, and stroke severity is the most important risk factor. The common serious medical complications are chest or urinary tract infection, deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, cardiac events, gastrointestinal bleeding, hyperglycemia, pressure sores.Falls, shoulder pain and depression are also common complications. Most of medical complications are preventable or treatable to some extent if recognized,so preventive strategies and appropriate treatment should be employed as early as possible.Prevention, early recognition, and management complications could improve short-term and long-term prognoses after ischemic stroke.

Objective To investigate the effects of down-regulation of Netrin-1 expression on cell proliferation,apoptosis and migration of a cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC)cell line SCL-1.Methods Unspecific(control)small interference RNA(siRNA)and Netrin-1-targeting siRNA were designed and constructed.SCL-1 cells were divided into 3 groups to remain untreated(control group 1),be transfected with control siRNA(control group 2)and Netrin-l-targeting siRNA(experiment group)by using Lipofectamine 2000 respectively.After 48 hours of additional culture,flow cytometry was performed to detect the apoptosis of cells,Western blot to determine the protein expression of caspase-3 and-9,Netrin-1 and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP)in these cells,and Boyden chamber was utilized to evaluate the migration of cells.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was performed with cholecystokinin-8(CCK-8)kit to estimate the proliferation of cells at 24,48,72 and 96 hours after the transfection.Results The expression of Netrin-1 protein was significantly downregulated in SCL-1 cells in the experiment group compared with the control group 1 and 2 (0.207 ± 0.044 vs.0.741 ± 0.111 and 0.716 ± 0.109,F =31.43,P < 0.05).The Netrin-1-targeting siRNA significantly downregulated the proliferation of SCL-1 cells,but induced the apoptosis in SCL-1 cells with significant differences in the percentage of early apoptotic cells and late apoptotic cells between the control group 1,2 and experiment group(11.74 ± 0.33 vs.11.55 ± 1.22 vs.24.74 ± 2.43,F=68.63,P< 0.01;3.82 ± 0.32 vs.4.69 ± 0.68 vs.5.33 ± 0.18,F =8.58,P < 0.05).The experiment group showed a significant increase in the expression of caspase-3 and-9(1.458 ± 0.111 vs.0.398 ± 0.057 and 0.412 ± 0.049,F =183.99,P < 0.01;0.967 ± 0.099 vs.0.234 ± 0.036 and 0.205 ± 0.033,F =138.11,P < 0.01),but a statistical decrease in the expression of MMP-2(0.235 ± 0.038 vs.0.862 ± 0.040 and 0.892 ± 0.035,F =291.07,P < 0.01)compared with the control group 1 and 2.Conclusions The down-regulation of Netrin-1 expression can suppress the proliferation and migration of SCL-1 cells,but promote the apoptosis in SCL-1 cells.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
Objective:To observe the influence of Naoxintong on expression of glucose-regulated protein 78(GRP78) and GRP94 in the striatum of rats with focal cerebral ischemic injury,so as to investigate their possible protective mechanism on cerebral ischemic injury. Methods:Ninety rats were equally randomized into 3 groups(n=30): sham operated group, ischemic group(Focal transient cerebral ischemia model was established with intraluminal occlusion of left middle cerebral artery) and Naoxintong pre-treated group(Treated with Naoxintong 5 d before ischemic injury). The expression of GRP78,GRP94 in rats striatum was detected by histological method, immunohistochemistry staining and semiquantitative RT-PCR at the different time points(6,12 and 24 h after ischemic treatment). Results:The focal transient cerebral ischemia model was successfully established in rats.Histological results showed that the degree of focal cerebral ischemic injury in Naoxintong pre-treated group was significantly lower than that in ischemic group.Immunohistochemistry staining and RT-PCR results illustrated that the expression of GRP78 and GRP94 in ischemic group was lower than that in sham operated group at each time point after ischemic treatment((P

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(16):1232-1234
Objective To understand head nurse's leadership behavior and analyze the influence of it on nurse's involvement and self-efficacy.Methods General information questionnaire was taken, and the data of 280 nurses to head nurse's leadership behavior, involvement and self-efficacy were investigated. Results There were differences in nurse's involvement and self-efficacy between head nurse's transformation and transaction leadership behavior (F=4.39,2.37,2.94,2.17,P <0.05).The transformation leadership behavior dimensions were positive correlation with nurse's involvement and self-efficacy,P<0.05.Conclusion Head nurse should fully play a positive role of transformation leadership behavior,in order to promote involvement and improve self-efficacy.

Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(10):724-726
Chemokine CCL18 plays significant roles in immune regulation by recruiting of inflammatory cells, which involves in immune and inflammatory processes.CCL18 protein is overexpressed in the serum of patients with cancer and some tumor tissues. However,it is still controversial that CCL18 plays the role of tumor promoter or tumor suppressor.Researches on the roles and mechanisms of CCL18 can provide new target for diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
