A 300 cm-long ileus tube was inserted from nasal cavity to the jejunum under the radiophotography guidance in 16 patients with recurrent adhesive small-bowel obstruction. Along with entire intestinal decompression, the ileus tube was moved forward to the terminal ileum and remained for 13 to 25 days for internal intubation plication. All the participants improved during the follow-up (range, 8 months to 2 years), and no intestinal adhesion or obstruction occurred. Non-surgical intestinal intubation plication might be a simple, safe and effective treatment for adhesive intestinal obstruction.

[Objective] To observe the effect of medical ozone on cartilage in the model of osteoarthritis(OA)to explore its therapeutic mechanism.[Method] Forty healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into five groups :A(group normal)、B(group model)、C(group air),D(group O2~O3 35 ?g/ml)and E(group O2~O3 70 ?g/ml)(n=8 in each group).The OA model was duplicated by performed anterior eruciate ligament transection(ACLT)and partial meniscectomy of 1/3 inside.Air was injected into joints of group C,according to concentration different,which O2~O3 35 ?g/ml and O2~O3 70 ?g/ml were respectively injected into joints to D and E group every other day,every time 1～1.5 ml,and after a week injected again.After the model was successfully made,the condylar cartilage of femur was excised after 4 weeks for the observation by transmissive microscope of HE staining.Mankin's index was recorded.At the end of the experiment,douche fluid of the diseased joints were obtained for the measurements of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA).[Result]The OA model in B group founded obviously degenerative changes under microscopy,resulting in mostly blue and green color destaining of Masson staining at superficial cartilage.The activity of SOD in the douche fluid of the diseased joints degraded and the quantity of MDA in the serum in the OA model group increased.The Mankin's index in the group D was significantly higher than that in the group B、 C(P

The immunoregulatory effect of TLSF_(JM) on the levels of IP3,Ca~(2+) in activated T cells andthe expression of Fos protein was investigated by ABC immunohistochemistry technique and Fu-ra-2/AM labelled T cells and anion-exchange chromatography techniques in this paper.The re-sults showed that TLSF_(JM) can the same time,it can strongly inhibit the levels of IP3、Ca~(2+) in ac-tivated T cells.

Objective:To summarize the ultrasound features of renal arteriovenous fistula(RAVF)under various ultrasound imaging modes,so as to avoid missed diagnosis of RAVF on initial ultrasound examination.Methods:The clinical data of 6 patients with RAVF,including the ultrasound evidence,the timing of ultrasound diagnosis,the modes of ultrasound diagnosis, and the agreement between ultrasound diagnosis and selective renal arterial angiography,were retrospectively analyzed.Results: 2D ultrasound had 1 case of correct diagnosis,1 case of misdiagnosis and 4 cases of missed diagnosis.Color Doppler and spectral Doppler both had all the 6 cases correctly diagnosed.Ultrasound angiography in 3 cases demonstrated that the contrast agent reached the renal veins earlier than reached the renal parenchyma;large fistula lumen was associated with ischemia of downstream areas.3D ultrasound vividly reflected the structure of fistula lumen volume,and provided us with the profiles of blood signal in fistula at different planes and angles,improving our knowledge of blood flow on the fistula.Conclusion: Ultrasound is the first line screening method for RAVF.Color Doppler plays a decisive role in the diagnosis of RAVF and pulsed spectral Doppler plays a synergetic role and contributes to differential diagnosis.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound may help to discover the abnormality of venous circulation and the ischemic parenehyma area due to shunting.2D ultrasound has a poor diagnostic value and is liable to lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.

Objective To study the effect of a distal protection device (Pereusurge GuardWire: GW) on epicardial blood flow and myocardial perfusion in primary percutaneous coronary intervention. Method Acute STEMI patients treated with primary PCI were eligible to be studied. Inclusion criteria were: (1) within 12 hours from the onset of chest pain;(2) culprit leision with diameter stenosis≥70% and TIMI flow grade≤2. Objective To survey the distribution of TCM constitution of Guangxi adults.Methods Identification questionnaire of constitution in TCM was performed to identify the TCM constitution types of 3000 adults who were taken medical examination in the first affiliation hospital to GuangXi TCM university Health Administration Center or of permanent residence in Nanning,Wuming,Qinzhou,Hezhou.Results 612 cases (20.4％) had constitution of phlegm-dampness in 504 cases (16.8％) had constitution of phlegm-dampness,431 cases (14.3％) had constitution of yang asthenia,422 cases (14.1％) had constitution of qi asthenia,353 cases (11.8％) had constitution of damp-heat,348 cases (11.6％) had constitution of yin asthenia,159 cases (5.3％) had constitution of qi stagnation,100 cases (3.3％) had constitution of blood stasis,and 71 cases (2.4％) had allergic constitution.Conclusion There were 9 kinds constitutions in the adults of GuangXi province.The constitution of yin-yang harmony was the most among all.Most male had phlegm-dampness or damp-heat constitution.Most female had yang asthenia,qi asthenia,qi stagnation or yin asthenia constitution.

OBJECTIVETo compare the efficacy difference of analgesia and detumescence on ankle sprain among acupuncture at Xiaojie point combined with tendon regulation manipulation, acupuncture at Xiaojie point and tendon regulation manipulation.

METHODSSixty cases of ankle sprain were randomized into a combined therapy group, a Xiaojie point group and a tendon-regulation manipulation group, 20 cases in each one. The combined therapy of acupuncture at Xiaojie point and tendon regulation manipulation, the acupuncture at Xiaojie point and the simple application of tendon-regulation manipulation were applied respectively in the three groups, once a day, 3 treatments were required. The symptom score such as pain, ecchymosis, swelling and motor dysfunction and the total score were observed before and after treatment in the three groups. The different values of pain and swelling scores were compared before and after treatment in the three groups. The efficacy was compared among the groups.

RESULTSThe total effective rate was 100.0% (20/20) in each group. But the curative rate was 85.0% (17/20) in the combined group, 65.0% (13/20) in the Xiaojie point tion manipulation group. After treatment, the symptom scores of pain, ecchymosis, swelling and motor dysfunction and the total score were all improved as compared with those before treatment in the three groups (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The pain score in either the combined therapy group or Xiaojie point group was lower than that in the tendon-regulation manipulation group after treatment (0.20 -/+ 0.41, 0.15 +/- 0.37 vs 0.60 +/- 0.50, both P < 0.05). Swelling score in the Xiaojie point group was different significantly from that in the tendon-regulation manipulation 0.49 vs 06.4 vs. 20+0.41, P < 0.05). The different value of pain score in either the combined therapy group or Xiaojie point group was higher than that in the tendon-regulation manipulation group before group after treatment (0.65 bined therapy group or Xiaojie point group was higher than that in the tendon-regulation manipulation group before and after treatment (2.35 +/- 0.59, 2.45 +/- 0.51 vs 2.00 +/- 0.46, both P < 0.05). The different value of swelling score in the tendon-regulation manipulation group was higher than that in the Xiaojie point group before and after treatment (2.30 +/- 0.57 vs 1.60 +/- 0.60, P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONAcupuncture at Xiaojie point combined with tendon-regulation manipulation achieve an apparent effect of analgesia and detumescence on ankle sprain.
